Five bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms will give you room to spread out or let everyone gather in the open living room, kitchen and dining area. Joy Seas provides you with ocean views to the east. A screened-in porch gives you the perfect setting and ocean view for dinner after you have spent the day at the beach or at your own L-shaped private pool. You can sit on the deck to watch the sunset as the kids enjoy the pool, with a wading area for the little ones and a love seat for two. A lower-level covered deck with a Tiki Bar by the pool creates a fun family gathering place to swim, socialize, and relax while watching a game of water volleyball or water polo. Outside activities include a 30' x 50' sand volleyball court, pool volleyball, basketball hoop, outdoor ping pong table, and horseshoes. Easy access to the beach, and just minutes away from family-friendly restaurants and bars, and Little Island State Park.

Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 12, 2024, and May 2, 2025 until October 11, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use.
All Sandbridge Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
