High in the La Quinta Cove. A quiet, residential community surrounded by the Santa Rosa mountains comprised of second or part-time homes and full-time residents. A very short drive to the village of La Quinta, La Quinta Resort, Olde Towne, restaurants and golfing. Or walk the cove's perimeter path and hike the natural trails at the top of the cove. It offers a relaxing setting on a quiet street with spectacular mountain views. This home is decorated in a comfortable relaxing theme. Its living room with fireplace looks out to the pool and patio. The courtyard/patio is surrounded by a perimeter privacy wall, high enough to afford a very private setting but still allowing for the mountain views to be enjoyed inside and out. One and a half blocks from wilderness park. Free HBO on demand movies, surround sound . 19 miles from palm springs aerial tramway, 9 miles to Living Desert Zoo. 6 miles to Pacific Life Tennis Center. 3 Miles to Silver Rock Golf Course

You are in the middle of paradise!: Shopping in Olde Towne La Quinta and nearby El Paseo in Palm Desert. Close to Joshua Tree National Park, Living Desert Zoo in Palm Desert. Lots of great golf courses to choose from. There is hiking, biking and much much more.

The photos describing the property were obviously taken sometime ago sometime ago because the picture window to the pool for example, was open in the photos and yet the plants are now 8 feet tall covering everything. But more importantly, the property is not properly maintained. For example, the cabinet doors were hanging busted in the kitchen, door latches were secured by duck tape, the pool furniture is old and some are torn and busted. Pool is clean however, not heated, so isn’t functionable. Discarded old busted furniture laid out in the back patio! Paint peeling on some walls. The owner is a nice guy. However, he needs to spend a little money to clean up the overgrown plants, acquire some new pool furniture, batteries for the renmotes. Etc. Nothing major, but just a lot of little fixable items that would make the property much more pleasing. I was actually embarrassed to bring my wife there. Actually, I was going to call John and ask him if I could repair a few of the minor items myself. But, fortunately that didn’t happen, and we actually left a day early.

The home was 10 minutes away from Indian Wells Tennis Garden, home of the Margaritaville Pickleball National Championship for this particular week. Super convenient for coming and going to the venue for participants and spectators. Many grocery outlets and restaurants close by. The pool is not useable, so don't count on swimming, but everything else was great. Property owner was easy to communicate with. Good value for price.

We have been staying here for the last three years for my Husbands birthday and enjoy with our daughter and grand kids to stay with us for part of the stay. The home is clean, and the Property is kepted up with the Trees around the pool Trimmed. Owners are easy to get a hold of if you need them. Our Family loves coming to this Property. Thank you for another wonderful stay.

Wonderful private home in a quiet neighborhood. Having a pool skimmer on site would have allowed us to use the pool more often. Two very messy trees should be removed. Trim bushes around the patio for more comfort as well.

We were so impressed with our accomodations and location. This house can easily accomodate a family or group of friends. The open living area was spacious and the couch was soooo comfy. We enjoyed sitting by the pool, watching the flamingo float around. Even with Covid we found lots to do in the area. Hiking, desert rides, canyons, downtown and outdoor dining were our favs. The neighborhhod is very quiet and gorgeous! Unfortunately, the previous tenant left some hidden messes. These were rectified immediately. Thank you for an amazing 6 weeks in the Cove

We chose to find a private home with a pool to enjoy a change of scenery during these crazy times. John was very easy to communicate with before and during our trip. The home is exactly as shown, a well loved family home, with everything you need to feel comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with the necessary cooking items, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, and the space was great for us. We spent every day in the pool and loved walking the neighborhood. The yard is a bit overgrown and the winds brought a lot of the leaves into the pool needing us to keep cleaning it. The kids loved the home and we enjoyed some real summer quality time.

The property was exactly as in the pictures. It was clean, BUT I am the kind of person that always cleans again especially now. The only thing we would Recommend is that the plants/ trees around the pool get cut. A lot of stuff from these plants goes into pool, due to winds. Other than this our Family can't wait to use this Property again and loved ita tranquil area. We had a wonderful time of being with husband, kids and grandchildren. This location is very quiet and relaxing. It's a great place to just rest and relax, the street has very few vehicles on it so sitting outside by the pool and reading a book was uninterrupted and watching the hummingbirds was a plus. The house is also 1.5 blocks from the desert and there are maintained trails so that is a huge plus for those of us that like to walk for exercise. It was an excellent stay.

I loved staying at your place while I attended a conference in Rancho Mirage. The house is comfoortable and has all the amenities of home. My commute to the confrence was nice. I enjoy seeing all the sights along the way and stopped at several stores. I especially enjoyed the walk up Avenida Obregon to the Santa Rosa Wilderness park where I could run on the pathway or hike in the desert. The night skies were astounding in their astronomical wonders. I'll see you next year!
