We threw a 30th birthday here, it was such a great time! There were a few minor hiccups but the property manager was super easy to get a hold of and resolved any issues promptly. Would definitely rent out again in the future, we all wished we could stay so much longer!

Very nice place. 7 adults and 3 kids had plenty of space. The back yard is awesome. The pool is great! The only issues we had was the fridge dis not get very cold. We brought everything cold in coolers and the fridge never kept everything cold. we had to move all the food back into the coolers. Also I messaged and said we needed the BBQ. The BBQ did not work. We never called to have them fix anything because we didn’t have time and we found work arounds. Everything else was awesome!

Perfect spot for a large family reunion! We did have a couple issues with the booking process. They use an external site to manage the property/documents so things kept getting sent to my spam therefore, I wasn’t aware there were more documents to sign. They also charge extra for things like heating the pool and the hot tub, which can be easily lost in the fine print and didn’t realize it until after we had gotten to the property. We were able to get it added, but lost a day with no heat for the hot tub.
But outside that, the home was absolutely beautiful, well stocked, and incredibly spacious for our group!

Our family enjoyed the stay at this property very much. The bedrooms up front with the Jack and Jill bathroom were located nicely for some extra quiet and privacy. Master and other bedrooms were very nice and roomy. Julio was very attentive.

One week stay with total of 9 adult family members and 1 child. Great location for attending bnp paribas tournament. The house, furnishings and appliances were a bit old and tired. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the house and especially the backyard pool and spa. Julio was professional and helpful.

Overall the house was lovely, large enough for our family, and well-equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable (pool towels, kitchen utensils, etc.) The location was convenient. The property manager was responsive and polite when I reached out twice with questions. What I wish were better: learning about fees for additional guests later in the booking process, the payment/contract process, all of the fees for things like the pool heat and outdoor fire pit, and check-in process. We skipped the fire pit because I couldn’t justify or tolerate another fee but did opt for the pool heat (almost $500 for a 4 night stay!) Unfortunately the pool heat was a total bust - we followed the heating instructions but it never got to a swimmable temperature in 60-70 degree February weather. The hot tub heat was fine so we enjoyed our time there. Regarding check in, we were able to get in by 3 but it seems we could have been accommodated earlier since the house was empty for the days prior to our stay and the cleaning crew was not around. I understand some of the cleaning happens the day guests arrive so early check in requests can’t always be accommodated. Lastly, the separate contract and payment process was tedious and I wouldn’t want to go through that hassle again.

The property was fairly as described but we had numerous issues with the home and the management was unable to fix them. The most egregious and illegal offense was that the home did not have working smoke or carbon monoxide detectors. When we took a picture of the empty ceiling mount and sent it to the management we were told that the units were beeping and they could not identify the problem so a few weeks ago they removed all of the smoke detectors and put them in the laundry room cupboard. Unbelievable! When we arrived at the home, the gas was shut off to the exterior of the home and we could not get the pool, hot tub, grill or fire pit to work and we had paid $400 for the use of the fire pit and $800 for the pool! Management was insistent that we were not following the instructions for the mechanicals and did nothing. Since no one was coming to fix this issue we took time from our vacation to investigate and found that the exterior shut off valve was closed. We do not feel the pool and spa fees were properly disclosed to a renter before officially renting the home. The ice maker did not work and when reported the manager he turned it on and water froze all over the interior of the freezer but never made ice. His "fix" was just o turn it back off. The garbage cans on the home's exterior were full and we needed to notify the management so we were not charged for excessive garbage! It was these and other issues that took away from our enjoyment of our vacation. Management outright lied numerous times.

The property was just as pictures online! It was very clean and comfortable. We had to reach out to management a couple of times for assistance but Julio and his team were super quick to respond. If I could change anything, it would be having to pay extra to heat the pool/spa and use the outdoor fire place and fire pit. We paid for both and only ended up using the spa, so I do feel that that was a complete waste of money. Other than that, I would definitely do business with Julio in the future!

Wonderful home for family vacation
We had a great time during our stay. It is HOT out in Indio this time of year so it was nice to have a home with a great open floor plan, great kitchen and a pool for when we did go outside. Our host was always responsive by text when ever we had a question.

Great Get-Away Property
My friends and I needed an extended week-end to decompress and relax ; and that we did. There were nine of us. The house was large enough that we could spread out, enjoy the house, and enjoy the pool. We had a great time re-connecting and relaxing. Julio was great and responsive to any and all of our questions.

Very private resort like backyard
We enjoyed a family vacation with our kids and grandchildren. Backyard is very private and beautiful. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the pool and grass area. House was great And we especially appreciated the high chairs, play pens and baby equipment that were in the house for us.

Wow! This is an amazing property! Absolutely beautiful! Spacious, clean, family friendly, great location! We had a small glitch with the spa thermostat. I called Julio, and he came over and had it fixed quickly. He was very easy to work with. Very pleasant and accommodating. We will definitely be renting from him again!

We stayed here with a small group of ladies for a relaxing bachelorette weekend. The home was amazing and better than the photos show. The backyard was perfect for relaxing by the pool and BBQing. We will be coming back next summer with family! Perfect for this as there are different wings of the home. Julio, the property manager, was top notch in his service from the moment we signed the agreement. We will be back soon!

Family Getaway
Well the house is great. We took our 8 grown children to lounge around the pool for three days.
House was just as described. Lots of outdoor seating. Nice area for large group.
We did find some of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty and not washed. Probably something the owner wouldn’t see, but lazy previous guests.
We had issues with one of the AC units all weekend, although one side of the house was warmer it didn’t spoil the trip.
Overall we had a great weekend.

Uncle George’s 100th Birthday Celebration.
Julio was always available by phone, prior to our arrival, even giving some insight to property management in the area (a relative was having concerns about her vacation property in nearby La Quinta).
The property was perfect for our family of four couples and a two-year-old grandchild. The property’s side yard was ideal for the child and our “grown-up” children.

Beautiful Home and yard is very private
Julio was a fantastic host and checked in with us to ensure all was up to our standards. The Serenity property is absolutely amazing and the back yard is just awesome !!! Tons of seating for all to enjoy and the yard is very private and beautifully landscaped. Highly recommend this property to a family, couples and golf trip buddies.

serenity, fun and good times
Accommodations were ideal for our extended family of 4 adult children and grandchildren. We loved the hot tub, pool, varied getaway space when privacy needed. Kitchen and eating areas were wonderful. Lots of pool toys and umbrellas and patio furniture provided multiple outdoor living spaces.
Beautiful accommodations.
We would have loved to have used the fire pit but for the $250.00 weekly rate it was a bit much for us; and the $100.00 daily pool heating fee was also too much. The pool temperature was excellent without the extra heat.
One of the beds was so soft my son in law had to sleep on the floor.
It would have been nice to not have to go out and buy extra toilet paper.
Overall it was excellent. We would not hesitate to come again.

Great house for our group!
We had a great stay at this house. It was a work-related trip, so all people were colleagues. And yet, each person had their own room and almost enough bathrooms for everyone to go around. The house is very clean, spacious and the outside entertainment area is amazing! The only drawback on our end (and it's no fault of the house) is that it was a far distance to Palm Springs itself (which is where our work committments took us). But we enjoyed the drive and would stay at this house again!

Lovely large home -great for a family vacation or high level business meeting
I actually utilized the house for a regional business . The house is large enough where 4-5 executives had their own space to sleep/bathe AND we had room for multiple simulationus meetings in different areas of the house. Then everyone pitched in to put meals together. Good situation for bonding and hard work.

Desert Oasis
We had a great time at this house celebrating my mom’s 60th birthday! Plenty of room for five couples, it was especially nice to have 4 bathrooms. Everything was very clean and comfortable. If you plan on doing any cooking, just know that the kitchen tools are a bit limited (we were in need of a can opener) but all in all a great place to stay!
