About this house rental
This family home offers three spacious bedrooms, a covered front deck where you can take advantage of the morning winter sun or afternoon cool summer breeze, a large covered Bbq area at the rear of the property which has its own Tv and outdoor setting adjacent to a fully fenced back yard with vehicle access and a front yard large enough to park a boat or vehicle.
100 metres to the end of the street there is a pedestrian crossing providing access to a safe swimming and fishing beach, children’s playground and a flat walking path that extends south to Bells Creek and north along the passage to the town centre and Kings Beach.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining and lounge rooms which has a Tv (Fox entertainment and Sports) and Cd player.
Amenities include a modern bath, shower and toilet facilities, automatic washing machine, clothes dryer and a large (second) fridge and pantry. Ceiling fans are installed in all bedrooms and lounge area and the property is fully screened.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed, built in cupboards and Tv, bedroom two comprises a double bed and bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and built in cupboards and there is a king single bed in the sleepout area.
Pet Welcome: Conditions apply so please advise us at least 1 month prior to arrival of the breed and size of the dog. If we become aware of a dog or pet staying without prior approval your bond will be withheld by the owner (see clause regarding pets in Terms and Conditions)
Speak to our friendly reception staff if you have a current Government concession card as we may be able to offer you a discount for a low season stay.

This property is a GEM!!. Central to everything and roomy for a family. The owner was thinking about his clientele when he set the place up. We loved it and the price is right too. * Plus the backyard was secure for our car and small dog.
