This spectacular, direct oceanfront, third floor unit has everything you need for a perfect and relaxing stay. This unit offers remarkable views of the ocean and pool from your large third floor private patio. It is perfect for relaxing on your private patio, enjoying the gorgeous ocean views, pool and other great complex amenities.
The unit is also stocked with beach accessories for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels and a cooler. The master bedroom is complete with a king bed, large plasma TV, walk in closet and large en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen beds, a large HD TV and a beautiful view of the ocean. There is an air mattress that can accommodate two people. There is also free wireless internet available.
Enjoy all the amenities you want right on site including two BBQ stations, two fenced dog parks, bocce ball, shuffleboard, fitness room overlooking the pool and Ocean, and heated pool. The building is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, an hour from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes South of Cocoa Beach. Everything you need is conveniently located close by including a large Publix (grocery store) and movie theater right across the street. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants located within a short drive.

Gorgeous condo. Extremely clean. All the beds were very comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen. They supply you with 4 beach chairs and umbrella. We used them everyday. Also 2 boogie boards and a cooler and beach towels This was awesome to have . Also a shower near the beach so you could rinse off all the sand before entering the pool area. Staff was extremely nice and polite any time we saw them. Parking was never an issue and elevator worked great . We spent a week here dropping our son off to college. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun , pool and beach

Check in was easy with a keypad entry. All necessary information was emailed to me a week prior to our stay. The view is spectacular - pool and ocean. The living room furnishings are a bit sparse but adequate. The kitchen is well stocked and nicely updated. The two bedrooms are large h with walk in closets. Overall a very nice stay.

We stayed in 336 - the unit is exactly as depicted in photos. It was very clean and equipped with basics. It’s clearly a rental property- no personal touches or extras, but it was fine. Communication with property owners was excellent- everything you need to know sent in a timely manner, with detailed instructions. We had a question about how to access tv channels so we could watch the state of the union address and the answer came quickly and accurately. Having an access code to unlock the door is a bonus - no keys to fool with.
The property is well maintained and is right on the beach, couldn’t be closer - the roar of waves breaking is a lovely part of sitting on the balcony and watching the surfers, as well as walking the beach.
Goombays had the very best fish - the mahi dinner is perfect. If you’re into wildlife I’d highly recommend making the drive to the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge- it’s 50 minutes north and it has wonderful birds, not to mention alligators, turtles, manatees.

Our family had an excellent experience in Satellite Beach. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - right on the beach, walking distance to Dunkin, and a short drive to tons of great restaurants and local activities.

The condo we rented was clean and beautiful! We had everything we needed to enjoy our week here at PBC. The staff were friendly and willing to help make our stay perfect. The condos are quiet and the view from our veranda was breathtaking. I loved every minute of our stay and would come here again without hesitation. I have plenty of pictures to remind me when I return home to Arizona!!

We had an amazing stay at the Paradise Beach Club. Our condo had great views of the pool and the ocean. We loved being just steps away from the beach. Huge plus is we had a washer and dryer in our condo which allowed us to come home with little laundry to do.

Great Vacation
Love staying here. The pool/beach setup is perfect, and the proximity to the grocery is also very convenient. We also love that our condo had beach chairs, washer/dryer, etc, so it was as easy as unpacking our clothes and enjoying vacation.

Clean, quiet, great view
This property was an absolutely lovely stay. Right on the beach, quiet, but still close to restaurants and shops (Publix is a 5 minute walk away). Beach chairs (note only 2 although 3 beds) were super handy along with the umbrella and cooler. Would definitely recommend!

Winter Getaway
Condo worked out great. Emma who I communicated with was spot on. Large heated pool and lots of chairs. Pool was cleaned everyday. Only negative was trying to swim in the ocean. There is a reef of some sort close to the beach that is very painful to walk on and dangerous if the waves knock you down.

Stay at Satellite Beach
The view of the ocean is beautiful but this is not a great place to stay. There is no manager onsite at night and some strange activity in the parking lot throughout the day and night. Unit was ok but lots of dog hair on the furniture (we did not have pets in the unit). There was a terrible dog smell but we did reclean and wash the linens and put in air fresheners to try and make it work. Also, had a three hour delay in checking in due to the cleaning service running behind. This looks like an old hotel that has been renovated to efficiency apartments. The amenities are very outdated. We we're very disappointed especially given the rate per night. Old appliances, the master is on the roadside with no curtains for privacy. Would not recommend for a family vacation.

Great place to stay in Florida !
Building and grounds are nice. Plenty of parking. Even had a hose to rinse the salt & sand off your car. Looked to be set up really good for people with pets. We don't have one, but the one's during our stay were all very well behaved, looked happy and quiet. Room was great! Had everything you needed in the kitchen. TV's in the bedrooms and living room, beds are very comfortable. Everything was clean. Pool was great. Location is super with the ocean in the back yard and Publix food store right across the street. All the people we talked with are friendly. Clothes washer and dryer worked great for a unexpected load we had to wash. Plenty of places to go for lunch and dinner not to far away. Not to long of a drive to the space center, You can go A1A or 95. Enjoyed the launch and booster landing by Space X.
Had a great stay and may come back again next year.

A vacation to remember
This vacation was truly one to remember. The view out of the sliding doors window was breath taking. You are right off the water. During the day you can sit and watch the ocean roll in, walk along the beach, and then at night the stars above are as bright as can be. As for the condo itself, it was wonderful. It felt like home away from home. If I could come back to the location I would in a heart beat.

very nice property.
very nice property. beach was small and rocks in the water at low tide. good beach for surfers. It is a well kept property and condo was very roomy. the beds were comfortable. only problem was the couch. it was very low and we sunk into it. had to use pillows from bed to fill in. every thing was clean and beautiful. smelled a little musty, and needs a new toaster. but all in all a very good vacation place. Jetty beach is a nice family beach. and not too far. "fresh" restaurant was very good.

Perfect was the only way to describe this!
We could not have found the more perfect place to stay. It was a beautiful and very comfortable condo. We were on the 3rd. floor and had the most perfect view from either the balcony looking out over the ocean or just simply rolling over in bed to view the sunrise.Everything was clean and tidy. The things that his place came with were very well thought out. The kitchen had all that was ever needed for cooking if you wanted to. My daughter and I travel to Florida every year to visit family and it was the perfect place for them to come beach side and visit us also.I can't think of one thing that this place lacked.

We had a good stay
The condo was nice and the managers were attentive. There is very little beach and what beach there is isn't cleaned off so there is a lot of seaweed, but the ocean is awesome! Our property had terrible water pressure, the king bedroom's ceiling fan wasn't good nor was there a fan in the king bedroom's bathroom (or at least we couldn't find one). The pool area is awesome except if you think you are going to listen to music, they don't have any and don't bring your own because they frown on that also.

Amazing views from sunrise to sunset
The property was just has described and the views was amazing you can set on the balcony and watch all the ocean wild life porpoises, birds, fish schools feeding. The wave was so much fun to play in surfing or riding a tube in. The shoreline had so many shells to explore. The beach was never over crowded. Plenty of local restaurants to eat at. Our favorite was Longdoggers. So convenient to have Publix, Dollar General and Dunkin Donuts right across the street. The property was very pet friendly with 2 dog runs and clean up stations at both. To sum up FUN! FUN! FUN!

We had a great time!
This was a great location and so close to the beach with amazing views of the ocean from balcony. You can sit in the living room with curtains open and all you see is the ocean. My 2 kids, dog Ginger and hubby had such a wonderful trip. We saw a NASA launch from the beach outside our condo. Late one evening we saw a huge several hundred pound sea turtle. The location with a grocery store and restaurants all within walking distance made things so easy for us. The condo was stocked with beach towels, and beach chairs, etc. so all you had to do was enjoy your time without dragging things around. This was exactly what we needed and I highly recommend staying here if you want to relax as the condo unit is cozy and it is so close to the ocean!

Exactly what we needed....
The condo was a perfect location and we fully enjoyed the sunrise each morning from the patio. It was well maintained, clean and had everything we could need for our weeks stay. The only draw back was having to pay for laundry ($2/load), but that would not deter us from staying again! It was very convenient to have Publix across the street and all the restaurants and activities so close.

Wonderful vacation!
This condo was great! Very clean and well taken care of. The view was beautiful, of both the ocean and the pool. We loved the two queen beds in the second bedroom. Plenty of room for our family of 6. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!
Another wonderful week staying in unit 336 Paradise Beach Club. You cannot beat the view from this Inuit. The unit is right over the pool and looking out to the beach. It was a very relaxing week. The unit was well equipped. This was our second stay in this unit. Would definitely stay here again. Drew was very easy to work with.

Love this condo. Great view and location. I do think owners should find another cleaning service. The ceiling fans and other areas needed dusting.
