Clean farmhouse in a beautiful mountain setting-enjoyed the large deck for relaxation and breathtaking views-restored barn was amazing-house was nicely decorated for the fall season-would recommend!

We came from three different states to spend a few days in the mountains. We had easy access to Asheville and the mountains but our favorite part was just sitting on the porches and catching up. This house was perfect and had everything we needed, the house was clean and the host was very responsive.

Luedith's farm house is easy to relax in. We loved sitting in the comfy porch swing and watching the rain come in over the mountains and finally arrive. The big back porch is great too. The dining table was a great place for our 1000 piece jugsaw puzzle. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need to prepare meals. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the mountain farmhouse!

Enjoyed beautiful all equipped home, "excellent "!

Very nice 3 bedroom house. Had one small problem that the owner took care of immediately when notified. Only thing we didn't like was a RV hookup rented to another party immediately beside where our cars were parked within yards of the house. This may have been in the description, but I did not see it.

The farmhouse was clean and cozy. The views from the front porch were amazing as was sitting on the back porch at sunset watching the fireflies. Fully stocked kitchen. Loved the farmhouse for games. Great location. Very peaceful but close to Pigsah hikes, Smoky Mountain National and Asheville. Wish we could have stayed longer. Great host. Very accomodating and easy to get in touch with.

Beautiful, peaceful getaway! We came for a girls weekend and loved the peacefulness of the property and the amazing views. The cabin was so clean and we had plenty of space for all that we needed. We would definitely stay again!

This was a fantastic place to gather with my friends. We are in our 50s. We love to sit on a porch enjoying wine, tasty snacks, and fantastic views. This location was perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed. There were lots of places to sit inside and out. And the views were magnificent. In addition, the barn with corn hole and darts was so much fun! It has made it to the list of favorite rentals for our get togethers!

Nice, clean place. Close to Blue Ridge Parkway. Only problem was there was no shampoo, and we didn't bring any because we were told it would be provided.

Fabulous house and location within easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Beautifully decorated with everything we could possibly need. Loved the front porch with the swing for watching sunsets over the mountains. Gorgeous views. The only potential negative could be the number of camper campsites adjacent to the property. Only two were occupied and the people were very quiet so we had a peaceful stay. But during busy times there could be a lot of activity. It’s a great place for families, since the farmhouse’s nearby well appointed barn has lots of fun things for kids. Highly recommended.

We didn't have good weather so we were at the property most of the time. To say this house has mountain views is a stretch. It's hilly but not mountainous. We had ants in around the table also.

We enjoyed our stay. The view is really something! The house was clean and comfortable.

The farmhouse is a super clean and very comfortable place to stay near Asheville. We enjoyed our stay and have no complaints at all. Louedith was very responsive with super quick communication. Beds were very comfortable (though I know that’s a personal preference item). Lots of outdoor space with the porch and back deck.
She does have an RV space that’s right by the house but we never heard or saw them so while I didn’t realize it was there when I booked, it had zero effect on the enjoyment of our stay. There’s a privacy fence that separates the two.

The views are fantastic and the barn is very nice benefit. The house worked perfectly for our thanksgiving dinner. I was a bit surprised at first to see a large RV parked in the parking area right next to the house but the people staying in it were very nice.

We stayed at The Farmhouse while in Asheville to visit Biltmore Estate. It took twenty-five minutes to get to the Biltmore which is longer than we expected, but we enjoyed the view and the space for two couples. Mattresses could be better quality.

Louedith made check-in super easy even though we were late from traffic. Beautiful property and mountain views, super well maintained. Our group of 4 was very happy here!
Would definitely recommend these hosts if you're ever in the Asheville area!

Beautiful setting, quiet neighborhood. Accommodations great for our family. House looked updated. Most complete kitchen we've ever encountered. Loved the barn for play time with the little one. Not far from natural beauty and downtown Asheville.

The house was beautiful, the view from the front porch was breathtaking, and the view of the lightning bugs from back porch was beautiful!!! I would definitely stay here again. The owner was easy to get in touch with and responded in a timely manner.

Wanted to say thank you for everything. The family and I had a great time. You have something special up there on top of the hill. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and for that I thank you. I would and will recommend this place whenever possible.

Weekend Getaway
We visited this property with some very dear friends and we had a nice, quiet weekend. Our friend’s husband is in a wheelchair, so we needed a house with some special amenities. This place was perfect! Loved the peaceful area and the beautiful view!

Peaceful
This was the most comfortable stay we have had. The setting is peaceful and everything you need is there. Kitchen is the most well stocked I have seen in any place we have stayed. Enough room for 6 adults but we were outside most of the day. Plenty of room to walk, roam or one-wheel which my boys brought along. The big front and back porches were huge pluses. Loved staying here and the owner is super nice.

Enjoyable stay
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Our host was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. The house was spotless clean and well-organized. The furniture was very comfortable and appealing. The kitchen was well-stocked. The view from both the front porch and back deck were so nice to enjoy, as well as sitting by the fire pit. We also liked the short 15 minute drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway for scenery and hiking. Don't hesitate to book this location, it is top quality.

Amazing place for getaway in mountains
The farmhouse was a wonderful homebase for our mountain vacation. We were very comfortable with our family of four (including two teenagers). The house had everything we needed to cook meals at home and we usually enjoyed them on the back deck. The views are beautiful! We were close to Asheville as well as nearby hikes, about an hour from Great Smokey Mountain Nat'l park. Louedith was very responsive to questions and accommodating, yet not intrusive. Would definitely return.

Girlfriends Getaway near Asheville
The Farmhouse was truly amazing in every way. From the panoramic views, to the cleanliness, and the amenities in the kitchen, it was very accommodating for our group. But addition to the Farmhouse, the "Barn" was such a relaxing place to hangout and enjoy good conversation with friends. If we had just one recommendation, it would be to replace the trundle in one of the bedrooms with another full size bed, 2 regular twin beds or a queen. Otherwise, we found it extremely comfortable and homelike. Thank you for sharing this beautiful location!

Great view!
The house was just as pictured, it had everything we needed and was clean and well taken care of. It was close to downtime Asheville and Waynesville so there were plenty of options for daytime activities and outside meals. The view was perfect and the shared amenities on the property were perfect to keep us all entertained day and night. We hope to come back soon!

I stayed with three friends for a girl's weekend and we loved it! The location is even more beautiful than it appears in pictures! The house is very comfortable and was spotless upon our arrival. We enjoyed sitting on the front and back porch so much, we didn't discover the adorable barn set-up until our last night. Don't make that mistake! Check out the barn ASAP! Our whole group agreed that if we came back to Asheville in the future, we would absolutely try to stay here again. One note, it isn't far(~20 minutes) from Asheville but is fairly remote, so if you're planning to go into downtown Asheville, know there will not be ridesharing services available. You will definitely need to drive.
