About this house rental
Completely custom modern "green" home, architecturally designed with elegant fixtures and finishes. Multiple architectural award winner.
OUTSTANDING LOCATION: 2 blocks from Beall Park, which I think is Bozeman's best neighborhood. Walk or ride not only to DOWNTOWN (shops, bars, restaurants, grocery) but also to the NE NEIGHBORHOOD (amazing bakery, great new coffee shop, brewery), the fairgrounds (farmers market) or the CANNERY DISTRICT (wood-fired pizza, speakeasy-style bar, distillery, kombucha bar, more), and MIDTOWN (ice cream, food truck courts, pho, cafe, Elm music venue). The absolute best of in-town living in Bozeman.
MAIN LIVING: on the 2nd floor -- lets you live downtown but still above the street and neighboring houses. Mountain views, especially during winter, when the leaves are off the deciduous trees.
KITCHEN: open to the dining and living areas; extra large gas cooktop; custom spice rack.
MASTER: bedroom - king bed; 2 small closets. Master bath -- 2 shower heads with separate controls and custom glass tile; toilet in area separated by pocket door.
2ND BEDROOM -- on the ground floor with a king bed; bathroom adjacent with luxurious shower and custom everything.
SLEEPING LOFT: accessed via a pivoting staircase (national award-winning small project!); double bed, twin bed, upholstered chair, and dresser. A very cozy space.
3 BALCONIES: off the kitchen, south-facing, and with a propane grill; off the living room, north-facing; and off the master bedroom, south-facing.
BONUS for CYCLISTS or SKIERS: I'm a cyclist (road, gravel & mountain biking) and a skier (most often Nordic but also alpine and backcountry). I have lots of info for your cycling or skiing adventures and work stands and tools that you could use.

Traveled in from out of state and had to make a last minute accommodation change. The owner responded quickly and was very helpful. The house was clean, well appointed and in a great location. We walked to restaurants, coffee shops, breweries and shopping. Easy drive to Yellowstone and Big Sky. As a group of 4 adults, we were all very comfortable and pleased. Would definitely recommend for a great stay in Bozeman.

Real nice layout of house, the five of us were quite comfortable, about a 10 minute walk to Main St. Host was quickly accessible if needed and accommodated our somewhat early arrival. Thanks for a very relaxed stay!

The home provided a perfect ‘basecamp’ for our family of six during our visit to drop off our child at MSU. The home was well-appointed, well-stocked, comfortable, spacious, clean, walkable to town, and convenient to all that Bozeman offers. Jason was responsive and helpful.

Nice home and owner was helpful and responsive. When booked did not recall or inquire about a/c. Renters should be aware there is none. Temps were >90 and inside temps exceeded 80 in the afternoon before receding early evening. Also, Peach Street is busy. With windows open to help with cooling, it is not quiet. I would not pay this price for this property in summer time given better options.

House was clean and well appointed. Got a tad warm in the house during early evenings, but it is July. It was manageable with fans and windows.

We enjoyed being able to walk to various restaurants and shops. Home was comfortable and enough space for 4 adult men. Communication was excellent. Enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO so much that we stayed in at night and didn’t go out to eat. It is such a nice house. Would 1000% stay here again. Kudos to the owner.

Stayed here to help my son move out of the dorms and catch up with my girlfriends from college. The house was really clean. Fit five adult women easily and comfortably. Had all the amenities we needed. We did not cook but easily could have. Was a perfect walk distance to town. Beds were comfortable. Showers were hot (nobody got cold water) good water pressure.
Communication with owner was easy and adequate. Would stay here again and recommend.
May snowstorm a little bummer but not related to the house.

The location was perfect. Easily walked with my family into town for dinner and coffee. The house was very comfortable. We really appreciated the radiant floor heating which is so much nicer than forced air. In the evenings we played games and watched movies by the fireplace. Great vacation!

We Stayed in Bozeman for our sons graduation from MSU and chose the house based on location. The place was fabulous with a great layout. Jason was a pleasure to work with and in addition to making the check in and checkout process simple, he gave many great recommendations for local restaurants. The location of the property was wonderful - just about 4 blocks to the downtown area, 4 blocks to the brewery district which has a great bakery, sandwich shop and a couple of brewpubs and about 4 blocks to the Cannery district which has several restaurants. We would definitely stay again in the future!

We love Jasons place! We love to cook and dine in and Jason's place has everything you need to do this!
Also the location is perfect! You can walk to Pete's Hill and let the dogs go crazy. This area in Bozeman is our favorite because everything is walkable.
Lastly, Jason is awesome! He is everything that you would want and expect in an amazing host! Super responsive and knowledgeable of the area and community.

We had 6 adults stay in this house for a wedding weekend and it was perfect! Jason was easy to communicate with and let us check in early. The house is beautiful and well taken care of. The location is also perfect! We were able to walk to local restaurants and shops nearby. There was also great parking for our rental car. The loft is great for 2 adults or children but would be difficult to fit 3 adults. We really enjoyed our stay!

We went to visit my brother in law with my wife and her sister - this place was amazing. Great location close to downtown and a beautiful/spacious design. It exceeded our expectations and the communication was outstanding. The host was overly communicative to ensure we had a wonderful stay and accommodated any of our requests. Highly recommend!

My family and I spent a few days kicking around Bozeman and the surrounding area, and Jason's home was the perfect basecamp for our adventures. The home is a short walk to Main St. and to the east side of town, both of which have great restaurants, cafes, breweries, etc. Jason has thoughtfully stocked most anything you could possibly need, and he was super communicative throughout our stay, providing helpful tips and recommendations. We have already recommended his place to friends, and we would definitely stay there again the next time we're in Bozeman.

Our first week at Bozeman we were looking for a house that we could walk to town and be close to all the amenities that are offered. This Home far exceeded any expectations we had. The attention to detail continued to impress us throughout our stay. All beds had very comfortable mattresses and soft bedding. The layout of the home left us feeling like we were outside, while indoors. All while maintaining privacy. The downstairs bedroom had windows that looked out on a cherry tree where we could watch birds eating cherries, while drinking our coffee in bed. The upstairs had three outdoor porch areas that we enjoyed utilizing. The house has so many special touches. The owner has great attention to detail and ensured we had the best stay. Great communicator. The space was ample for a family of six. The neighborhood was great to walk in the evenings. Can’t say enough - one of our favorite homes we have stayed in!

From clearly labeled drawers to USB ports on the nightstands, there was clearly a lot of care put into this home! It was very well stocked with kitchen ware, towels and linens and surprising little items. While the upstairs loft wasn’t ideal for those of us who get up in the middle of the night, it was a great location to downtown Bozeman! Jason was an excellent host, accommodating our early arrival, graciously answered all our questions and gave great recommendations for the best restaurants!

This property was fantastic for our needs, great location , well appointed , more than accommodating host. Our request for early check in and later departure where honored with no problem. We filled the house with 7 adults and everyone was more than comfortable. 6 blocks from main st. Lovely walk to town even in the dead of winter. Highly recommend !

5 star experience from booking to arriving. We couldn’t of asked for better communication and follow-thru from Jason. He accommodated an early arrival (we had driven from Boston) and gave us the best recommendations for food, hikes and most importantly - coffee spot.
The house is well appointed. Kitchen has everything you need, bedrooms are comfortable and living area is comfortable.
This home is walking distance to Main Street Bozeman.
We can’t wait to visit Bozeman soon and hope this is available to stay! Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Perfect home in so many ways.....
Walking distance to downtown which was perfect since it snowed 16+ inches while we were visiting.
Extremely helpful and communicative host who keeps a beautiful home.
Home had everything you could ask for.... Clean, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding and plenty of room for us, our adult children and grand-puppy.
Especially loved the showers after a long day.
Will definately try to book again the next time we vistit our son.

The host was amazing, so communicative. We appreciated his love of Bozeman and keeping it "montana". It was very well thought out, fun, close to downtown and I would and will be back as many times as needed while my kid is at school at MSU. Thanks, Jason!

I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a great rental in Bozeman. I rented this place with 3 friends for a fishing trip. Everything in Bozeman was within walking distance, so we didn't even need to rent a car. Check in/check out was super easy and the manager was readily available for anything we needed.
