What a superb position ! A grassed reserve is the only thing that separates you from the beautiful white sands and rolling waves of Shoal Bay beach. Third floor spacious two bedroom unit with split system air conditoning in the living area, 2nd TV in main bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher,balcony to take in the ocean breezes, internal laundry with washing machine and dryer and a single garage and single car space ideal for a single axle trailer. 11 Promenade certainly has all the essentials to make your next holiday just perfect.

A little disappointing
Despite fantastic views unit was grubby, stained carpet, crumbs under lounge cushions, cluttered kitchen w/ op-shop utensils and fishy smell, bedroom blind broken, front door knob loose, clogged filter in washer, clothes dryer died, B.I.R doors don't close. Needs maintenance/upgrade.

Great spacious rooms and close proximity to the beach.

Great location at a sensible rate!
This is a nice unit in a good location. Views of the water from the balcony and well equipped. Air con is a plus and everything worked. A few things need some TLC, but this does not detract from the overall amenity of the unit and of our stay. We will be back!

Room with A View
We absolutely loved our stay at 11 "Promenade" 8 Intrepid Close in March 2018. It was the perfect location to relax and get away from our busy lives.
The accommodation has everything you could need the view blew us away and the lock up garage was a gift to our car.
If you love to sit on the beach, go for casual walks or extend yourself and explore this spot has it all!!!

Perfect location
Fantastic unit. Great views, walking distance to RSL club and Shoal Bay shops. Clean and well equiped with new air con. Ideal spot to park a 5m boat.Beach at your doorstep and boat ramp just around the corner. Great for a relaxing holiday. We stay here every year and will keep coming back.
