Gorgeous 300 sqm. contemporary-style, private modern family villa located in the charming village, Le Moulleau. A 5-min walk/bike to the beach, restaurants, markets, bars, so you can leave your car at home. Lovely garden, pool terrace, rooftop terrace, cinema room and pool. Four bedrooms plus cinema room that transforms to a children's dorm, this villa can accommodate 8-12 people. The villa can easily welcome two families and is perfect to enjoy family time in a peaceful and wonderful setting.

THE VILLA
A true vacation setting, the property is especially designed for guests to make the most of the Atlantic Coast sun: a sunny rooftop terrace with dining area and views over the pine forests, a beautiful mature garden with outdoor dining table, plancha, ping pong table plus a natural bathing pool to enjoy a quick and refreshing dip!
The large bay windows on the ground floor, like on the upper floor, let the light stream in freely into the spacious living area, home cinema room and bedrooms. There are four bedrooms altogether that can accommodate 8-10 people with children. Two rooms are ensuite, plus two separate bathrooms. There is more than enough space for the whole family or two separate families to feel at ease! The large cinema room ensuite can also be used as a children's dorm and is ideal and convivial for families.
The location and setup of the villa gives you the option to stay in and enjoy time with friends and family in privacy and comfort. While at the same time, it is close enough by foot or bike to all the area’s amenities, so you can leave your car at home and enjoy everything on offer – beaches, ocean, markets, the village, boating, biking, cap ferret trips.

DEPOSIT
A bank imprint of 3500€ will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation.
