The service is quite slow. The map location is not correct. Check-in takes about 10 minutes even when you come in the afternoon. Morning breakfast which is delivered to your room is not on time, although you have asked for it when you check-in.

Property was basically ok, despite my complaints, it had many levels. The staff were good as usual.

Breakfast was ok, I ordered the same next day but with juice not coffee, which was only warm. Pool was nice, nice view.

Ants, and cats that want your meal, were some things I didn't like. Also the plants around the pathways should be trimmed back. The mattress or bed was a bit faulty, but comfortable enough. Bedroom was smaller than I thought, but the bathroom was ok. the hand shower in the bath I couldn't get to work, but it didn't matter , there was a good shower in the room anyway. The map showed the property on the corner of the main road but it was a bit down a road, around 2 corners and down a Gang (laneway) at least it was being maintained though , a guy was filling potholes with limestone.

Scary Villa with bad breakfast

Staff was ok

This villa was in a village between a farm and looking extremely scary even at 6pm. We had to stay there for 1night since we made payment already and there were no service that time to go back. I will never recommend this property to anyone. Breakfast was bad. During night cats dogs and bugs sounds were coming due to which we were unable to stay there. We checked in on 16th evening and did not use this property for 2days. I want my money back asap. Had a terrible experience there.

Fair Holiday Experience in Very Beautiful Villa

- The staffs were nice and responsive (even though not giving a good solution to the problem) - The location of the villa is very quiet and peaceful - Very comfortable bed - Big window and glass door in the room and bath room - Switch for swimming pool lamp and pump therefore you can turn it on and off when you need it. - Surprisingly spacious bathroom

- My complain was not followed up by a solving problem solution - Floor mat was not provided. - Leaking bathtub when it drained - Ants are everywhere - During my stay i found 4 caterpilar, 2 were inside the room and 2 were outside the room

Good place to stay & relax especially with friends! The swimming pool is great! Quite big and clean.

The process when we checked in could have been better and faster. The staffs looked a bit confused and it took a bit longer than usual, but overall the property is really worth the money. The pool is quite big and the room is spacious. Some of the room types are right in front of the pool. There is rice field view as well.
