I don't know where to start with our experience!! From the moment we stepped in the house we were speechless!!! I requested some birthday decorations for my husband and boy did they deliver. As soon as we walked in he was surprised with balloons and signs!! The owner accommodated us by allowing us to check in early since our flight landed before 4pm. The house has anything you can possibly need and more. My 2 year old thsts currently potty training even found a potty seat in the bathroom. The kitchen is more than fully stocked and the outside is paradise! The owner and manager are so responsive and made our stay everything we expected and beyond. Even when our flight was originally delayed, the owner was understanding and allowed us to stay past check out. Then when it was canceled, he was willing to allow us to stay. Exceptional is an understatement!! We hope to stay again!!!

We stayed for 4 nights and used all 4 bedrooms. Loved the second floor master with separate living/dining room and balcony. All beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. We did the puzzle but found one piece missing! The pool and hot tub were great to enjoy in the late afternoon and loved that it was under cover during the rain. It was also a plus to have covered parking to keep your car cool in the hot sun. It is close to the beach but you can't get to it by walking due to a waterway. Publix is across US 1 which is convenient and lots of great eating spots nearby. Pictures are very accurate although the pool lights need to be replaced. Definitely recommend this one!

Great location! Wonderful facilities. Edward and Kevin both attentive to our needs. Upstairs facilities lacked the cleanliness of the well kept downstairs. Pool and spa were icing on the cake.

The house was perfect for our family and extended family. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The backyard was very nice and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Having a grocery store and lots of restaurants near by was a big plus! All the beach items were available at the house as well. The listing pictures of this house were on point! We would absolutely stay here again.

A beautiful home in a great location! Kevin was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. Six adults stayed and we had plenty of room. Fully equipped kitchen but you will need to buy essential pantry items if you plan on cooking. The house was very clean. Comfortable beds with nice linens. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Four beach chairs. Two hair dryers. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. If this house is saved to your favorites, don’t hesitate to book!

What a place! We were not sure 10 people in the house would be big enough, however, it was more than enough space—a well-maintained property, with so many extras that all were impressed with the accommodations. Kevin, the property manager was very responsive to our questions. Once we settled in we thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend the property. You will not be disappointed!

Property was beautiful. Checkin was at 4pm couldn't get in til 4:30pm due to communication issue. 3rd day tripped over metal strip at bottom of steps and broke leg that will require surgery. Other than we enjoyed the property.

The house is very nice and as advertised. We had a group of seven people and had plenty of room for everybody and everything we wanted to do. The hot tub and pool were fantastic as were the beds. The property manager only responded through telephone and mostly text. This led to some confusion such as how to lock the doors and control of the hot tub and house temperatures.

We had a great stay at the house, communication was on point with Edward and Kevin, and the house is set up nicely to share with a group. We spent most of our time enjoying the fantastic pool and hot tub, but there is plenty to see and do in the area as well. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent in the area. We had 5 adults and 4 kids that stayed at this property. We were very pleased with the location, cleanliness, and response time from the owner/and or property manager. The house was just as advertised. The only con was that you can’t make changes to the temperature of the house unless you contact the owner. We were cold at night the first couple of nights and then as the temps increased during the week the last night we were very hot.

We traveled to the area in order to attend a wedding in Palm Beach and figured we would turn it into a mini vacation. The property was very well kept and we had a really nice stay. It take quite a bit of time to get the the ocean (a lot of no wake) but we weren't complaining. The owner was super responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent location, one block from Publix, house was great with the suite upstairs for privacy and made it easy to take zoom calls for work without family around. Property manager (Kevin) was awesome, grill wasn’t working, next day he replaced with a brand new propane grill. Not to mention the hot tub outside covered for inclement weather.
