Camelot by the Sea unit#601 is a direct oceanfront 3 Bedroom/2 Bath unit that offers 1400 sq ft of living space. You can park on the same floor as the unit which makes for easy loading and unloading during your stay. The unit sports a full kitchen. dining area and living room. The master is located facing the ocean and shares a large balcony with the living room. This south facing corner unit has great natural light filtering into the unit's main living area making bright and airy.
Our units are being prepared and cleaned per CDC recommendations.
This unit is a direct oceanfront corner unit located on the 6th floor and has a fully stocked kitchen with a living room and dining area. There is a king bed in the Master bedroom with an in suite bathroom and is right on the ocean with balcony access. The second bedroom features a queen bed and one bunk bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are flat screen TVs in each bedroom plus a large flat screen TV in the living room. There are DVD players in the living room and 2 of the bedrooms. There are books, board games, beach toys, a high chair and a pack and play which can be used as a crib or play pen plus toys for the beach.
There is a gigantic 90 foot indoor heated pool, an oceanfront 60 foot outdoor pool, kiddie pool with a mushroom waterfall and an over-sized sandbox on the pool deck. There are two generously sized hot tubs and a gorgeous oceanfront lawn for sunbathing. There is also a large indoor lazy river. Camelot also has an onsite fitness facility, convenience store, game/computer room, a printer, internet access and a guest laundry and play area. Towels and linens are provided for your stay!
The parking is the best feature of this condo. There are 3 free parking included with the rent. You just park by this condo and walk to your unit. So no loading and unloading to the cart and take an elevator.
About the area:
There are many fun filled family activities a short distance from the condo. The Pavilion, a family theme park is a short walk away. There’s also Ripley’s Aquarium featuring thousands of sea creatures. The area is filled with miniature golf courses, shops, water parks, mini-race tracks and eateries all just a short distance from your doorstep. There are shows playing at the Carolina Opry Theater, The Legend, and Palace NASCAR.
Myrtle Beach is a golf haven with over 100 golf courses to choose from offering various competitive levels and a full range of prices that can accommodate any budget and all within a short drive from the condo. There are many restaurants and shops to fit every taste.
This is a non-smoking unit and there will be a $300 charge if it is discovered that someone in your party smoked inside the unit or on the balconies.
This is a no pets allowed building and if you bring a pet into the unit during your stay you will be fined $300.
You must be at least 25 years old when reserving this unit and most of the people staying in the unit must be 25 years old.
There will be no additional charges if the following provisions are met:
• No damage is done to the condo or its contents and the unit is returned to us in the condition it was given in
• Premises are maintained in good condition and used in a careful and lawful manner
• All kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans are left cleaned and orderly
• No linens or household items are missing or damaged
• No early check-in or late check-out (check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10am) that are not approved by the owner
• The condo has not been smoked in including the balconies
• No pets of any kind are kept on premises
• No illegal activities are conducted in the unit or the premise of the condominium
• Loud noise is not permitted in the building, the property or unit
• You cannot have more people staying in the unit than what the reservation was approved for when accepted by the owner
Cancellation Policy:
• You will receive your full deposit back if you cancel 60 days prior to check in
• You will lose all paid rental funds if you cancel your reservation within 60 days of check in
• If we discover that you are under the age of 25, we can cancel your reservation immediately and retain all payments made to date unless it is more than 60 days prior to your check in
• We reserve the right to increase the damage deposit for any rental if any of the above provisions are not met
We are serious about the above rules and regulations and strongly enforce them, so please make sure that all the individuals in your party are made aware of these prior to checking in.
Tenant agrees to the following:
1. Maintain the premises in good condition.
2. Use premises in a careful and Lawful manner.
3. Vacate premises at the expiration of the term by the departure time.
4. Excessive cleaning expenses will be charged to the credit card on file or retained from the damage deposit.
5. Be responsible for and reimburse owner for replacement or repair of any damage to the condo or contents thereof caused as a result of misuse, neglect, negligence on the part of the Tenant or Tenant’s family, or guest for damage done above the amount held for the damage deposit.
6. Hold Owner harmless from any claims, action, damages, liabilities and expenses in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damage or loss to personal property, arising from or out of any occurrence in, upon or at the leased premises, occasioned wholly or in part by any act or omission of Tenant, or Tenant’s family, or guests or as the result of any defective item on the premises.

Is in a great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and amusement park. They have 2 hot tubs, 2 swimming pools, kids wading pool and a very nice lazy river. Problem is, people from other locations coming in through outside gate and using facilities. Owner responded quickly when called with internet problems. Only negative is noisy and uncomfortable mattresses.

Awesome location, property was clean, and the parking on the same level was beyond helpful. Walking distance to pretty much anything you need. The only complaint I have is the mattresses are very loud and if anyone moves around it will wake you up it’s so loud. Over all, great experience, just need new mattresses.

Communication was very poor. The pictures need updating. One of the reasons we chose this particular place was because it showed there was a Dunkin Donuts attached. That is not true and apparently hasn’t been for a couple of years. The Camelot was great. The kids loved the lazy river, big pools, hot tub and had easy access to the beach! The location was great as well! Within walking distance of the places we wanted to go.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was as described. Condo was beautiful. The only “issue” we had was some of the electrical outlets did not work. We didn’t let that ruin our stay and still had a great time. It was really nice the owners start you out with some paper towel and toilet paper. Gives you time to go to the store. Washer and dryer were clutch! We had no dirty clothes going home!
Not the property owners problem but I’ll mention it - there was also a homeless man sleeping on the entrance way to the beach by the outdoor shower heads. He had boxes and bags and stunk. Pretty sure he was using the shower area for a bathroom. Shocking the condo staff didn’t ask him to relocate.

Friends vacation was wonderful! All was as described. We enjoyed the amenities and the proximity to the beach. Bit of a mixup with check in, but owners quickly responded. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed the condo it was perfect for our family. Easy parking right next to elevators and room. And you just can’t beat the beautiful sunrises.

The condo met all our needs for a week stay. However, the washing machine was leaving grease marks on our clothing. I contacted the owner and showed pictures on the grease marks. As we were communicated back and forth about the problem the owner just stopped communicating with me about the problem. Very disappointed regarding the communication and lack of resolution of this problem.

Excellent Place For A Fall Break Trip!!!
My family and brother and sister in-laws decided to do our first big family get away here. There were 10 of us total. Age ranges from 2 to 38.
This place was excellent for our large family! It had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back!

Great Getaway
We loved the place. We loved the parking garage located outside our door. The location was perfect for us - right on the beach, near the boardwalk, close to restaurants, handy for shopping and perfect for walking on the beach. The condo had everything we needed as far as kitchen essentials, linens, towels, even chairs for the beach. The best, of course, was the large balcony looking out on the ocean, the beach and that spectacular sunrise.

Wonderful Vacation
Wonderful vacation and a great vacation place to stay. Beautiful views of the ocean and pier. Tried the hot tub and it was great! The condo had plenty of room for the 2 of us. It was very clean with the exception of sticky floors but otherwise outstanding! The only suggestion I would make is to replace the bed pillows, which had significant stains when we stripped the beds this morning. Otherwise it was great, highly recommended and I would love to rent one of her other units! Thanks so much!!!!!

Review by frequent travelers :)
Like the title says, we are frequent travelers, so my review is coming from travel experience. First and foremost, the property owner was very helpful in her email to let us know how to get into the rental, and what she expected of us as renters, which was great! Next, I really liked the location of this condo because its right on the water (awesome balcony view), and you are within walking distance of a lot of great places to eat, shop, and things to do! There is a Starbucks across the road, and there is a Dunkin Donuts attached to the premises, which is a plus for us coffee drinkers! We stayed during a holiday weekend, and the traffic was out of this world! So it was great that it was only a 5 minute walk down the beach to get to the boardwalk, where you'll find the places to eat, shopping, and things to do! It was great that we were able to park right outside of our condo in a covered parking garage, and the garage gate is fast, and easy to use :) On the down side, the condo itself could use a bit of minor work; mainly the beds could really, really use new mattresses :( And I'm not sure that it could be helped, but it seemed like the walls were paper thin! We came back from an outing and inside of our condo, there was a potent odor coming from inside, eventually we figured out that it was our neighbors cooking (salmon patties)! Also, there was also a loud argument in the middle of the night, right outside our room, that we could hear every word! I would say this area of Myrtle Beach is great for people who want to experience night life! With all of that being said, overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Best Myrtle Beach Vacation
We have been to Myrtle Beach several times over the years, but this was the best experience we have ever had. The owners are the best. They answered any and all questions promptly. From all the research I did before I could see that they own several units around Myrtle Beach. This unit at Camelot by the Sea is a end unit on the sixth floor you drive up to the sixth floor and park. We were never more than thirty feet from the front door. We had 5 adults and a 9 month old for our stay, but the unit could definitely accommodate 10 people with no problem. The bedroom with the king bed has it’s own full bathroom the other two bedrooms each have a queen bed and one of them have bunk beds as well. Some of the previous reviewers stated that the beds were very comfortable. When I first got in the bed I was doubting that, but as it turned out they were very comfortable. I normally take a melatonin before bed, but I did not take one the whole week we were there and slept like a baby. The kitchen as everything you would need to eat every meal if you wanted to. The whole unit is clean and has been very well taken care of over the years. Also, the unit is very quiet you don’t hear any thing from the other rooms on the side or above you. We would definitely stay here again and if this unit was not available we would stay at one of the owners other places.

What a lovely condo. Location is perfect . Fully stocked kitchen made it so nice for eating in. The only reason I gave the condo 4 stars is because I would recommend upgrading the mattresses in all the rooms. They are hard and squeaky. After a long day on the beach a nice comfy bed would be awesome to come back too!

excellent condo
Condo was excellent. Very clean and well cared for. comfortable and up to date. Quick communications with owner. Well supplied kitchen items. Downtown boardwalk area within walking distance and a short drive to most activity. Ocean front with parking garage at front of building. We drove up to 6th floor and parked about 25 feet from front door. Made it excellent to unload and pack with the children. Many thanks to Rufio the owner for an excellent place to spend our time at Myrtle Beach. We will definitely be back.
