Villa 180 m2 on one level, very bright with a large veranda / Dining room facing south overlooking a large garden by the beach. Second winter dining room with fireplace. Ideal for three couples with children.
In total 5 bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms (1 bed of 160 * 200, 2 beds of 140 * 200), 1 child's bedroom (with folding bed, boat bed, changing table), 1 dormitory with 7 beds including 3 in height (large bunk beds).
Separate kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob, pyrolysis / fan oven, washing machine, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, various robots, American fridge in back kitchen
1 bathroom (Italian shower, sink area, separate WC, separate bath), another separate WC, water points (hand basin) in 2 bedrooms, fitted outdoor shower.

House located opposite the nautical club (possibility to rent canoes, catamarans, stand-up paddle, etc. for the day). Ideal body of water for kite-surfing
Ideally located between Andernos and Cap-Ferret. The fine sandy beaches of Grand Crohot and Porge at 10 km, Le Cap-Ferret at 20 km, the St-Emilion and Médoc vineyards at 40 km.
Discovery of Conche de St Brice beach. La Conche de St Brice offers a landscaped and supervised swimming plan allowing you to taste the pleasures of swimming in sea water, even when the tide is low in the Arcachon Bay. First aid post and presence of lifeguards (in season) - Picnic area fitted and shaded.
Visit to the oyster port of Arès and its tasting huts and oyster sales, its restaurants, its canoe-kayak rental company, and the departure from the nature reserves (salt meadows) with their magnificent coastal paths, an ideal route for superb discovery hikes of the Arcachon Basin ecosystem.
