Amen Corner has one of the best locations you could ask for in Rosemary Beach. Situated on Eastern Long Green Park and within steps of the Town Centre, you can walk to restaurants and shops or enjoy games on the green. Amen Corner is a home away from a home with all the luxury and amenities you expect. This classic Rosemary Beach cottage features ample porches, luxurious furnishings, and is beautifully decorated.
The first floor has a spacious foyer, 10ft ceilings two guest bedrooms and a large laundry room with storage. The master suite has a king-size bed, raised ceilings, a large walk-in closet, double sinks in the master bath, and generous tiled shower with a sitting area. There is also a private courtyard off the master. Additionally off the master there is a set of bunk beds, full over full. The second bedroom on the first floor is the bunk room, complete with two twins over a king size bed. This bunk room has an en suite with a single sink and walk in shower.
Head up to the main floor where you will find the kitchen, living spaces, balconies and a guest bedroom. This floor features 11ft ceilings, architectural details, beautiful pecan wood floors, quality craftsmanship abundant space, and is filled with natural light. The inviting living and dining spaces are open to the recently renovated kitchen. The large chefs kitchen is finished with beautiful quartz counter-tops, white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar for four, and a large pantry. There is also a porch right off the kitchen with a propane grill.
The spacious living and dining areas have comfortable seating and charming furnishings. The round dining table comfortably seats eight guests. The highlight of the main floor has to be the corner balcony overlooking Eastern Long Green Park. With spectacular views, you can enjoy a glass of wine on the custom bed swing and three cozy chairs. Another great porch on this floor right off the living area gives you a place to dine outside with seating for eight. This porch also connects to the bedroom located on this floor. This guest room on the second floor features a king-size bed and the bathroom has lovely subway tile with a tub/shower combination.
A three-minute walk will take you directly to the beautiful sugar sand beaches where you can enjoy water sports or sit back and take in the summer sun. Rosemary Beach has a total of four pools (including one heated), a top of the line tennis center with eight clay courts, and the Rosemary Beach fitness center offers top of the line equipment with personal training and instruction.

We love it! It’s our happy place and it feels like home. We come back year after year. Perfectly situated near the square and a major beach access walk way on the downtown greenway. Right in the middle of everything that makes Rosemary great!

The home was stunning and very clean! We spent many nights on the porch which was so comfortable. Very clean and safe area! So close to the beach and shops! Unfortunately the oven didn’t work and we called the emergency line because we had a private chef cooking us dinner and unfortunately nobody got back to us or reached out to help with solution. We ended up using the grill which had an empty propane tank so the chef had to run and get a full one to use. Not ideal situation but would still stay again because the property was beautiful and in the perfect location.

This is our second year staying in this wonderful property. We stayed for 3 weeks and it feels like home. Everything is extremely well appointed and the house is perfectly situated. It is now our home away from home in Rosemary beach. Really. A special property.

This was a beautiful house! It’s so nice inside with lots of space to hang out and sleep. It’s in a great location too. Very close to all the shops, restaurants, and an easy pretty walk to the beach! We would definitely stay there again.

Really enjoyed the house. It was a little odd with the kitchen and living area upstairs but once we settled in it was fine. Great house; but I will say the upstairs AC seemed to struggle to keep the house cool especially midday thru the early morning. The one upstairs bedroom seemed to lack good circulation and was the hottest room in the house. We used a fan the whole time to help move some cooler air in the living area to the bedroom and that seemed to make it sleepable.

This is a wonderful property. Beautifully laid out with high end everything. Properly appointed kitchen for any chef, which is a real luxury in a rental. Furniture is likewise top notch. Rosemary beach is a great location with restaurants, shops,etc. this is situated conveniently to all.

This place could not have been more perfect! We absolutely loved it. This might have been the most beautiful home I have ever stayed in. Everything was clean, it gave everyone enough space, and had a great kitchen for cooking. The beauty of the house and the location were the two biggest take aways. It was also so close to the shops and restaurants it made it easy for everyone to meet up for dinner or go grab something on their own. Lastly, they were super great at communicating with us and accomodating on any needs we had. I HOPE I can come back to stay here at some point in my future!

Awesome place for many reasons
We’ve been coming to 30A for many years for a family beach trip and stayed at several properties. This by far is the best house we’ve rented.
The floorplan is terrific. The family/kitchen/dining area is large and spacious more than any other place we stayed at. There are 3 great balconies each is different and offers a different vibe.
The kitchen area is large enough for 4 plus people to cook and prepare together in most places we’ve been it was for 2 people. The big plus was a full pantry right off the kitchen to store all the things 3 families brought.
A nice addition was a small table with stools for the little ones. We had a 7- and 5-year-old and they loved the table so they could have their own space.
The location cannot be beaten. A short walk to the beach and the pool. A park area in front and side and few feet away is the restaurants and shops of Rosemary beach.
The property is tastefully decorated. We had a hard time sleeping on one side of the second-floor bed but after a few days, the maintenance team replaced the box spring and mattress. It turns out the box string wood supports were broken. It would have been nice to get a heads-up, but it was nice without asking the replacements to arrive.
Overall we love this property and will be putting in a deposit to rent it next year next week.

Great stay!
We were very pleased with our stay. The location was perfect and the house met all of our needs. While there was some noise at night based on the location, it wasn’t too bad. Some of the finishes/furniture was a little worn and what was provided was a little bare bones. Overall, though, the house exceeded our expectations based on other reviews and we were all very comfortable.

Best location if not the beach
This house was absolutely wonderful! We stayed there for 3 weeks, and enjoyed having such a wonderful location and space for all of our visiting guests. Only downfall for being right by the shopping center is the trash trucks! Be prepared to be jolted out of bed when they come by! If you are driving there I highly recommend bringing a box fan that drowns out the noise. We will definitely book this house for next year!

We loved everything about this house. The set up and the location was perfect. I was concerned about some previous reviews but I thought the house was clean, the beds were comfy, the location was peaceful and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, every feature was clean and in working condition. The kitchen may need further review of the necessary contents for cooking. I wished the upstairs outdoor covered porch had a comfortable couch set. Instead of two basic wooden tables with uncomfortable chairs. Also, the kitchen bar stools are really uncomfortable.

Needs cleaning and some stuff replaced
The layout and location of this house are great! We have stayed in Rosemary Beach and surrounding areas for over 20 years and Rosemary Beach is one of our favorite places to stay because of all the beautiful homes, creative architecture and lovely landscape. To be honest, the cleanliness of the house is not so good. Handrails are sticky as another guest mentioned in their review. I hoped this would be rectified from the other guests who mentioned it in their review but not so. Rugs are dirty and need cleaning or replacing. So dirty that when you first arrive you're not sure about walking on them in your bare feet or letting small children play on them. Upholstered furniture and slip covers are dirty and need cleaned. Baseboards and bathroom grout need cleaning. Bring your own large and small fry pan. The ones provided need to be replaced. Showering in the upstairs shower is frustrating. The shower curtain liner is so short it won't stay still and keeps sticking to your body the whole time you are showering. The king mattress in the upstairs bedroom needs to be replaced. My husband thought he was going to fall out of bed in the middle of the night from the angle of the mattress. The porches are great for hanging out and playing games. Love the tall ceilings and windows on the second floor. The giant TV is great for viewing from anywhere in the living, kitchen and dining area. The grill is right outside the kitchen door on a balcony which is so convenient to the kitchen when cooking. Love the large pantry. Sorry to leave the bummer parts of this review but thought I should be honest in hopes that some of this can be rectified for future guests.

Good, but some areas of unit not well cleaned. Worst was stair rails - so sticky no one would use them! Also, dust flew when some blinds were opened. Best amenity was location. Unit needs deep cleaning

Nice enough house and location, but
Only setbacks (but they were pretty big for us) was that 1)the WiFi was beyond bad....continually needed to reset the router and then it would work for a bit and stop again. Chewed up a ton of hot spot data so that the 8 of us could all stayed connected, especially during a pandemic and 2). It wasn’t all that well stocked for 8 people. Example - 4 coffee mugs, exactly 8 forks, etc. this was our 10th trip to rosemary and have not experienced those issues before. If that is somehow Covid related a heads up would have been good and we would have packed more stuff from home I guess

The house was perfect and had everything we needed. Central location in rosemary beach. The upstairs decks are wonderful to sit and watch the community. Nicely decorated. Justin, the property manager, was very helpful.

Great Thanksgiving break
Stayed here for thanksgiving break. Great location! House was clean ,spacious , nice decor ,for family of 6. Walk right out front door and steps to the green, shops , restaurants! Would've given 5 stars except for the noise which was not bad but you definitely had noise just because of location. Mostly early in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, lovely home!
We stayed here for the Seaside half marathon and the location was perfect! We could get really close to the race start in Seaside, since the course was closed going west, not east. So many restaurants within walking distance in Rosemary, Alys, and Seacrest. The condo itself was clean and nicely decorated. I loved the front porches off the second level to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine and people watch! On Sundays, there is also an adorable farmers market right in front of the home! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Heaven on Earth
A wonderful vacation home for our escape to a little piece of heaven on earth. Charming, comfortable, with the most amazing porch to relax on and watch your children play on the green. Everything needed to cook in OR grab your bikes and head to a nearby restaurant. Love this place and can't wait to return!

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!!!
This house is absolutely beautiful and very relaxing with two separate balconies to sit on which overlook East Long Green. The master bedroom is so nice with a walk in closet and master bath. The bunk room is set up great for 4 with it's own shower. A third bedroom is upstairs. It was nice to be able to sit around the round dining room table and see everyone. If we wanted to play cards or games, we went to the family room and sat on the floor or huddled around the coffee table which was nice.
A little market sets up right on East Long Green on Sundays which is fun to shop at. You are walking distance from shops, delicious restaurants and the beach! The bikes are also so fun and convenient to take adventures on 30A. This is definitely a house I will go back to and highly recommend!!!

Perfect!!
Simply a perfect vacation for us. Loved the view of East Long Green from the balcony. House has a lovely setup due to bedrooms up and down. Master suite was nice with separate master bath and a walk-in closet. Bunk room sleeping 4 was nice for our kiddos. Love the huge dining table and open floor plan. Plenty of windows for the light to come in the great room. You are literally right next door to the Rosemary town square for shopping/restaurants/etc. A perfect spot in a place we love. Can't wait to return.

Great trip! Wonderful location!
Short walk using the boardwalk to the beach. We were able to walk everywhere due to the close proximity to Barrett Square but the 3 bikes that are included were perfect for the kids! The best part of our stay was sitting on one of the 3 balconies while watching the kids play on the green--we essentially had our own front yard in Rosemary! The wide open floor plan was perfect for our family of 8. We definitely look forward to coming back to the "Amen Corner"!

Great vacation!
I loved this house! The many windows and open floor plan made it so beautiful to enjoy the view of Rosemary! It was decorated nicely and very clean. We loved the master and the extra King upstairs. There was plenty of room, large balconies to enjoy outside seating and was very comfortable. Loved being so close to town- great location!! Coming back next year for sure!
