Great room, and it has a kitchen. Great location.
7.0
Good location other than the construction around the area.
The room was nice but the furniture was very uncomfortable. Also you can’t use a firestick. Seems like a lot of Resident Inns are like that. Which is very annoying.

very nice hotel in a great location. Public areas lovely and room which was a suite with a full kitchen was very comfortable
Rooms very comfortable but a little bit dated, especially the bathroom. Some tiles needed some repair. The soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers weren't labeled and had to guess which was which. Breakfast was ok but not amazing and not too many healthy options (i.e., only flavoured yogurt)

Great location and onsite amenities. Super friendly staff.

Price paid for the room seems high for out of season. I didn’t request a kitchen on booking.com
Most of the stores and restaurants in the area were closed for this time due ;out of season”
I did not realize this or I would have not stayed there and definable would not have paid me his price! Spa was also down for maintenance.

Breakfast was great, Location Excellent. The Hot Tub and pool are great for after a day on the slopes.
The sofa bed was not made up, in either room, even though we had 3 and 4 guests marked for the room! For the high price we were paying, I don't feel this is good enough service. Bedrooms were also not made up between nights.

Excellent location. Good breakfast and lots of good restaurants nearby.
Didn't appreciate dog barking in net door room

nice staff
very very expensive. I have traveled the world and stayed in some superb places that did not cost half as much! For the price would expect much more deluxe architecture and furnishings, real food at breakfast, assist with baggage, free rides all day and night without reservations, spa and much nicer pools and hot tubs, etc. Big Sky Montana has overpriced itself…shame on you, wrong on so many levels!!

The staff was amazing - we checked in at 2:00 am after being stranded in -20 degree weather when our condo VRBO had a broken door and we could not enter it. The sheriff brought us here as we did not have a car and we were in the cold for over 1.5 hours trying to get in the condo. Davis welcomed us, was kind, compassionate and extended our checkout that first day until 2:00 PM. It was wonderful to find such kind people after such a tough situation.

I didn't like the fact you could not charge the restaurant meals on the hotel charge.
