About this apartment rental
Sea Rocket 15 is on the second floor on the south side of the building. This unit is freshly updated with a new kitchen, flat-screen TV/DVD, king-size bed, and a private balcony! It is perfect for a couple looking for a cute and cozy getaway! This updated unit sleeps 4 guests. It has a nicely equipped kitchen, free WiFi, and free parking. Please note: There is no guest parking onsite. There is only one assigned spot per unit.
Sea Rocket was built in 1950 and is a gem of a complex located in North Redington Beach, where the beach is simply dazzling! Sea Rocket is a small (30 individually owned units) complex where the condos are small, cute, clean, completely furnished, and equipped for shorter or longer stays. There is also an on-site laundry room. It is a charming, reasonably priced vacation spot just steps from the white powdery sand and pristine water of the Gulf of Mexico. Here, you will enjoy breathtaking sunsets, walks on the beach, and fabulous shelling.
There is a large covered patio overlooking the beach with plenty of lounge chairs, a BBQ grill, and a shuffleboard for use during your stay. Colorful Adirondack chairs are casually placed around the property for reading, snoozing, or socializing with the unique community that is the Sea Rocket!
Redington Shores borders North Redington Beach to the north, Madeira Beach to the south, the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. Redington Beach is primarily a waterfront residential community, approximately 1 square mile in size. The town of North Redington Beach lies in the heart of the Sun Coast's beach communities, halfway between Clearwater to the north and St. Pete Beach to the south.
Redington Shores is just 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport and offers easy access to all major cities and attractions in the Tampa Bay area. Along the main stretch of Gulf Blvd, which links all these beach communities, you'll find many popular and local breakfast, lunch, and dinner establishments and the Redington Long Pier for world-class fishing.

• Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• The use of roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, and skateboards is strictly prohibited in the building walkways, sidewalks, parking ramps and garage.
• Barbecuing in designated areas ONLY.
• Do not feed seagulls from the property.
• Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense.
• Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 11pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be.
• All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage dumpster.
• Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. No backing into parking spaces.

This is the third unit we've stayed in at Sea Rocket. It is larger than most and boasts a king bed—something most other units are not large enough to accommodate. It even had a sofa. The "patio" is a pleasant "private" outdoor space.
The unit was missing a blender, and the management company got one to us the morning after we checked in.
These units are not luxury in any way, shape, or form. But if the main focus of your stay is the beach, you've come to the right place.

I stayed with two kids during spring break. We had a great experience! The location is great on a beautiful, relatively quiet beach with close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and other beaches (Madeira Beach, John’s Pass, etc. is just south and it’s a quick drive to Clearwater to the north). We enjoyed the porch with a table, beach accessories and tiki toss game! The facility has laundry (just need a credit card), shuffleboard (we had a blast), a grill and tables, which came in handy. A starter of everything you need for the kitchen is provided. I would say that it’s close quarters if you have more than two people but workable for 3-4 with the fold out sofa. Recommend and would love to return!

The property is as it’s featured. The patio was nice to have & Gulf Blvd right out front wasn’t too noisy, even though it’s Spring Break time. Even though it’s Spring Break time, the condo is in a residential area & the beach was perfect without all the partying. Communication was excellent for a single traveler.

The Sea Rocket is simply awesome. The few steps to the beach, restaurants all around, bike rentals but mainly the SUNSETS! Gorgeous!

Had a great balcony deck. This location is very close to beach. Easy in and out for parking. Great restaurants near by. If you have ever watched Seinfeld. If you remember the Kenny Rogers Roaster episode. This is it.light all night and the lights come through the room. A simple black out curtain in bed area would work great!!

Vacation
We absolutely loved this unit and the beach was literally outside your door. However, due to a family emergency, we were only able to spend one night. Carrie and the staff at Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals were BEYOND accommodating and their customer service was exceptional! We will be back in 2022 and hope to spend the full week!

Just what we needed
Nice location and good parking. Close driving distance to John's pass and grocery store. The property Management checked in with us the next day to make sure we had everything we needed. They were able to fix a very minor detail right away. I didn't feel like it was overcrowded (which was good considering it was spring break). We would definitely recommend.

Very Pleasant Get-A-Way!
The location of this unit is excellent - right on the beach with a beach pavilion with chairs, tables and umbrellas. 10 minutes to John's Pass, restaurants and bars everywhere. A little confusion when I arrived with the TV... I suggest leaving directions on how to work it. The unit itself was perfect. A very large private patio - covered and uncovered, clean and comfortable. I would recommend this stay for anyone looking to vacation in this area.

The Sea Rocket is a real gem. From unit to toes in the sand and sea in under a minute. Spacious private deck. Great unit for my needs. Will definitely return!

Winter getaway
We throughly enjoy Unit 15. The place was as advertised and really cute. We enjoyed breakfast from our private lanai (patio) as well as evening cocktails. The fact that is was on the beach was a plus! Sea To ket was centrally located and even though we weren't able to walk to our favorite restaurants and John's Pass, it was easy to drive to all. We highly recommend the Sea Rocket and especially Unit 15. We hope to be back!

Very relaxing
Loved the place... clean and right on the beach. The only issue if you want to call it an issue, it's bright in the room at night. Maybe some window tint on the windows that face the road will help.. but other than that is was very relaxing.

Ocean side stay
We loved the proximity to the ocean. The neighborhood felt safe. The bed was comfortable. We made our own food at times and the kitchen had all the dishes we required. Our private deck was great for sun bathing.

Great location
The condo we stayed at had only two floors so it was very close to the beach! We could literally open our door and see the ocean. In my opinion, it was much better than a large high rise.

Great access to the beach. We enjoyed or stay and we are planning our next stay already.
Easy process. We arrived around 6pm and the room was ready for us. Just a short drive to shopping at Johns Pass. Loved the balcony access for outdoor dining. Thank you for a wonderful mini vacation.

We choose this unit because is the balcony. It was nice being able to sit outside while eating. The unit was very clean and meet ours needs. We didn’t need a lot of space since all we would be doing is sleeping and eating there.
I would recommend this unit to my family and friends.

We were very happy with the accommodations, only wish we could have stayed longer. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a beautiful beach to watch the sunset. We would stay there again.

Fun in the Sun
I really enjoyed the place I stayed in. I had a very large private patio/deck that greatly expanded the living space. Right on the beach and close to restaurants and many other things. Would definitely come back!
