This property is beautifully decorated and located in an ideal spot close to the beach, with plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Frank was quick to respond and very pleasant to rent from.

This condo is excellent! It's kept very clean and there's everything you need. We stayed in a two bedroom, which also had a small kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, cups, etc., making our stay very easy. Nice living room, and the beds were super comfortable. This condo is in a great location. A bit down the road from the main action on the beach, which for us what great to be out of the main traffic. But close enough for easy access to the beach and major roadways for traveling. I would definitely recommend this place!

Frank was a great host; so quick to respond. The condo had everything and was so conveniently located. The beach chairs and umbrella were unexpected and welcome additions for our fun day at the beach. You will not regret choosing this one!

We had an excellent time in this location. Super close to the beach and shops. We were surprised that there were no shampoo or soap for the bathroom, but I could have overlooked that there wasn't. The store right around the corner provided us with those items. Very clean, simple rules. Parking is tight, so if possible back in when you think you might leave. If we would visit the beach again in that location, we would look into this place again.

Condo was absolutely beautiful. Manager answered all questions. Accurate description on VRBO. Will stay again at this address. Wished it was cleaner as shower had mildew and under beds were not swept.

This property was clean and well equipped. The unit was close to beach, restaurants and entertainment. This was our first trip to Virginia Beach and we all agreed that it was definitely a place we would visit again. We spent most of our time on the beach or walking the boardwalk and Vibe district. Frank was very responsive to questions providing guidance to make our trip most comfortable.

This place suited our needs perfectly and was walking distance to the beach/boardwalk and many restaurants. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and decorated nicely. Frank's communication is thorough and he is responsive. The parking is a little tight and it's a little noisy at night but given the location and proximity to the beach, you can't expect anything else. Highly recommend it!

We stayed Sat. to Thurs. Parking was a bear. The kitchen cooking utensils were less than desirable. They were flimsy. The spices were severely lacking. There was only salt and pepper packets. (From a restaurant) . The price was fit for what we received. However, as for sleeping 5, the 5th person would need to sleep on couch, which was not so comfortable.

Great communication when I had trouble getting code to get in. Very clean. We were there for volleyball tournament so short stay and didn’t cook. My only feedbacks are minor. Pillows not great so hate this one time I didn’t bring mine. Toilet paper is thin. Parking is tight. I don’t know how I’d of gotten out it lot full.

Our stay was wonderful! Place was nice, clean, and provided everything we needed for our stay. This location is right in the heart of Virginia Beach! There were tons of things to do, go, and eat! There was tons of shopping also! Frank sent me everything I needed for check in and his responses were quick!! I will stay here again when I come back!

Frank has a nice property. Nice location, it’s a weird little building but I did love that I can take a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk! Very clean and neat. Perfect for a quick drop in!!

This property is perfect for a family of 4. Bedrooms were nice to sleep in. Living area was a very comfortable area to sit down with the family. Kitchen had everything needed to make meals. Only annoying thing is the parking spots were small and we were verry cautious about hitting another car with our doors.

The apartment was very clean and up-to-date. We had everything we needed. The beds were beautifully made and very comfortable. The host recommended a couple of great restaurants. We had a little trouble getting the TV to work right, but he was reachable and supportive. We got it figured out quickly. The southern end of the boardwalk was a short walk away. All in all a very nice visit to Virginia Beach.
