About this apartment rental

This beautiful, sunny and artistically decorated condo is situated directly across from the Loon Mt. Ski area. Large picture windows with great views in the winter and a spacious modern layout bring the outdoors right into your living space. The unit comes with access to a swim and tennis club which has several large indoor and outdoor pools, 4 Jacuzzis, sauna and exercise room. There are many beautiful hikes, rivers to swim in, bike paths and cultural attractions near by. The kitchen is well equipped with all of the amenities. The mattresses in all of the bedrooms have recently been replaced. There is a bunk room with two bunks for the kids, a private bedroom with two twin beds, two more twins in a loft area, and a master bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom. There is also a newly installed mini-split air conditioner in the main room to keep you cool in the summer. During the winter, a shuttle bus will take you directly to the ski area, so you never have to hassle with parking. What more could you want, for a fantastic, relaxing vacation in the mountains! The condo was spacious and well-supplied. The extra towels are greatly appreciated, as was the stock of laundry detergent. The artwork sprinkled throughout the condo provided my family, including the kids, with many opportunities for conversation and analysis. One suggestion, a good deep cleaning might be in order this spring. Otherwise, a great experience.

We had such a great stay in this property! It is so convenient to the mountain for skiing and an added bonus that the direction to the mountain does not have the same amount of traffic as the other direction - making it so fast to get there. The space is so comfortable and has a good feeling. In my opinion, even more spacious than the pictures show! We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival! Thank you for a wonderful ski weekend with our 4 kids!

Had a great time. We did have a hard time finding the right place because it was so dark. We did not have cell service for directions to the lock code so had to drive back toward Lincoln to pull up the email which was a bit frustrating on a dark, rainy night. Other than that, everything was very nice. Painters were around but not a problem. Loved the location and the amenities.

It was such a nice place sandwiched in the mountains. I’ve been frequently the area for 43 years and I’m never disappointed. We used the grill for a Saturday lunch. The ribs come out fabulous

The house is as lovely as in the photos online. It's at the end of the road, so it's quiet. The views out the windows in summer are all of woods. The artwork, some by the owner, adds a sense of personality and beauty. There's plenty of room in terms of beds and space around the dining room table The kitchen is well equipped. The notebook for guests had excellent information on hikes in the area, of which we availed ourselves. There are many good hikes within a few minutes drive in Franconia Notch State Park or off the Kancamagus Highway. After hiking, it was pleasant to walk over to the neighboring development and use the pool membership there. The house is on five different levels, which is great if members of your party want private space apart, but could be difficult if someone doesn't do well with stairs (not our problem). The owner was very responsive to our questions on the VRBO app.

Perfect spot to ski loon mountain!!!! -We didn’t take advantage of the shuttle but it picked you up at the end of our street. -Condo is perfect for up to 10 people but keep in mind the 2 twins in the loft are open to all sounds. -The gym (independently owned) is dated and doesn’t have wonderful hours which makes it difficult to utilize the equipment.

The location of this condo is perfect for skiers. We went to 5 different ski areas, all within an hour and fifteen minutes. The Loon Mountain ski resort was just 5 minutes from the condo. The hot tubs and swimming pools at the resort complex felt refreshing after a day of skiing. The furniture at the condo was comfortable as were the beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. Additional plus is the fireplace with firewood provided. Easy access to the condo with minimal stairs.

Property was great only thing that was strange is all of the actual house thermostats have lock boxes around them. There are 3 propane heaters for the house however some rooms stay very cold weather the door is open or closed including downstairs bathroom etc. I'd rather pay the owner and extra $100 for the weekend and be able to use the electric heat where needed

We booked this for a ski weekend getaway with a few of our children and few of their friends ! Plenty of room/beds for us all to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked/ate in while we were here ! Michael made sure our check in went smoothly and he was available by phone if we needed him. I hope to book again next year ! Thank you Michael! We loved The Robbins Roost :). (Yes, we read and appreciated the binder full of useful info)

Great place. There was plenty of room for everyone in our family. Plenty of towels, dishes and cookware. The condo is located just a short drive from Loon so very convenient to Loon, Lost River, Flume Gorge, etc. It's a bit of a walk to access the amenities but a very easy drive up the street. I would definitely stay there again.

The place had ample rooms and beds for the 8 of us (two full families) and was close to all activities we wanted to do plus many good places to eat. Michael was also responsive when we asked a question, getting back to us almost immediately. My only minor complaint was that it was not thoroughly cleaned before we got there.

Condo is well stocked. Could be a little bit cleaner. Smells like they do have a dog. Unfortunately, one of my sons is allergic. But we managed with a little bit of Benadryl. But pretty much everything you need. Creative/Interesting art work. Plenty for our family of 6. Would have loved a king size bed in the master. In general, a very nice stay. Thank you for letting us use year home.

We stayed over from Friday to Tuesday. The location was extremely convenient to Loon- there was a shuttle but we opted to take our cars. It was a great weekend and the owner was nice enough to give us a few extra hours on check out so that our kids could come back and change after using the pool.

This is our second stay at this Condo located just a short distance from Loon Mountain. The condo is cozy and clean. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of seating for all. The condo is located at the end of the road, so it is very quiet. There are only a few stairs in and out of the condo, unlike others in the development which have what seem like flights of stairs. Downtown Lincoln is just two miles away. We will return again next year.

Every year my family rents a condo in the Loon Mountain area. We have stayed at several of the complexes in Lincoln. This year, we wanted to rent a larger condo to accommodate more family members. I chose this rental at Clearbrook. We were all VERY satisifed with this property! Communication with the owner was great! Information about the property and details were accurate. The property was very clean and in good condition. There was plenty of room to fit all of us (5 adults/3 children) comfortably. The complex was quiet and there was plenty of parking. The location of the property is great...Near downtown, close to all of the attractions. While we were there for a week we went hiking, biking, swimming in the river and local lakes, cliff jumping, tubing and used the pool. We went to Santas Village, Whales Tale, North Conway, the movies and several local resturants!! We had a great time and plan on renting this property again! Many thanks to the Robbins Family!

The condo was clean with enough room for 10 adults. The owner was very kind and quick to answer emails/questions etc. It is located on a couple miles or so from the town center and Loon Mt. It is also at the end of a street in a complex, surrounded by woods, which made it peaceful. There has been effort to update appliances though some a bit outdated (yet work fine). The pricing was fair and if I head back next summer I will definitely attempt to stay here again!

This was my family's second time staying at the condo. It was just as amazing as the first time! The condo is spacious, clean, and family friendly. There were quite a few of us and we all fit comfortably. The owner was gracious to accommodate us and once again we absolutely loved it! Having the kitchen on site allowed us to cook our meals each day vs eating out. One of my favorite features is the washer and dryer. I loved not having to bring dirty laundry home to wash! The condo is easily accessible to the nearby attractions as well - Loon Mountain, Clark's Trading Post, and Franconia Notch. Once again, it was an absolute delight. I highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying again in the future.

We stayed at the Condo for 5 days and had the most wonderful time. The place is perfect for families with kids or two familes getting together. The owners thought of everything! As you walk in there is a good size "mud" room where you can leave your ski/snow boots and keep the place clean. The kitchen and dining room area is a perfect size for a family gathering. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need and it is also very clean.... The living room area is spacious with lots of windows and a skylight. We really loved the artwork that is displayed all around the Condo. It definitely adds charm and style to the place. The upper Loft is great as a masterbedroom, it has its own bathroom and another smaller bedroom for kids. The lower level is very comfortable. Our kids loved the "Bunk Bed" room and prefered to sleep there. The place is located so close to everything that you have easy access to everything. There is a shuttle to Loon, so you do not even have to drive. We found the owners being very responsive and accommodating to everything. We would highly recommend this place.

Nice place over all. Plenty of room for large groups. The owner was very good about responding to E-mails in a timely manner. Our Vacation just happened to fall during a heatwave with 90+ degree days. I did not realize this place did not have AC when I booked it. The place defiantly got hot during the day. There were fans that helped a little but we tried to plan our activities so we were out of the house during the heat of the day. It cooled down at night, which helped out a lot. The down stairs was cooler but also very muggy. After talking to the owner, the condo association will not let them put in AC units. So, I can't really fault the owner for this. Our last day here it actually broke out of the 90's and was very comfortable. Just bad luck I guess. The place was clean with a minor exception with the floor. It was a little to dirty for our liking. Nothing that the vacuum couldn't fix. This was the only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

We enjoyed MLK weekend at the condo and skiing at Loon Mountain. The condo was spacious, warm and clean. The owners are easy going and accommodating. After skiing we would drive over to the pool and outdoor jacuzzi for a soak. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely return again.

I rented this condo for 3 nights for my family. There were 9 of us in total. The place was absolutely perfect for us! We had a blast! It was easy to get to, close to the mountain and kept up quite nicely. I can't wait to go back next year!!!! The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a group vacation, but needing your "own spaces" at times. Plenty of room to stretch out.
