Updated Villa: Emerge refreshed with some spacious time on the beach. Time to book those Girl Weekends, Golf Trip, Summer Vacations, or Fall Retreats. Great Rates! Come to the gem of the Brunswick Islands: Ocean Isle Beach. Join us at McOxie Beach House. Spread out in our large 4 bedroom/4 bath 1st level unit & park under the building for shade. There are only 6 units in the building, so avoid the crowded resorts & come stay in our retreat. The building has an elevator & outdoor shower. Beautifully decorated & comfortable for a relaxing vacation in a laid-back community. Ideal for family trips, girl weekends, fall & spring golf trips, & retreats. Plan a beach wedding by the ocean and have your reception at The Isles Restaurant poolside at the resort. This is a great place to make memories & build relationships. Inquire about monthly winter rentals for December, January, & February. Watch video for view of sand path to the beach from the unit. 3-4 minute walk.

Situated on the west side of the island, you are a 3-4 minute walk from the ocean (2.5 blocks). Enjoy breakfast on the deck with views the ocean, watch the turtles in the pond below swim, & view the sound on the other side in serenity.

Take a nap or enjoy or streaming television.

Bdrm 1: 1-King Bed, TV & private bath with double vanity, jacuzzi tub, & shower.
Bdrm 2: 1-Queen Bed, private bath with single vanity & tub/shower combination. (This room can be a lockout room from
the rest of the unit for extra privacy). It has it's own exterior entrance as well.

The common areas flow seamlessly. Chat, watch TV or a movie in the family room while others put together a puzzle & play cards at the dining table or eat snacks at the bar. Grill at the covered parking while relaxing in the hammock. Enjoy a cookout dinner on the deck. The kitchen is well-stocked & well labeled for ease of use. The floor plan promotes togetherness, but also offers private bedroom solace. A peaceful spot on the back porch is the perfect way to end your daily adventures watching the birds, turtles, and ducks.

Your stay includes the Islander Resort Ocean front pool, baby pool, hot tub, & lounge chairs Memorial Day ti Labor Day. Easy access to the ocean from the pool and easy parking at the pool, if you do not want to walk. There is a tiki bar & restaurant right beside the pool for a meal without leaving the ocean front. Many visitors like to rent golf carts as the main mode of transportation. Find your inner fisherman or leisurely bike the 3.5 mile island.

So, they 'missed' our cleaning, HOWEVER, once owner found out, she was VERY responsive to getting this taken care of (only reason I gave a 3). Very responsive to questions, and perfect set up for our family. Has lots of kitchen things to use for cooking too, We'll definitely rent again! Thank you!!

We enjoyed 5 days at this condo. The condo is in a good location. Easy walk to the beach and club house. We were able to rent a golf cart as well. The condo was clean and cozy. We will definitely be looking to stay there again.

Initially A/C had a broken capacitor, but was fixed the next day. Then a guest shower was broken. Mattresses were dated. However the rest of the condo was great. Nice location for a getaway.

The condo was lovely, great location, my only complaint was that there was no information shared that the pool was closed and hot tub not in service and when I messaged the owner asking if they knew this I never got a response back. Other than that we would totally stay there again.

We had a great time. The location was great, the condo was clean and spacious. Perfect for 8-10 people. Linen service was easy but the bath towels were small. Easy walk to beach but we drove but parking and access were easy so no issues. Only small annoyance was hearing the people above us bounce around but that wasn’t the condo owners fault. Great place!!! Would stay again

Loved the condo. Everyone enjoyed the pool and Ocean Isle Beach. The manager was helpful and friendly. Would stay again. Lovely decor and comfortable beds. Parking is tight though.

Our family of 10 visited Ocean Isle for the first time and absolutely loved it! I would recommend this vacation home to anyone. Upon arrival it was spotless, the kitchen stocked with every utensil, pot, pizza pan you could possibly need. The bedrooms and shared spaces are spacious and comfortable. We all appreciated the labels for the light switches too! Truly one of the best vacations we have ever had.
