The place we stay at was in front of my families homes when I was little it was like a walk down memory lane for me and my husband for we both had family in this area. All of my family has past away who owned property on Glenn St. This vacation was the best yes it did rain alot but we played games and went to see family that live there. The view was priceless. And it was clean and temp was just right. Thank you for the walk down memory lane.

Location was good but parking would have been tight if both adjacent units were full.

The proximity to the beach , restaurants and stores was great. Even though the house showed its age overall it was a nice place to stay and a good time was had by all.

We picked this house due to able to have multiple dogs and location to the beach. The parking is a bit tight but doable. Great views and easy beach access. We would stay that again in the future.

We stayed just for a couple of nights, but the house was perfect for our getaway. With a great view of the water from the master bedroom & balcony, and direct access to the beach, it was easy and relaxing. The only challenge we had was loading everything into the house from the car since we had to go up a flight of stairs. Great kitchen setup with island in the middle with stools, so great for visiting while food prepping. Dining room table was plenty large for the five of us to play games and the outdoor deck table was relaxing while listening to the waves. the pathway was direct to the beach and had a walkway for most of the way - until you get to the dune. Going up and down the dune was a bit of a challenge with a wagon and it would be an excellent addition if a walkway ramp up and down were built over the dune to make access even easier. The BBQ grill in the yard was extremely rusted, so we didn't use it, but the kitchen was well equipped for cooking, coffee, blended drinks, and really whatever we needed. Coffee maker is a drip type, so glad we brought ground coffee, and there were coffee filters there. Definitely used the aluminum foil that we brought - would recommend this as something for other guests to bring as well. Plenty of hand soap, paper towels (although we also brought an extra roll), bath towels and washcloths, but no hand towels in 2 out of 3 bathrooms and master bathroom had no trash can. Wasn't a big deal for us. Beds were very comfortable.

Comfortable, great instructions, everything we needed was there in the home and working order. The sunset, sunrise, night sky, and ocean views were spectacular, short, private path to the beach perfect, and decorated Christmas tree a bonus.
Thanks for quick responses to questions.

We had a great time once again but definitely can tell the place has a little wear and tear on it but it continues to be just a wonderful place!

One of the best stays my partner and I had. We love the beach and to be cozy. Mickey and Patsy’s house had all of the good vibes and more. We loved waking up to the view of the ocean. You can see the sun rise and set from the top balcony. A perfect location and wonderful house. We will be back!

Fooled by reviews and photos, what we found was anything but a 5 star experience. After a nine hour drive we found the downstairs living area to be cool but the humidity was 89% and the air damp and moldy smelling. The upstairs bedrooms were around 80 degrees and humid. I contacted the owner but receiving no reply so at 10 p.m. I had drive to Walmart in Morehead to buy a fan and dehumidifier so that we could sleep in the townhome. We also had no water or ice from the refrigerator when we arrived as that was broken.
The next day Mickey came over and set up the single room air conditioner that he had in the locked owners closet. Obviously he knew of the problems prior to our arrival but did not provide adequate AC unless asked. The day after that air coming out of the registers was warm. The HVAC company came out. This helped downstairs but did nothing for upstairs.
The place was run down and filthy. Black rings in the toilets demonstrated that the place was not cleaned adequately. The kitchen faucet was encrusted. Light switch plates were smeared black. Multiple dirty floor tiles were broken, etc.
Night number three of our vacation we were awakened by a burning plastic smell. At 3 a.m.we woke again and discovered the bedroom receptacle was black and melted. We spent yet another night in an unairconditioned bedroom.
When we asked for a partial refund the reply “you chose to stay and the property was unavailable to me for use or rent." Don't make the same mistake as us.

This place was as advertised. Great location, relaxing and plenty of room. Would definitely stay there again.

We very unfortunately had to cancel at the last moment. Our annual cousins trip with ages 50-90 just wasn't going to be safe with gale force winds and possibly loss of power. The host could not have been more gracious. We will try again next September.

The house was just as advertised if not better. The property is in an extremely convenient location. You can walk just two minutes to a great local restaurant (Island Grille). You can also walk two minutes along the beach to access a large pier for food, fishing and local entertainment, including a staffed par at the end of the pier with beautiful views. Driving-wise, you can quickly get to Morehead City, Beaufort, or Emerald Isle. The aquarium and Fort Macon are a quick 10 minute drive. The house was also very pet friendly. Accessing the beach is a breeze. From the top floor you can see your whole beach setup very clearly, so it was easy to come back and forth to the house while being setup on the beach all day. Definitely highly recommended. Mickey was very responsive to minor issues with the HVAC and a quirk with the fridge, which didn't end up being a problem. Highly recommended.

The parking was tight but we worked it out.👍 The flow of the rooms was great. The deck and patio were very nice and used everyday. The cleaning service is not so good. There were some food pieces left in the sink. Dusting had not been done in areas. The floor was still dirty. I would have liked a vaccum to keep the sandy at bay. The stairs on the outside seemed loose or needed need replacing. Not complaining at all, I this place. Some things needing addresses at some point.

We really enjoyed this place! The backyard is even better in person. When we weren’t at the beach, we were outside on the deck. The walk to the beach is super easy and for a couple of days we had the whole area to ourselves. You can see dolphins all morning from the house. The fridge is spacious.
The only complaints were the kitchen lacked some things like good knives and cutting boards. The beds were also a little uncomfortable but not terrible.
The place was very clean when we got there. The owners were very kind. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

We spent the Memorial Day weekend at this wonderful beach house. Everything was clean. The master bedroom has a great view of the ocean. We didn’t get to enjoy the beach since the weather did not cooperate. Our group found plenty of things to do even with the rain. We enjoyed Beaufort and learning the history of Ft Macon. Also appreciate the call from the owner letting us know that we could check in early. Hopefully next time we visit again the weather wil be better.

The owners were very accessible and responsive, and very easy to work with. We had a great stay there and will definitely stay there again.
