Host was very polite and helpfull. And in summary we had a wonderful trip

Passable

Top location! Walking distance from the Duomo , shopping centers, and the subway. There's a very convenient supermarket on the ground floor. Great value for money!

The host didn't allow us to leave our luggage earlier and the place wasn't very clean.

Really really enjoyed our stay.

The property was in such an amazing location and was perfect for the price. Very spacious and all kitchen, bathroom stuff was provided.

It was a little hot so we tried to use aircon which wasn’t working and on the last day the hot water stopped working.

very central, great location

they set all the air conditioning unusable, we tried to turned it on but it keep turning off again and the whole apartment was very warm. texted them and they said the apartment “does not” have air conditioning. do we opened the window for air flowing in, but all the mosquitos coming in, didn’t have good night sleep. Second, the kitchen didn’t have stove, we can even fry an egg, the apartment is for 6 people but they only provide 3 coffee mugs, also they have not enough tea spoons, the stove is old, not electric shove, heat up very slow. The shower is not electric shower, if you have more people staying in the apartment you have to wait at least 30mins to boil the water so you can have hot water for shower.

The location is great, very center.

The Bed sheet is dirty, the quilt even has big Fleck of blood😫 And the air condition doesn’t work.

Disappointed with no AC, no coffee, no bathroom lock, too expensive

The location was great

There were ACs installed in the apartment but were not working, which was very disappointing. We were told that the listing did not mention AC so we shouldn’t have expected it to work. It was a small print that we missed before booking. However, it made us think that the flat was way too overpriced for what it offered. There were no special touches to the apartment to welcome us, no coffee either. The bathroom door did not lock which was annoying given we were sharing the flat with friends. The layout was awkward and there were no views at all.

Just OK…

location is very convenient, however the apartment itself is in an inner courtyard and has no views.

no air conditioning, not enough bed cushions for the number of guests, bathroom is very small, hot water for shower was not available at arrival, cleaning is to be improved, specially in the kitchen (fridge…), windows are very old and curtains not practical.

Will not recommend.

The location was good

The shower was leaking all the water from the shower comes to the corridor making the area very slippery My toddler slipped while I was taking shower. Very unsafe and dangerous. The host was not very responsive and did not visit at all. I asked some questions he did not bother replying to any of them. There is no microwave oven. The apartment is cold. sofa was very dirty. I want refund! will not recommend to anyone!

Fantastically located apartment blighted by typical managed property shortcomings

The location gives a 100% feel of what it is to live and work in central Milan. Duomo metro is 5 minutes away so even if you are in the city for work, you still get to see Milan's big attraction as part of your routine. The city as a whole impressed me - clean, efficient and cosmopolitain. Near the apartment are a choice of restaurants and under it is a supermarket. Key collection and communication with the property manager were easy. I thought the apartment was reasonable value but mainly because I was splitting the bill with a colleague. What I paid was inevitably influenced by a late booking caused by a previous booking being canceled last minute with a lame excuse by a different property manager.

This apartment, like so many managed apartments, are equipped on shoe string budgets. A combination of what was salvageable from the previous use (in this case it was a lawyer's office a few months ago hence the beautiful hard wood floors) with a visits to Ikea's Angolo dell'Occasione. My bed needs a mattress that is also appropriate for a heavy adult. Everything worked and in the end for a 3 night stay, there is nothing that would deter me from returning.

Bathroom not in good condition

The location is good , the apartment in save place no one can enter unless he have the key to open the door

The bathroom is not good alot of leakage the water come out because their is no drainage

Good

The location is great. The apartment is less than 5 minutes from duomo on foot. Also the metro is nearby. The beds are great and very comfortable.

We were 5 people but there was only 4 sets of towels, so we had to share. Also the flush needs to be repaired because the water runs all day and night with a lot of noise. One more disadvantage was that we had 1 pair of keys and the door has a handle both sides , which means that if some wants to leave ether the door remains unlocked or everybody have to leave and return at the same time

Not really clean, shower was rusty and old. Toilet kept running water. Airco coudnot get the room cool

Location, location but nothing else.

Location is outstanding. In the central location of milano. Domo Piazza is few minutes away walking. Checking in process was easy and straightforward.

Cleaning needs to be improved.

Good

The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from Duomo. Beds were comfy and kitchen well equipped. Grocery store right downstrairs

The apartment is non smoking but there was an unpleasent smell of cigarre when you enter inside. Maybe someone used to smoke there before or some guests have been smoking there. Also the drains on shower and bathroom sink were semi clogged
