Welcome to Pine Cone Guest House.
Spend your vacation at our spacious house, with four bedrooms and two baths. It accommodates up to eight guests and features a full kitchen, a cozy living room with a river-stone gas fireplace, and a game/family room. Guests will enjoy a quiet wooded setting, yet we are a short walk to the Top of the Hill Shops, restaurants, the beach, the marina, The YMCA, Peninsula State Park, and all downtown Fish Creek and Door County has to offer.

Bedroom 2 (main level): Queen bed and TV.
Bedroom 3 (main level): Two twin beds.
Bedroom 4 (lower level): Queen bed.

Kitchen Amenities:

The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, oven, toaster, Keurig K-Duo, pots, pans, kitchen towels, hot pads, and baking sheets.
Dishes, utensils, glassware, wine glasses.
The counter includes three stools.
Dining table with five chairs.

Bathroom 1 (second level): Full bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

Bathroom 2 (main level): Full bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and washer/dryer.

Outdoor space:

The front porch has Adirondack chairs, a patio area with a Weber grill, and a sitting area.
No guest access to the garage.
Fire pit not available.

PROVIDED:

Bed linens, pillows, blankets, bath towels, kitchen towels.
Please bring your own beach towels.
We supply a starter set of paper products, including two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, dish soap, two garbage bags per trashcan, and one box of fascial tissue per bathroom.
Dispenser of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per bathroom.

We do not provide any pantry items.
Due to health and safety guidelines, all pantry items must be removed between guests.
Please bring cooking essentials, such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper, sugar, etc.

* Important property note: This property has two security cameras at the side and front door.

*This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards peaceful family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings. No guests other than registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. We do not allow tents or any other objects to be put up outside.*

This was a perfect setting for our girls weekend! Great location on a quiet street, wonderful outside seating, large common kitchen (well equipped!) and living room spaces, very comfortable beds and beautiful lodge environment. An extra bathroom would have been nice, but knew that when we booked. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again!

This home was very much as pictured. It has a spacious gathering area and large wraparound porch. It has a great location near downtown Fish Creek and we found lots of fun things to do with our adult children. It is for the most part a beautiful, well cared for home and was clean throughout. The grounds are also spacious and we had plenty of room for three cars. There's a nice outdoor patio as well. One thing I haven't seen before are some very nice shampoo/conditioner dispensers in both showers. I would recommend this property with one caveat - the basement bedroom smells strongly of mildew and had we known that we probably would not have rented the home, despite its other great qualities. So if you rent here, just know that one bedroom is not so desirable unless the guest has no sense of smell. It's also windowless but has an a/c unit that was running full blast when we arrived. This home is not stocked as most weekend homes are. There is no hair dryer, one towel per person and very little in the way of kitchen consumables other than salt and pepper. So - plan to bring your own sugar, coffee and anything else you need. All that said, the owners were very responsive to our couple of questions and they left us a bottle of wine, which was very nice.

It’s just a short walk into Fish Creek…great for shopping and dining. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this adorable, cozy cabin. It is the perfect distance from the town of Fish Creek. It is close to everything by car and an easy walk into town. The hosts were gracious and welcoming and went way above and beyond when we had a car issue. We will most definitely be back!

We were pleasantly surpised with the updates. They were amazing!! The property was very well appointed and very clean! The proximity to downtown Fish Creek was excellent. Just a little stroll. Wonderful and private back yard space. It was every we could have asked for in a vacation rental. Loved it!!

Beautiful newer home just outside of Fish Creek. We loved the location as it was close enough to jump on 42 to go up to the Northern Door County towns or just a short ride to Fish Creek. The kitchen had all the pans, utensils, and appliances that you would need to eat at home. The living room was comfortable for all. Games were available in case of a rainy day All the beds were comfortable, good sheets and an extra throw in case you run cool. I can’t say enough about how neat and clean the home is kept. Hopefully you too will take care of it as they welcome us into their home.

It was a great weekend in a great house! The home was very clean and well laid out. We have plenty of room and everything we needed for our group of 6. The owners were very helpful, especially when the fireplace wasn't working, they came right over and fixed it. I would highly recommend!

This relatively new house was in a quiet wooded area. It was shiny clean and very well decorated. (Guests need to comfortable with taxidermy.) The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils and pans, salt and pepper. In part, we chose this property because we needed main floor bedrooms to accommodate those with trouble navigating stairs. There is one high step up to the deck and one step into the house, otherwise all was level and spacious so those with a walker or cane could maneuver around easily. The outdoor space was comfortable for all with chairs on the deck and a table and chairs on a patio with a gas grill. We were visited by birds, squirrels, chipmunks and a flock of turkeys. Everything inside and out was in very good condition. It was perfect for our group of seven retirees., but would be great for families with young children, too. I hope to stay here again.

The property was in an incredible location with in walking distance of Fish Creek. I have never stayed in a VRBO that was more meticulously maintained. Communication with the hosts was excellent and I would highly recommend this property for a family to enjoy door County.

What a wonderful place to stay - for so many reasons. First, the location: It's quiet and private, yet easy walking distance to all that Fish Creek has to offer - not to mention it's centrally located in Door County so you're close to all the other towns as well. Second, the property itself is amazing. Inside, it's cozy yet spacious. Beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you need. Lots of quiet areas for yourself plus plenty of spaces for the whole family to gather. Outside is amazing as well - a relaxing wraparound porch with big beautiful chairs to enjoy - with another patio for grilling out. Finally, the property owner Minerva was incredibly kind, responsive and helpful. We felt well taken care of.

This is a lovely property in a fantastic location. Lots of space indoors and out for a family of 7 ranging in age from 11 to 76. The only problem was the bedroom in the basement. It was rather damp. Other than that, everything was very nice.
