About this house rental
Welcome to Bellview 3, a beautifully appointed open plan townhouse with magnificent views over Jindabyne township and Lake Jindabyne. On the entry level you will find the open kitchen with dining overlooking the split level loungeroom which leads onto the balcony with magnificent views. There is underfloor heating in the fully equipped kitchen, wood fire place (wood not supplied) in the loungeroom, electric heating and air conditioning in bedrooms and free Wi-Fi.
As you head upstairs, you will find the main bedroom with queen bed and ensuite. Downstairs from the main living level is the remaining three large bedrooms, all with one queen and one single bed, brand new main bathroom completed in March 2022 with underfloor heating & upgrade to larger hot water system.
Additionally there is third toilet on the living level along with laundry and ski storage. Outside two allocated off-street parking bays are available.
Other important facts:
- This property is fully equipped with linen for your stay (towels, bed linen, tea towels etc.)
- Your booking includes a starter pack of amenities and a $50 Friendly Grocer Voucher
- Please note, the garage has been converted into a laundry and drying room and can not be used for parking.

Fantastic property! We had a wonderful holiday. Lots of bedding for our extended family. Great heating. Beautiful views. We even woke up to snow on one of the mornings!
The only minor points that we would say was that the downstairs shower drain was partially blocked when we got there. We cleaned that no problem. Also we were unable to get the fire going. The flue may need to be cleaned out, we may have needed more kindling to be supplied or an axe be supplied for the firewood, and the wood may have still been damp. This was no problem as the existing heading was more than sufficient and the remainder of the house was very clean.
Once again, we had a great time and would stay here again! Thanks!

Great stay
Bellview was great for our group of 3 adults and 4 kids. Lovely views...even if it was raining! Plenty of bedding options. The stairs to the downstairs area are very steep. Wouldn't recommend staying here with toddlers.

Awesome house with all the required amenities...!! The view of Jindabyne lake is amazing..!! The kitchen was fully equiped with everything you can think of..!!
Had a great time with nice entertainment options along with a wood heater to keep the place warm.
House had ample space for our large group.
The stairs are steep so you would have to be careful if travelling with toddlers :)

Very comfortable
We had a group of six adults and two toddlers. There was a comfortable amount of space and the heating kept us warm through a cool July week. We had three cars, so one needed to use street parking but this wasn’t a problem. The drying cupboard in the laundry area was really handy. The stairs are quite steep, so a keen eye was needed on the busy toddlers but we knew that when we booked. All in all it’s a great spot with a fabulous view.

Good accommodation Jindabyne
Kitchen, Lounge and Dining room open plan excellent. Accommodation clean, roomy and centrally located, parking on grounds for 2 vehicles. Bedroom up stairs and the other two downstairs so 3 and a half floors. Firewood not supplied but a bag suitable for one night can be purchased at the garage for $20 and the central fire heats the whole house nicely.

Stunning Views
What a fantastic house. 3 level split style. (Young children should be supervised on stairs they are a bit steep) Master bedroom has incredible views of Jyndabine. Fire place & living area great for a large family. House was equipped with all amenities. Plenty of heating.

Great place to stay for a family or group of friends. Stunning house with all amenities. Perfect central location. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning next season.
