Beautiful and elegant 5-bedroom, 4-bath luxury home with splendid ocean views directly across the street from the beach in the exclusive and prestigious SeaWatch resort. Savor the salty air, hear waves crash, and see amazing crystal blue water. Just a few steps to the private walkover or the public beach entrance. Enjoy the TWO floors of wraparound decks! The front spacious deck has table and chairs for casual eating, entertaining and lounging and is quiet with no immediate neighbors to the north. SeaWatch features a private community pool, tennis and pickleball court, playground, and oceanfront pergola. Short walking distance to the Kure Beach fishing pier and great restaurants. This spectacular 3000+ sq ft home accommodates 12 persons maximum.
The bright and airy house layout begins on the ground floor. A bedroom off the back patio features a queen and twin bed with adjoining full bathroom. Engage in competitive Ping Pong or Foosball in the game room while watching sports on the HD flat screen TV. The game room is also equipped with a mini fridge and DVD player. The two car garage has 2 beach carts and various beach equipment. Driveway parking for 4 vehicles and back patio has outdoor seating and a propane gas grill. The enclosed outdoor shower has both hot and cold water.
The second floor features the main living area, kitchen, full bathroom and one bedroom with queen bed. Main living space w/ flat screen HD TV, cable TV, Blu-ray, DVD and sound system, three couches (1 queen sleeper), DVDs, games and magazines. A decorative fireplace adjoins dining table and breakfast bar. A fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer nook leading to the decks
The third floor features Berber carpet throughout two bedrooms in addition to a master suite. Master suite contains a King bed, private seating area, and large en suite private bath with separate toilet stall, walk-in shower stall and corner garden tub. Bedrooms 4 (King bed) and 5 (Queen Bed) share a full bath with tub/shower. Wraparound covered deck with 2 oversize Adirondacks and 2 teak Adirondacks to watch the ocean and the sunset.
Every professionally decorated bedroom has a flat screen cable HD TV with a DVD player, cable TV, ceiling fan, nightstand, alarm clock, dresser and access to breezy covered porches. NO PETS and NO SMOKING PLEASE, the house and its owners are extremely allergic. Parking is not allowed on any grass area, sand or the side of the road. You will be asked to remove them. Property may NEVER exceed set occupancy limit.
