A great stay in Hull

What a great stay in Hull. I thoroughly recommend it. Great room with large ensuite shower room and at great price. I would use Endsleigh Park Hotel again.

Disgusting very poor coustomer care

Clean

Very noises, heard every creek , every door shut and to top it all off a guest was shouting racial comments throughout the evening so I barley slept! Requested a refund but it was declined! Haven’t slept in 2 days!

Great location for Hull and Beverley, with half-hourly buses between; good value; fairly quiet.

Breakfast was not supplied! Bathrooms were very clean and well fitted - lovely large showers. Bedroom also clean - though a chair would have been very useful and helpful.

No mirror in the bedrooms. My neighbour’s headboard banging the very thin dividing wall, constantly waking me up throughout every night every time he turned over between loud snoring. I didn’t sleep well on any night. Also our beds were very soft. My mattress was almost collapsed on one side.

Easy keyless check in and easy to park.

Walls very thin and disturn=bed by noisy guests.

Great location and price for university visitors

The price and location are perfect for anyone doing business at the University of Hull. The room is more than enough for one or two people. Bathroom was modern and clean. Great having access to a kitchen.

The self check-in might not be for everyone. Having to punch in a code every time when entering the building was a bit annoying and at times challenging at night.

Shower

The room was not clean (e g. poo stains in the toilet) and smelled badly (something very wrong with the mattress). I have stayed before in this hotel (in a different room), and it was ok, but after this last experience, I will not return.

Another good stay for us at Endsleigh Park and great value for money!

We stay here whenever we visit Hull as it is cleaned to a high standard, the rooms are comfortable and it is near to lots of restaurants and shops. Another good stay for us at Endsleigh Park.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The accommodation was very good and location is great. I’d never stay anywhere else in hull and every time I visit hull I always stay here.

Absolutely amazing! will be back

I love everything. The fact that there’s washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, loads of communal space indoors and outdoors to chill out, very clean, very warm, very relaxing, staff amazing.

if forced to pick something, there isn’t much ventilation in the communal corridors meaning they can feel stuffy / too hot. But no big deal at all, and anywhere you will spend any time is fine.

Basic, comfortable room. Insight parking was, certainly a bonus.

Didn't see any staff for my entire stay so had to message any questions and await answers. Not a huge deal but not ideal either. Probably an introverts dream tbh. Also, don't shower with the bathroom door open, or a smoke alarm might go off - scared the bejesus out of me. Finally, it's an old school / convent, which is certainly a vibe. Wasn't a drama for me but some might find it a little left of centre...

Below average and lacks any ambiance. Furniture basic and not overly comfortable.

Location was great

I didn't realise that it was a staffless place. The email about bringing my own toiletries came the morning of check-in, too late. There wasn't even any hand soap and I nearly ran out of toilet paper. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the mattress seemed like it hadn't been turned ever. Doing this made the bed slightly more comfortable. There weren't enough pillows. The windows leaked cold air.

Excellent

Loved the freedom you had to do practically anything you wanted. You could stay in your room if you wanted, chill out in the conservatory, or in one of the lounges. if you wanted. You could cook if you wanted, the kitchen has everything you need to do that, hob, pots and pans, plates etc. You can even do your laundry in the washing machine in the kitchen. Lots and lots of elbow room. Also I met some great people there.

Not much about the place that I didn't like. My room was a bit basic, but that was perfectly fine with me. The bed was very comfortable. I had everything I needed.
