FORTUNATELY, BONITA VILLAGE AND OUR CONDO DID NOT SUFFER ANY DAMAGE FROM THE 2024 HURRICANES. PLEASE CHECK OUT THE PHOTOS WHICH ARE CURRENT.

This beautiful condominium will have you smiling and relaxing from the moment you stroll through the residence and out onto the screened lanai. Spacious master suite with private bath, dual sinks, quartz counter and walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom with private access to the guest bathroom. You'll love the bright open plan boasting a beautiful kitchen with quartz counters, raised breakfast bar, modern appliances, full dining room area, and great room (with sleeper sofa). Condo was spacious with lots of amenities. The screened porch was a perfect place to have a morning coffee and look over the pool area. The pool was a perfect spot to relax. Great area for walking, close to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend

We loved the location and the pool at this Bonita Village condo. We visited 3 different beaches while we were there. We walked to restaurants and putt putt and ice cream! Highly recommend.

This was my family’s second time staying in Brian’s beautiful home and we can’t wait to plan our next vacation. The house is beautiful and homey. The property is very well maintained. My whole family has absolutely fallen in love with the pool. All of the residents and guests that we have encountered are wonderful and my children 12 & 10 have made friends on both trips. Convenient location to restaurants, shopping and the beautiful beaches.

We have stayed at Bonita Village over 5 times and it’s never a disappointment. Our condo was clean and well stocked. The pool area was relaxing and the Groggy Frog was a bonus to our pool time. Leah and Krissy were welcoming and pleasant.

Exceptional condo with everything you need for your stay. Location is close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Especially loved the large television in the living room which was perfect for watching the Masters & March Madness during our stay. Owners are very responsive to any inquiries. Would highly recommend this condo and hope to rent it again!

The condo was very spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The pool view from the lanai was relaxing and the amenities were exactly what we were looking for. We had a wonderful Christmas there.

We enjoyed our stay even though the weather wasn’t the best for Florida. Condo was clean, very well stocked. Would have been nice to have a place for our clothes in the main bedroom, had to leave our suitcases on the floor, the closet was pretty full so not a lot of room. Main bathroom needs new towels and kitchen needs kitchen towels as well. Other than that the condo was pleasant.

This is an amazing location with 5 star service from the owners! The property had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The condo is beautiful and was incredibly clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with all dinnerware and cookware that was needed. The patio had beautiful sunrise views. Thank you for an amazing stay!

I would highly recommend this property. The unit was so nice and included everything you would need for the pool or beach. My spouse and i enjoyed the pool everyday and talked with some of the other people there. A very friendly place. Will go back again.

As others noted ice maker dispenser did not work properly. Minor inconvenience ice maker did produce ice so just had to open freezer for ice. Twin beds in 2nd bedroom did not appear to be standard size-much smaller. Fortunately we only had one person in our party who was tall and he slept in the master bedroom. Second bedroom would be fine for children but not comfortable for an adult . Also there was a delivery for a subsequent guest and the delivery person had the code and just let himself in! Other than the aforementioned minor inconveniences, a pleasant, well-equipped vacation spot in a very desirable location.

We had a wonderful family vacation here! Condo is nicely updated and has everything you need. Owner was so easy to work with and check in was as simple as pulling in and walking right to the condo. Pool is beautiful with plenty of chairs and space to relax. Great location with lots of restaurants close by. The shuttle to the beach is so convenient. We will definitely stay again!

The pictures don’t do this place justice, the condo was bright, airy, clean and homey. Brian and Whitney were wonderful hosts, I had one concern and they quickly addressed it. My family LOVED the pool and we spent a large majority of our time in it. This location is very family friendly and my kids made a few friends along our stay. As long as Brian and Whitney are sharing their home with us I can see this becoming our yearly vacation spot.

My wife and I came here on vacation the last week of May. Our stay was great! We loved the complex and spent a lot of time at the great pool. Being a bit off-season, there was plenty of pool chairs available and everyone was very friendly! The condo is well equipped and very clean. We loved the top floor and lanai! We found the king sized bed very comfortable,. We would recommend staying here to friends!

So much to be thankful for....

My family and I (husband and 10 year old twins) had a wonderful vacation at this property. We visited over Thanksgiving week and enjoyed ourselves thouroughly. The property and amenities (pool and workout room) were amazing. The location is so close to beach and many great restaurants. We also enjoyed staying in and cooking our own meals in the eat in areas of the house. The patio overlooking the pool is beautiful and had a real treat with live music one night. My kids loved that there were beach toys and chairs in one of the closets so many castles on the beach were built during our week. We felt so blessed to be able to enjoy this wonderful home. Highly recommend this listing!

Property was clean and well stocked. Amenities as described and not crowded. Location is close to the beach and plenty of good restaurants. Owner allowed for late checkout to accommodate our later flight on our last day. Highly recommend- we would definitely stay here again!
