You asked to remove the sheets which were inexpensive and the mattress was soiled! You could have at least put a mattress cover over it. Carpets are dirty

My stay was great. The owner got back to me very promptly. Very friendly, very helpful. Accommodated my family when our other bnb was cancelled last minute. The microwave didn’t work but everything else did. My family and I cooked or ate out. Overall it was a great stay and I’d definitely book again.

The house was spacious and close to Augusta National however it was dirty throughout the house which made the stay feel a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, supplies were a bit bare bones. If this house was well kept and clean it would be great but the combo of dirtiness and not having any supplies made the stay feel awkward.

This is a very nice home. My family and I rent a lot through VRBO. This is the first time where a family actual lives in the home and left all their personal belongings in the closet. Kitchen cabinets and pantry were partially full of open goods. Refrigerator door was already full of food. When it was time to take showers and get ready for bed the showers were so disgusting as if someone had urinated in them. I had to deep clean the master with bleach as well as the guest bathroom upstairs. I left the master tub dirty as it was and we decided it will not be used. Most disgusting of all. The request to strip all the beds. When the sheets were removed from the master bed there was the biggest blood stain. Assuming it was from someone's period. I have never been more disgusted and disappointed in my life with VRBO to allow this low quality of rental on their site.

Let me just start by saying, although I gave a five star for the accuracy of online listing, the pictures on this site does not give this property justice. This home is absolutely beautiful, the decor is simply amazing. Also the downstairs bedroom is not mentioned and that was an absolute plus for my 80 year old grandmother. The amenities are top notch. We felt as if we were related to the host because the decor was so well thought of. Our reason for calling it Home Away from Home, is because my uncle just built his new home and it is this exact floor plan, EXACT. It was insane how we all felt like we were spending the weekend with him….lol. We often visit the Augusta area and this is the BEST property we have ever stayed in. We look forward to booking with you all again. Thank you for your prompt responses from beginning to end, My. You are definitely a premiere host. My family is so grateful to you. God Bless

This rental came as a true blessing. I have never used VRBO. One of my players was familiar with it and found this gem of a stay and shared it with me and I shared it with my others players. We loved it and booked it. It was beautiful decorated, very spacious, and well stocked. My Tran was very responsive to my text and the house rules were very plan and simple. We enjoyed our safe and will definitely keep this stay in mind when we return in year. Thank you, My Tran!

Really close to Fort Gordon. Spacious, 3000+ sf, 5 bedroom home, located in beautiful, quiet residential neighborhood. Owners very responsive. Would/will stay again. Suggest outdoor amenities as we had a few beautiful nights where we would have sat outside.

This home is large, beautiful, and nicely decorated. The neighborhood was lovely. The only issue I had with the home was the upkeep of the property. Parts of the home were dirty. The oven hadn’t been cleaned, the bathrooms were grimy, there were hairs all over the bathrooms, The trim around the floors was filthy, and the dishwasher didn’t work. Overall, we had a great time but the home really needs a professional scrubbing.

Lovely home with great style. Perfect and roomy for our girls weekend. Equipped with toiletries and items needed for our stay. Comfortable beds and bedding. I parked in the garage to give the other guest access to the outside parking. Great family neighborhood. Our only con falls on the cleaning crew. We will definitely rent this house again!

Beautiful, spacious home but some issues that need attention

This house is beautiful and spacious...BUT....we got there late in the evening....Got in no problem with the code provided but there was already a vehicle in the garage. (I was later told we had to 'rent' the space in the garage for another fee which was nowhere in the listing). When we walked in we loved the floor plan of the home, but we quickly saw that the house was absolutely filthy. Not just a little dust here and there...dirty everywhere. The countertops had spills, sauce, & crumbs all over them. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher, the windows & blinds were filthy, the bathrooms had toothpaste spit and splatters all over the faucets, the toilets had hair and urine on ALL of them. Showers and tubs were all dirty! The owner's belongings were everywhere. Makeup left out on the counters, toothbrushes, USED BARS OF SOAP IN ALL SHOWERS! Even their food was still in the refrigerator and freezer. It was a very strange situation. I've never rented a home and felt like I was intruding on someone's property. It was as if they left minutes before we got there. I cooked Thanksgiving dinner and was upset to find the lower stove did not heat past 110 degrees; and the sink was completely clogged. Had to go buy Drano just to use it. (The owner did offer to reimburse me for the Drano)The owner was apologetic and mailed me a refund check for the cleaning fee...but I'm thinking that's part of the issue: there's no way anyone can thoroughly clean a 4500 sq ft home for the amount that was sent to me. I debated on leaving a review, but I'm hoping the owners will correct all of these easily remedied issues. I spend the first couple hours that evening cleaning when I was exhausted from a 12 hour drive. I do not want anyone else to experience the same issues. If these problems are addressed, this home will be the perfect home away from home. It was literally down the road from Fort Gordon, which was extremely convenient for us. I'd also suggest to the owners leaving a manual; we had no idea what was expected of us to do before we checked in or out, and the tv system was very confusing to us.

Due to a mandatory evacuation (Hurricane Dorian) we had to leave our home. Traveling with my daughters, my grand children and leaving my husband and their husbands behind as a 1st responders, I knew I had to find something accommodating for all and in a nice area. This was perfect and the home is absolutely beautiful. It’s in a nice and safe neighborhood (my grandchildren played with the children next door), the home was clean, spacious, it met our needs, it was close to town and the owners, Mr and Mrs Tran were very accommodating and responsive . We visit Augusta a few times a year, but have decided when we travel as a family in the future (hurricane related or not) we’d definitely make this home, our home of choice. I’d be selfish not to share our experience, you won’t be disappointed if you reserved this property! Mr and Mrs T - thanks again for all that you did for us, you’re amazing!!
