About this apartment rental
Beautiful newly renovated beachfront condo. 2 bedroom / 2 bath. 1st floor (but actually 3 Floors up) overlooking palm trees and the beach. Two balconies. Master bedroom comes with king size bed and 2nd bedroom is twin over twin with stairs for easy access to top bunk and a twin over full. Large tv in every room and free wifi.
Located directly on beach no roads to cross.
Family oriented with large heated pool and spa. Tennis court, pickle ball, gym, hammocks, beach volley ball, horse shoes, corn hole, charcoal barbecue grills with tables, and more..... bring your own beach chairs or rent chairs and umbrellas at the front desk.
Strictly no smoking allowed in the condo or balcony please! These are also the condominium rules. You will be fined. There are locations outside. Thank you

Great space and views! Comfortable beds, and well appointed kitchen. Really enjoyed this beautiful part of the island. The easy walk to the super clean beach was awesome!

I came with a mom friend and 4 kids ages 6 to 1. We had an excellent stay! The check in and out process was seamless. The bedroom set up and bathrooms were perfect for us. The kids loved all the beach themed stuffed animals. The pool and beach were amazing. I really liked that the host had beach necessities available like chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards! My friend did say the bed in the master was stiff for her but she prefers softer beds. I actually liked being on the "1st" floor because I felt safer with younger children and the view of the ocean was still amazing.
We would definitely stay here again!

This property was overpriced, needs maintenance, and a deep cleaning. We’ve stayed in Galveston before and enjoyed other properties, This is far the worst condition condo we’ve stayed at. The shower isn’t sealed and you have a flood each time someone showers. No kitchen dish clothes. We had to use bathroom towels. The vents and one fan was very dirty. The beds are awful! They are so uncomfortable. We all need to see the chiropractor. Sand in every corner throughout the condo. Super humid with no fans except one bedroom. They said shampoo is provided. A hotel sized one that lasts two days. We constantly were running to a store to get something that wasn’t provided. The couch pillows are feather and by the end of the week, there were feathers everywhere from them. It was a pain not having a washer and dryer, but we knew that. The property staff were great and helpful. So that helped the process. We wouldn’t stay here again though. I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but I feel bad for another family if they paid all the money this place cost and be disappointed.

The perfect spot for our getaway. It was very quiet and the view is wonderful. Everyone we encountered were very friendly. Being a weekday we had the beach to ourselves! The location is great - secluded but a close drive to everything.

The location was wonderful. It was quiet and away from the busy end of Galveston yet allowed us to go to the busier area if desired.
Would consider installing a washer and dryer in the unit so towels and other items can be washed during the stay.

We stayed here instead and will never stay anywhere else in Galveston. We loved all of it so much!! The condo was Top Notch! The hotel is so secure, not just anyone can go up the elevator, they need a key. The front desk employees were so friendly and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect place for my husband and me, along with our daughter and her 3 kids. Beds were very comfortable and it was so nice to be able to walk straight down to the beach. The patio was super nice to be able to watch the sunrise and just look at the water.

This condo was perfect for our most recent visit to the Galvestonian. The pictures do not do it justice as the furniture & decor are both welcoming & pleasing to the condo’s room arrangement. Although on 1st floor the view is quite nice & away from the poolside of the common deck areas. Kelly was a great communicator & we hope to book this unit again when we visit next time. Just a side note, the Galvestonian is the only condominium venue we consider as it is close to all Galveston has to offer besides being beachside with lovely pool & grounds.

This was a beautiful, very clean condo equipped with everything we would need. The outside property grounds were also in excellent condition and very well kept. It was also a big plus to have direct beach access and not have to cross the road. We would definitely request to stay in this condo again!

Updated condo with open floor plan. Kelly anticipates your every need and did not disappoint us. Just a few thoughts: you may want to bring flashlights for every person who wants to go to the beach at night. Condo provides towels for the pool, but do you need to bring your own beach towels. If you want to do extensive cooking, bring your own spices and oil. The kitchen is well stocked. Look for the broom and the dustpan in the closet. Please respect the dunes, there is a lot of fragile wildlife, and those need not to be disturbed. Yes, snakes do live in those. Two pickle ball courts that can be played on, even with 100° outside if you get there before 8 AM in the morning because the building provides shade. Equipment is available for beginners, but if you are a good player, bring your own. Don’t get scared away by the heat, there’s always a breeze.

We had a week break with our 2 children 3 y/o and 6 y/o. The property was absolutely perfect! The views of the sea and beach were even better than the photos suggested. The pool was wonderful and quiet and the beach was right on the doorstep. The property had absolutely everything we needed with chairs and games for the beach. The location was great and just a short drive to the strand and harbour area. Absolutely loved our stay, thank you!!

The condos were awesome. Its just far enough out of town to have your privacy while close enough for entertainment. The beach has sand and is about as good as you can get for the central coast. I am from Texas and have been up and down the coast. This was my favorite family spot hands down. The grounds are well maintained. They have grills, pools, hammocks and beach wagons.

Do yourself a favor and call ahead to verify the Galvestonian has your reservation. A lack of communication between property managers resulted in us having to choose between booking and paying for a second condo or turning around and going home. We are thankful that once it was sorted out, we did receive a refund for the alternate condo. But the confusion and inconvenience and hours of missed time on the beach unpacking then repacking and switching condos and dealing with this really soured the start of our 2 night stay. Other issues we encountered involved incorrect programming of our room keys so that we were locked out mid day, and incomplete cleaning of the condo. But both of these issues, I believe, stemmed from the booking miscommunication. So even though you receive a verification email with check-in instructions, call ahead and make sure the property manager has also communicated with the front desk and they know your information, room number and length of stay.

This was our 3rd trip to this condo, and it’s always a great trip. The Galvestonian is clean and quiet, on a private beach, with excellent amenities and the BEST location. This condo is on the 1st floor (not ground level), has a great view, always clean and has everything you’d need. Beds are comfy, water pressure is excellent, and Kelly is a dream to communicate with. Pack your clothes and coffee, and you’re good to go. We hope to come back soon!

Has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The kids enjoyed all the beach toys. The location was great! Private yet close enough to activities and restaurants downtown! Beautiful property. The condo overlooks the gulf and is a perfect place to stay when you visit Galveston. The rooms were very clean and the bed in the primary was so very comfortable. Had a great time even though it was a short trip. Will definitely look to book again if we are in the area.

There were a few things to note in the condo- the listing mentions spices available however the salt was out and the pepper was near being out as well. Not a big deal other than we didn’t order any spices in our grocery order.
The master bathroom towel bar was barely screwed into the wall. We didn’t use for our stay once we realized how loose it was. As there was no washer and dryer in the unit or on the property this made drying towel and suits difficult.
The second bathroom ceiling paint is peeling off the ceiling.
Overall good stay and we would go back again.
