About this apartment rental
Elegant and clasical apartment for 4 people with a private patio in the center of Seville:
Seville is a city of opposites which have learned to live together; a truly diverse and tolerant metropolis.
The Plaza de la Encarnación, a square in the historic centre of the city, is the perfect example. This is the site of the Metropol Parasol: the largest wooden structure in the world, a cutting-edge architectural project by the renowned Berlin architect Jürgen Mayer. A unique reticular structure providing shade to this public square, which is surrounded by historical buildings. Born amidst controversy, it currently sits comfortably amongst its older, monumental counterparts, integrated as if by magic into the skyline of terraces and parapets so characteristic of the city centre. A meeting place for young and old, tourists and locals, businessmen and women and those simply out for leisure. Such is Seville!
Puerta de la Victoria, an apartment which revels in a mix of classicism, Sevillian essence and the fabulous style of Amaro Sánchez de Moya, currently one of our most sought-after interior designers, is right on the doorstep of it all. This two-bedroom apartment is the result of a refurbishment project which makes the most of the architectural features of the period Sevillian house in which it sits, and adds a very distinctive flavour to its interior décor. The result: a spectacular home, functional and stylish, understated luxury with a masculine and seductive touch.
The property wins you over the minute you cross the threshold: high ceilings, large windows, original woodwork, and colourful, hexagonal floor tiles are evidence of quality and of the Sevillian character of the apartment. The walls have been painted in seductive colours: greens, blues and greys, the rooms furnished with carefully selected pieces of different styles and origin.
A corridor leads from the entrance to the rest of the apartment. First up is the kitchen, in classical style rendered modern by the green colour scheme. It is fully equipped with white goods and appliances, and opens onto an inner patio with tiled walls and furniture where you can enjoy a quiet breakfast.
The living room is at the end of the corridor, overlooking the street, with natural light streaming in through two large windows. There is a sitting area with TV, sofa, chairs, coffee table, a sideboard and sound system. All carefully chosen pieces, all of the highest quality and all different; versatile, so that you can adapt the room to your own requirements. We love Amaro's use of symmetry in his designs, almost as if he were setting up a small, opulent stage. The story is in the detail: lamps, auxiliary tables in red-painted iron, sumptuous textiles, curtains and upholstery used throughout to provide a masculine and fashionable touch. A separate dining area has a table and chairs seating six guests.
The property has two similarly-sized double bedrooms, both full of natural light and overlooking the street through large windows with balcony. The first of the rooms has twin beds and a hanging rail for clothes and a suitcase. The second bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. In both rooms the textiles used are the striking factor: a mix of velvet, silk, linen and cotton, in an expressive combination of designs giving the rooms a renewed air: upholstered headboards, intense and dramatic colours…
In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there is a further full bathroom with standalone bath. The décor in the bathrooms has also been carefully chosen with a very original result: painted walls, Macael marble (from quarries in the region of Almeria), and wall tiles matching the hexagonal floor tiles used throughout the property.
The Plaza de la Encarnación is a strategic crossroads in the city centre, just a short stroll away from the main sights. Covered by the now iconic Metropol Parasol and its impressive viewpoint, historical heritage is all around: the Church of the Annunciation, the Church of the Divine Redeemer, or the Plaza de la Campana (Bell square). New fashion shops, cafés and small restaurants have breathed new life into the area, now known as Seville's own Soho, and the nearby streets of Regina and Pérez Galdós will delight shoppers. In short, this is the perfect location for enjoying a city break in Seville at any time of the year, but perhaps more especially at Easter, with numerous processions and services in the many churches to be found here.

The pictures of this gem don’t do it justice. First, we were greeted and given keys from a very friendly woman who walked us around the property to ensure we knew where everything was. The Seville heat is no joke this time of year, and we were welcomed by the relief of very efficient air conditioning. Everything in this property is meticulously decorated and beautiful. There is ample room to spread out and feel comfortable. The back bedroom is pretty much its own suite, which I retreated to happily. This property is literally in the heart of everything: shops, cafes, and entertainment. You can walk to anything you could want or need. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Whenever I had a question, the property manager was quick to respond. We truly enjoyed our stay here! I cannot recommend it enough!

This absolutely beautiful apartment was perfectly situated near great tapas bars and shopping in historic Sevilla, along with the cathedral and the Alcazar, and is steps away from the Setas giant mushroom shaped iconic center.
Check in was very easy and accommodating- much appreciated! Marta was a gem! The apartment was clean and fresh and beautifully appointed. We were delighted by the tile throughout the apartment, and the finishes and furniture were very comfortable and elegant.
We highly recommend this beautiful apartment for your stay in beautiful historic Sevilla! Thank you so much!

This was the perfect location and a beautiful, comfortable and well appointed apartment central to everything in Seville For one of us who had to work there was plenty of private space to set up - work, relax, refresh and u wind . Comfortable well appointed rooms were perfect for our long walking days !

A fabulous classic Spanish apartment. High ceilings, tiled floors and elegant furnishings.
Situated by the famous Setas de Sevilla. Super convenient for shopping, clothing and food.
Well recommended.

The apartment was beautiful and clean. Loved the tile floors. We felt very at home here and it had everything we needed. The private patio is just the bottom of an atrium, so we didn’t use it. And we couldn’t get the dryer to work in the washer/dryer combo. Granted, we didn’t call the host to inquire and we used the provided drying racks. The location is nice with a grocery nearby. We walked about 10 minutes to cathedral area through very nice streets. Definitely recommend this apartment.

Couldn’t have asked for a better apartment and location. Outstanding central location just steps from the parasol, beautifully decorated with everything you would need-including a luxurious soaker tub for after the end of a hard day of site seeing

We loved our stay here! Personal check in was a nice touch. The apartment is chic and stylish. Great location as everything was within 20-minute walk and it’s close to a taxi street location. Hosts were responsive and helpful.

This is a beautifully decorated place, well stocked, clean, AC works great. Good location. Suitable for two couples, two good sized rooms with two bathrooms. Near Setas and 15 min walk to Cathedral and Alcazar. Washer with dryer confusing to use. Ask for instructions from greeter.

Quaint and beautifully decorated apartment
We had a fabulous stay. The location was excellent. Even though it was in the middle of everything, the apartment was quiet. Great towels and bedding. Really, just perfect!

Great location, well decorated and looked after. Karina was lovely and very helpful. Loved it!
The location is within walking distance to all tourist sites but also to hip and more local area of Alameda de Hércules with great restaurants and bars. The apartment is exactly as shown in pics. Everything works! If I were to mention anything at all it would be to get some softer pillows. But otherwise we loved everything about it. Thank you!!

Overall lovely
This is a lovely property and the manager was very kind and punctual. Only issue was the master shower does not drain well and was not corrected upon our request. Note there is no oven or microwave. Otherwise very nice welcome with kitchen pantry basics. Enjoyable!

Great Location
The apartment was perfectly located for all we wanted to see in Seville. While I believe that the photos made it look a bit better than it was, all that is shown is there. It was clean, beds were comfortable, bathrooms roomy. We didn't spend much time there other than sleeping but if we needed kitchen it seemed quite adequate. For some reason there were things listed that weren't there and we didn't expect them. I am referring to Chauffer, private chef, concierge. But I was disappointed that there weren't the pantry items listed such as sugar, milk. Other than that the apartment was fine.

An absolutely stunning apartment in the center of Sevilla.....
The photos on VRBO are an accurate reflection of this lovely apartment, right next to the Parasol sculpture, and within easy walking distance of shopping and cafes. The apartment is spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet, given its location over a busy street.
We had everything we needed. Karin and Indra were helpful, even leaving some bread, milk and butter for us.
We stayed just 3 days, but I could have happily stayed much longer.

Beautiful apartment in a great location!
This apartment is very centrally located in Seville, and easy to find, since it is right next to the Parasol! It was beautifully furnished and a pleasure to stay in. Everything was as pictured; very clean and comfortable. Our charming host brought us bread, coffee, and milk, and recommended good restaurants.
I found an ironing board but no iron, and would suggest a toaster in the kitchen... But these are little things I could have asked about earlier.
We would love to stay here again, and recommend it highly!

Perfect Location for Exploring Seville
We concluded that for exploring Seville, this is the perfect location to call home. There are several good restaurants within a few steps and shopping just a few blocks away. Access to the historical center is quick and easy. Furthermore, it's only a short taxi ride to the train station.
In spite of rain every day, we thoroughly enjoyed Seville. After trudging around in the rain it was so pleasant to return to our cozy apartment for a relaxing siesta time before heading out again. The apartment is perfect in almost every way. The apartment appeared to have just been freshened with new paint and furniture. There is a very nice tub in one of the bathrooms and the bedrooms are of a nice size. However, we had expected that a "full kitchen" would include an oven or a micro-wave (or at least a toaster) so we were a bit disappointed that there was not. One other thing -- there was a nice TV in the living room but we could not get English-speaking channels. We would have liked BBC, CNN etc. but were told their package did not include any English-speaking channels.

I stayed in this beautiful apartment with my family of four and will certainly repeat! Everything was great. The booking was smooth and efficient. The check-in extremely informative, Nono gave us precious tips to enjoy our days in Sevilla like a local. The apartment is truly a jewel, newly decorated with great taste. I personally enjoyed soaking up in the classic bathtub after long hours walking up the city! And finally the location, right at the core of the center. Many attractions, monuments, restaurants and shopping centers right beside our place. Having breakfast at the “plaza de la Encarnacion”, just 50 meters away from the apartment was a perfect way to start the day! I’m truly thankful to Nono and Karin for their hospitality and will certainly recommend this place to anybody who want to enjoy this fantastic city in style!!!
