With a surface area of 100 m2, it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a maximum capacity for six people.
In terms of its layout, a beautiful entrance hall leads to a bright, open-plan space with a living/dining room area with a viewpoint over the legendary Alameda del Boulevard. The integrated kitchen has everything you need to complete a space in which to share gastronomy, chat, read or relax.
The living room is completed with an independent space formed by a comfortable 1.50m sofa-bed. It is a space created from a glass enclosure which can also form part of the living room, making it a fully functional open-plan area for both leisure and relaxation.
The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. From its balcony, you will be able to observe the changing light and atmosphere of La Bretxa, Mount Urgull, the Kursaal bridge and the Town Hall. A corridor leads to a second bathroom with both a bathtub and a large shower and to the second bedroom, with two single beds, made with the same care as the rest of the flat.
With wooden floors and a soundproofed ceiling, Alameda also stands out for its silence and tranquillity, ideal for families or friends who wish to start and plan their day well, spend quality time in it or rest after enjoying the best attractions of the city.
