This is a DIRECT LAKEFRONT CONDO and not all units at Lake Erie Vista have a direct lakefront view. This is a 1st floor, 2nd level unit with a balcony. No steps from parking lot to unit.

WE DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS, even if they are small and well behaved.

***FEATURES:
• Secure entry into the building and condo unit
• Large great room with Wi-Fi, cable, smart TV, and fireplace.
• Formal dining room seats 6.
• Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, Keurig and traditional coffee maker and a breakfast bar that seats 2.
• Full size laundry room
• Many closets, hardwood floors.
• Master bedroom has a king size bed, plasma TV, and relaxing mood LED lighting integrated into the crown modeling.
• The second bedroom has a queen bed and plasma TV.
• There is an Italian Contempo tiled vertical spa shower (6 shower heads) in the master bath and an air jet tub in the hall bath.

***YOU CAN WALK ACROSS THE STREET TO THE FOLLOWING:
• Sunset taxi and wine tours (call ahead for services/hours)
• The Loft at Indian Creek (full bar, several TVs and sit down dining) Open year round but hours may be limited in off season

***A noise aware system is installed in the unit. It measures decibel level only and notifies me if it gets too loud, it does not record any conversations..

***The hot water tanks in these condos are smaller than a normal house, so you may need to plan/ scatter showers accordingly.

This property had everything we needed. It was great to have both the pool and the lake right on the property, especially with having children. Close to restaurants and family entertainment. And I must comment on the sheets on our bed -- so soft! It was tough to get out of bed!!!

My favorite thing was watching the sun rise in the early morning from the balcony and watching it set from the same spot. The condo was very clean and inviting, so my grandson and I spent more time in it than we thought we would. Thank you for allowing us to have a wonderful, much needed mini-vacation!

When we arrived I realized I didn’t reserve the right amount of days. I immediately contacted Mike told him about the mistake he said that the condo was already rented out for the day I didn’t reserve but he suggested that he has another condo that was available! We then reserved it and this one had a lake front view! We were so happy with the view's,location and all the amenities that came with the rental! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condos! We will return!

The building was immaculate! The unit was so so. There’s a lot of potential there but…. The living room, second bedroom and under cabinet lights were out.Under furniture was dusty and the sofa had lolly pop sticks under it. The LR furniture was dusty. The one side of sofa has something wrong with it. Not comfy to sit on at all. One BR sink had black hair in it and neither of us have black hair. Other than that we had an enjoyable vacation.

My son and I stayed 3 nights and it was just the best for both of us. We both were going through a lot of stress and just wanted to unwind. It was so nice that we could open the sliding door and you can hear the ripples of water. We didn’t want to leave but we will be back!!

Beautiful condo. Beautiful lakefront balcony. Great amenities. Loved the indoor pool. It was not crowded. Loved the kitchen amenities- Air fryer was cool. Loved the jetted tub and the master shower was ultra nice. Kids were happily surprised with toy bin in closet. There were family games to play too. We would love to come again in season when the town arcades and more fun options open up.

The condo was beautiful with a fantastic view of Lake Erie from the Living room and dining room. There was also a balcony that we would have used more had it not been so cold the weekend we stayed. We like the area with it's wineries and the Loft across the street along with the Geneva-on-the-Lake strip shops and restaurants. There is a grocery store and gas station directly across the street. My communication(s) with the property manager was pleasant and he answered any questions and gave us information to enter the property and parking info in a timely manner. We did not use the pool as we were out of the condo a lot of the time, but that is an extra perk. We will definitely stay in this condo again in the future!!!

The view was wonderful. I love the private beach. The condo has everything you need. It would have been nice to have better sheets on the queen bed. The fitted sheet was thin and kept coming off the mattress corners. Also I wish there were instructions on how to use some of the "modern" conveniences that we were not used to. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Overall, beautiful condo. I was very impressed by the balcony overlooking the private beach. You could sit at least eight people out there. The living room was so comfortable, especially with the fireplace. Both bathrooms were phenomenal. I enjoyed the jetted bathtub, bedrooms were very comfortable. I will definitely be back.

Beautiful condo and property. Quiet, peaceful relaxing atmosphere. Great location. Have been visiting Geneva on the Lake on Labor Day weekend for 19 years. First time at this location . Definitely want to come back here !

Great location, no noise from other units, spacious balcony with a great view, awesome primary bathroom shower, walk-in closet space to stash suitcases and hang clothes, and nice appliances. Girlfriends all in agreement we gave it a four thumbs up!👍👍👍👍

The location of the condo was perfect for touring the area wineries. The condo had a great view of lake Erie. We could see the storms come across the lake. The condo itself was comfortable, roomy and had everything we needed. It was nice to have TVs in all the rooms as well.

The condo is just beautiful with a stunning view of the lake. Everything was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. It is in a very convenient spot -- not too far from the strip. The owner almost always got back to me with answers to my questions within an hour or two. A wonderful vacation spot!

This property is gorgeous, and has a stunning view of the lake. The condo came equipped with all the amenities, towels, stocked kitchen, coffee pot, microwave, toaster, and a full sized refrigerator that dispensed both water and ice. The condo was immaculately clean, and everything was in great shape, and well maintained. The beach below is steps away from the condo, has a small pier to fish off of, and many well built sturdy chairs to sit and watch the sunset. I loved to sit on the balcony with the chairs provided and watch the sun go down. This unit is so impressive, I wanted to purchase it to live in myself. Alas, the unit is not for sale. I definitely will return over and over again.

Overall, my stay was great. I have never been to this area before. The owner of the property is extremely responsive, professional, and helpful. I had a little trouble at check in because there is basically no cell service, so I could not pull up the needed information from my phone. I had to drive off property to get cell service in order to retrieve what I needed. So just a heads up if you go there, you may want to do that. The unit is large, updated, and has beautiful views with the large windows and doors, and a nice patio to sit on. In terms of the unit itself, I gave it 3 stars for cleanliness. I know that when you’re constantly having people stay who don’t own or really care about the property, it’s probably hard to keep up with things, but I found the unit just to be really beat up. The light plates and light switches were basically black and pretty gross to touch. The baseboards and walls or just sort of beat up from people not caring about how they treat the place. The toilet in the hallway bathroom was “okay” clean, but it is clear to me that whoever cleans this unit does not clean the base around the toilet. It was very disgusting. My only other two negatives on this property were that there’s a pair of binoculars in the unit that I was excited to use, but they are completely broken, and there are no windows in the bedrooms.

We enjoyed our stay at Geneva on the lake. The condo was very nice, comfortable,clean, and a great location. We loved overlooking the lake on the balcony and while we didn’t use the pool it, looked very nice and warm! We will be back and would love to stay here again!

This unit was just what we needed for a little spring break getaway. The size was ideal, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect. We drove a few minutes to the Geneva State Park to complete a personal wine-themed 5K for charity and also visited Laurentia, Spring Hill, and Stonegait wineries, which were all within a reasonable driving distance. Shuttle information was provided in the condo as well. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The condo provided all the necessary items for cooking/baking as well as a coffee maker and Keurig! The extra pillows and blankets were a welcomed bonus. The convenience of the store across the street was also most beneficial. We will definitely be requesting this condo again!
