About this cabin rental
Welcome to luxury in the largest stand of Ponderosa Pines in the world. Enjoy our spacious and well appointed cabin and as much as we do with the chefs kitchen, luxury master suite with resort like bath, fireplace and direct access to the over 1000 sq. ft. of deck space and hot tub. Enjoy billiards and darts in the game room. Relax on the leather sofas and enjoy the fireplace under the soaring wood ceiling while you take in the tall pines through the floor to ceiling chalet style windows.
You will have full access to all the bedrooms upstairs and down as well as the laundry room. Feel free to test your skills on the pool table while you watch your team on the flatscreen with Direct TV. Or, simply take in the view. You may also use the garage and overflow parking area directly across the street.
We will be available via telephone, text message and email throughout your stay. *Sorry we have a strict NO PETS policy for our safety (allergies)*
The neighborhood
Our home is located just below the Mogollon Rim in the largest stand of Ponderosa Pines in the world. We are in close proximity to the Tonto Natural Bridge and Payson. There are numerous trails for hiking and biking including the Bear Foot, Highline and AZ Trail right outside the front door.
Getting around
We are within close proximity of grocery, dining and entertainment. You can enjoy numerous restaurants, art galleries and shopping. Also close by is Christopher Creek and the Tonto Natural Bridge.
Other things to note
You may be visited by the local elk, white tailed deer and the occasional javelina. You will most certainly enjoy the company of the local finches, red headed woodpeckers, robins and hummingbirds.
This is our home, it is not a rental property. We simply ask that you treat our home with respect and try to leave it as you found it.

This was a wonderful experience! The property was just like it was described and better. Brian and Allison were wonderful to work with and quick to respond with questions. The views from the deck are beautiful! We saw lots of wildlife, from birds, squirrels, deer and elk on the property. It was a home away from home. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity!

The house is beautiful, located right in the trees with elk coming to visit every day. All the amenities you could want in vacation home. The Tonto Natrural Bridge is a 15 min drive. I would highly recommend staying at this home. We had a great time! Thank You

We loved everything about this property! It was extremely clean and well maintained! The owner was very easy to communicate with and all the details were well spelled out! We would definitely recommend for others! We got some added benefits with the snow and the wildlife (elk and deer)!!!

This property was amazing. Incredibly beautiful, clean, luxurious and full of surprises to keep you entertained. We spent some 20° evenings in the 102° hot tub under the starts. Spent plenty of time shooting pool , playing darts, enjoying the double sided fireplace that is shared with the master bedroom and enjoying the beautiful craftsmanship of the cabin itself. Super clean, beautifully decorated and beautifully located area. The owner was especially accommodating. Very friendly and helpful. Supplied a lot of helpful info about the area. Great information. I would highly recommend this property!

My wife and I went up for the weekend and had a perfect, relaxing stay. The property has more than you need. The house is large, but super cozy as well. It has been nicely appointed, and the furniture was incredibly comfy to sit back and have a glass of wine by the fireplace. We had more elk than we could count as visitors, which we enjoyed quite a bit. In all honesty we can’t wait to go back.

Unlike some of our previous stays at other homes, this kitchen has GOOD pots & pans, dishes & silverware, cutting boards, knives, oils & spices.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious home in a perfect location. We wanted of peaceful getaway at an upscale "cabin" and boy did this home deliver in every respect. The owners are very nice, accommodating and know how to make your stay both enjoyable and easy. The home is very well appointed with everything one would need. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck, the "urban elk" wandering the neighborhood, and certainly the hot tub under the stars! Kudos to the hosts. We hope to visit again.

We absolutely loved staying here. It's cozy, clean, and luxury for sure. The kitchen had everything we needed to make food at home. The balcony and stars at night were so serene and absolutely stunning. Wish we didn't have such a quick trip.

We had a relaxing time staying at this beautiful property. The decor is nicely done, home is incredibly clean and comfortable. The pool table and hot tub were nice for hanging out. The elk come in really close and it was nice to watch them from the deck. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful home. Homeowners are very nice and accommodating. Thank you for letting us unwind for a few days. We would love to come back.

We booked this cabin our annual girls 'Wine in Pine' weekend and had a great time. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and so clean!! The hosts were very nice and responsive to all of our questions. We enjoyed wood-fired pizza at the Old Country Inn, a little shopping in town and a hike. We saw a number of elk in the front and back of the cabin, so cool!! We would love to stay here again.

This is a great cabin! It is very clean and quiet. It is in amazing condition and Brian and Allison were great to work with. We had a weekend with grandparents there and couldn’t have asked for a better place. We hiked the Tonto national bridge, ate in town a few times and enjoyed relaxing on the deck and in the hot tub. If you’re looking for a great getaway this is it

Northern Luxury in The Pines is a beautiful home with a very relaxing deck and a lot of wildlife to watch. We had a couple of elk join us each morning for breakfast and hummingbirds were plentiful! The home was immaculate and our group of six adults look forward to our next stay. Thank you!

Absolutely loved the home, luxury from top to bottom, very clean and well stocked. The home is positioned among the tall pines to maximize privacy. My 84 year old father-in-law stayed up way past his bedtime both evenings to watch the stars & occasional meteor shower. If you love wildlife up close, you will be amazed with the many Elk, Deer, colorful birds and other friendly animals strolling through the neighborhood and right outside your windows. We will be back!

The property is wonderful. Clean, quiet, modern amenities, and plenty of room to spread out. Town is 5 minutes away with lots of great dining options. Hosts were great to work with. Property also has activities available such as a tennis court, basketball, and other fun things to play with. Will definitely be on the top of my list for a summmer escape again!

My wife and I took our babies up from Phoenix to escape the heat with some visiting family. The house was perfect, right in the middle of the woods. Very clean and modern and a great getaway. The deck was beautiful and the views were amazing. We could see elk walk by in the mornings!
I would highly recommend and would love to stay there again!
