Loved this condo. Very open and inviting with tall ceilings and a more unique floor plan than the usual condos we’ve stayed in. Well equipped and Clair was always available during our stay. Remember, turn RIGHT when you com into the parking lot. We came in at night and we’re easily confused.

Beautiful condo with the best balcony to relax on! I could spend all day on that balcony! Excellent location with an easy walk to the beach, pool, restaurants and shops. The standalone icemaker didn't work but Claire quickly sent someone out to look at it. She is super responsive and a great host. We would definitely stay there again.

Clair's condo had everything we needed and was close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The condo has an ice-maker which was very handy for filling coolers for the beach. Clair was very responsive to all of our inquiries. When a leak began at the kitchen sink she got someone out to take care of it ASAP! We would definitely stay here again!

Very spacious and perfect location! The walk to the beach was very short, we never needed to use the tram. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Only constructive feedback is to add blackout curtains to master bedroom. There was no sleeping in with the brilliant Florida morning sun! Overall, wonderful property!

Fantastic location and walking distance to everything you’d want or need. Make Sutton take a day and head to Topsail State Park in Santa Rosa Beach. Only a few places like it in the World. Beautiful lakes with sand dunes and miles of pristine beach with not a sole in sight.

The place is clean, has a nice roomy layout and the location is great. Also, the owner was very friendly and very prompt with any communication. The main downside was there was some sort of water release that kicked on and sprayed right outside the main bedroom every evening and ran all night. Not sure if it was part of condo property or the Seacrest neighborhood right next door. Also, one of the neighbors must doing some renovations because we were woken up to banging noises most mornings. Overall, it was a positive experience except for the few noise issues.

Clair’s property was perfect for making my daughter feel special from the large attractive deck, to the spacious living area with very comfortable couches, to the large master suite. She loved the soaker tub and other special amenities in the roomie bath. And found some restaurants within walking and short drive that were “yummy”! Would stay at this condo again in a minute!

This property delivered top tier on everything you see in the listing. The owner/manager is a great communicator and engages to make your stay wonderful. Beautiful condo (even more spacious than the pictures!) in an awesome location! Everything (restaurants, shopping, even Seaside where the Truman Show was filmed (~45 min bike ride) was walkable/bikeable. 5 minute walk to the beach entrance. Condo has several beach chairs and umbrellas. 3 minute walk to the pool which was very nice and spacious. Clair was very responsive and helpful throughout our trip! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Clair was so understanding and easy to work with, offering us a full refund immediately. I promised we’d try to rent again in 2021, which we did.Again, we had an excellent line of communication with the owner after we booked for 2021 and throughout our stay.The unit itself is large with high ceilings and huge window s. We never felt cramped, even with 2 pre-teen boys and all their stuff. The light was wonderful and the balconies were amazing. With the balcony doors open we had the most refreshing breeze.The unit is very well equipped. The only thing we needed to purchase were tissues and toilet paper. All other provided supplies got us through the week.The location is fantastic with easy access to the pool, beach and all shops & restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Clair's condo was just what we needed for our honeymoon! It is beautifully decorated and has so much space to relax, play games, or enjoy a nice cup of coffee on the wrap around balcony. The condo complex is very quiet and semi-close to the beach and pool. I would definitely recommend Clair's property!

Great condo! Very spacious and beautifully decorated. Check in was easy even though our entry code didnt work. I called Claire and she immediately answered and gave us a new code! The tram to and from the beach was convenient. Extremely quiet facility. We were never on the elevator with other people. I would recommend this condo to anyone that doesnt have to be direct beach front.

We had a wonderful stay. It was the perfect location... 1 block from Allys and 1 block from the amazing Seacrest neighborhood pool. Tram stop right at the condo / bike area for a quick trip across the street to the beach. The condo was neat and clean and the amazing porch was a perfect way to start the mornings. Highly recommend. We'll be trying to secure this place next time!
