About this villa rental

Aperon means infinite (∞) in Greek and this stone villa is infinite in many ways, offering ultimate privacy in high-quality accommodation setting with a sweeping 270-degree view of the Aegean. This newly built villa is an ideal for large groups and for those seeking seclusion and tranquility in a romantic setting, at all seasons.

The villa consists of three separate independent apartmens: Villa Aperon Main Upper Level (2 bedrooms+2 bathrooms), Pi Beach House Garden Level (2 bedrooms+2 bathrooms), Iota Beach Suite (1 bedroom+1 bathroom) Garden level. Units may be rented separately or in any combination.



Upper Level: Large living room with large sea-view windows and with monumental stone fireplace, couch, mahogany dining hall, large designer open-plan fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom (queen size bed) and en-suite bathroom, one guest bedroom (two single beds) and with its own bathroom, plus a storage/laundry room.

Outside Upper Level: 270 m2 tiled-lined open terraces, 135 m2 of reed shaded pergolas, hardwood furniture including dining hall & chairs, wicker settee, sun beds, sun chairs, dining table for alfresco dining for 8, stone coal-fired outside BBQ, outside shower, garden open air parking.

Lower Level: an independent 35 m2 open space large studio that includes an open bedroom (queen bed) , foldout sleeper – couch (full size), bathroom with shower, kitchenette.

Outside Lower Level: 35 m2 tiled balcony with lounge chairs. Dining table with large umbrella shading. Own garden area. Communicates with upper main villa level via external stone staircase.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are looking at this gorgeous villa and would like to have it exclusively to yourself but you are less than 10, as it features 3 separate apartments and 5 bedrooms, you have to enter 10 guests as occupancy. Otherwise, notably during peak season, one of the other autonomous apartments may be independently rented. If you do not mind, just enter the number of guests in your group.
