We came from Michigan with our large family and could not have been happier with the Accommodations, the amenities and the location. The host, Christina, exceeded our expectations! Every single one of us stated this was our favorite family vacation so far. Plenty of space and the outdoor activities were plentiful, pool w/Cabana, Basketball Court and Tennis Court all well maintained! I highly recommend this home.

We chose this estate for our sibling reunion and it was perfect for us. Plenty of room for our party of 11 adults and 3 children. The beds were comfy and the house had everything we needed. The group enjoyed the pool, spa and basketball court. Christina was responsive & amazing to work with. We would definitely rent again.

Amazing Location, close to University of Arkansas campus for graduation weekend. Wonderful place to host family, No reason to travel for entertainment since on site there is a tennis court, pool, hot tub, and games. Couldn’t ask for more. Bonus the beds were amazing!

We stayed at this place with our wedding party for our wedding weekend. The house was perfect to fit us all (16) more than comfortably. Highly recommend this place for large groups as it provides not only several bedrooms but also places to hang out and chat.

Me and a group of friends used this property for a bachelor party and the place was absolutely perfect. The tennis court was awesome. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. 10/10

Nice spacious home. When we first arrived and saw all the steps to the pool we though, OH No,how will we get Grandma to the pool, then we noticed the side drive up the hill which made it a breeze. This has to be one of the best stocked homes with cooking utensils and accessories like salt/pepper which we often have to go buy. They even had coffee there! The pool was amazing. We cooked a brisket in the Green Egg and it was amazing. There was plenty of space for the family

Ne’Villa was so much more than the pictures showed. The rooms were large and spacious, decorated professionally down to the last detail. The cabana and patios were well furnished with multiple seating areas. The kitchen cabinets are full of whatever small appliances you can think of with plenty of baking and cooking essentials. Our family had a wonderful vacation and we’re already planning our next stay.

Our family reunion(22 people in all), had a wonderful time here. Kitchen well equipped, lots of space, great pool, tennis court, basketball court. We did bring a couple of extra air mattresses and they helped accommodate everyone, especially teens who don’t like to share a bed. Many happy memories made!

Overall our stay was amazing and the property couldn’t have been nicer. The only “issues” we had were that there were no extra trash bags or paper towels but that was really not a problem as we just went and purchased some. We did leave what was left for someone else to use. We did not receive the check in code until the day before we left and the only reason that was a bit worrisome was because we had family driving in from Florida. Other than those very small items I would HIGHLY recommend this property. We made so many memories and are forever thankful for Christina allowing us to stay at this property! We have made memories that will last a lifetime.

We were in Fayetteville for wedding and stayed at Ne'Villa for several days. The place is outstanding and just as the pictures showed. We found we didnt need to leave the property except for trips to the store and of course the wedding. Christina was extremely easy and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Fayetteville.

Our family loves to chose a different area to vacation and this was our first time to Fayetteville, Ar. This home worked so well for our family and was so spacious. The bedrooms were on different sides of the home which gave us all our own retreat and we didn't feel like we were all on top of one another. The kitchen gave us lots of room to cook meals and we had plenty of room inside and out to sit and enjoy our meals. We had a couple small issues that we were able to resolve ourselves after not hearing back from the host. The outside area and pool was a favorite by everyone. We found the pool nice and clean and the Cabana so nice when you wanted to be out of the sun. There were nice lounge chairs by the pool and floats to use in the pool. The outside patios could use some attention and cleaning up, which we relayed to the homeowner. We would definitely rent this space again and enjoyed every day of our stay!

First of all, this is one of the first VRBO properties we have rented that was actually BIGGER than it looks in the photos, and as you can see it looks quite expansive in the photos. The new hot tub was a hit with our guests, and really enhanced our winter stay (given it was too cold to use the pool). We did have a few hiccups along the way, (e.g., a dead battery in one of the smart-door locks and a plumbing issue that we had to work around while it was being repaired), but Christina was very responsive and addressed those issues as quickly as she could. Overall we are very satisfied with our experience and would stay in Nevilla again should we be in Fayetteville and need a luxurious place that very comfortably sleeps 16.

In town with family to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday, the house is very spacious and accommodated plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living area for everyone to enjoy time together and still have their own space as well. While it was too cold to enjoy the outdoor living area and pool, It would make excellent accommodations for celebrating with family and friends in warmer weather.

This is our second family stay at Ne'villa. We were there as a family last Thanksgiving and we promised the kids to come back in the summer when we could take full advantage of the backyard and pool. We love this property because the house is gorgeous and always well stocked with cooking and baking pots and pans, the beds are mostly king size and really comfortable and everyone can spread out and spend time together or have their own space. Adults and kids loved the pool and we played night-time tennis because of the lighted court. Christina is a great host and only a phone call away if we needed her. Trust me, this property and experience is worth every penny!
