About this house rental
Whether you're sporting a large family, getting the gang together or just looking to stretch out in style, this luxurious Surf Coast Townhouse is the perfect unison between modern sea side living, urban cafe vibe and total access to the best that this section of pristine holiday coastline has to offer.
This luxurious and spacious townhouse is in the perfect location, walking distance to beaches, cafes and supermarket.
Consists of two large size living rooms, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, three toilets and a powder room.
Main bedroom has a king size bed and features an exposed bath, double shower, private toilet, walk in robe and TV with DVD.
Second bedroom has queen size bed and single bed. Third bedroom has queen size bed and a king single. Porta-cot available (byo linen). All bedrooms have ceiling fans and both levels have heaters and air conditioners.
First floor has open plan living area and 8 seater dining table which opens to balcony containing 8 seat outdoor setting and BBQ. Living area has leather couches, gas log fire and airconditioning with 65" TV and DVD/Video/Stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including dish washer and large fridge.
Ground floor has second living area/games room with 2nd TV and DVD/video with a couch (that folds out to an additional double bed). This living area opens to a private backyard with decking and clothes line. Single remote controlled garage with internal access contains bikes (3 adults & 3 kids) and boogie boards.
Bedlinen provided for 8.

Local Attractions and Things to do
Torquay is famous for its beaches. Cosy Corner has a quiet safe beach suitable for the younger kids or around the corner you'll find the main Torquay Surf beach. Further down the coast is Jan Juc or a quick drive will take you to the world famous Bells Beach. There is also a coastal track that you can walk or ride along to take in magnificant views which runs from Torquay all the way to Bells Beach and beyond
There are surfing schools where you can get a group or private lesson and Point Danger is famous for its windsurfing and kitesurfing.
Torquay has many other attractions away from the beach including surf shops and factory outlets. The RACV Torquay golf club is only a couple of minutes away or you can hire a court at the local tennis club.

The property was very comfortable and spacious. The location was great too.
Unfortunately the drawcard of the spa bath was a little disappointing, as the bubble switch did not work.
If this was in full working order, I would have said that the property was excellent

Wonderful stay, it was too short! We LOVED the property, it is very well appointed with everything needed for one or more families. All the creature comforts and excellent proximity to beach, shops and walks. We will be back! Thank you Cameron for a wonderful stay.

All of us enjoyed staying in the house. It was very comfortable and had all we needed. The main bedroom on the top floor was luxurious. We enjoyed dining and relaxing in the living area on the top floor with its nice views and good heating during winter. The adjoining kitchen was very good also. The house is walking distance to a supermarket and the town centre.

Great place to stay!
This property has everything you need for a home away from home! Location was fantastic super easy walk to both beach and local shops and cafes. Plenty of room, basic household items supplied, linen supplied and more than enough space for adults and teenagers alike. Easy to follow instructions for check in etc. Will be back, thanks for an enjoyable stay!

Excellent spacious property in central location. We were in Torquay for a bike ride which started at the end of the street. Very clean and well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing enjoyable stay. This is our second time here and will definitely be back.

Wonderful Holiday Rental
It was a lovely property, in a great location and we would book in again in the future. The extra use of the bikes and boogie boards was a bonus. There was plenty of living space and the layout was great. Communication with the owner was clear and prompt. They were very friendly. We are keen to book in again for future holidays.

Very outdated place that was not very clean, the photos are very old and misleading.
Location was the best thing about the place, it was very outdated and not clean at all. Overpriced for the standard of cleanliness offered by the owners. Apparently it is acceptable for all ceiling fans to be full of dust, ground floor tv not to work during the entire stay and cobwebs to be all over the bbq. Never again.

Excellent home at an affordable price
The house is indeed luxurious. Three bathrooms, loads of beds, and plenty of space to enjoy your stay. The heating is fantastic, keeping you cozy on those freezing nights. The location is perfect and very close to all the essential. The grocery store and shops are in walking distance but if you feel like riding, grab one of the bikes from the garage! I wanted to thank the property manager for providing such an amazing home and being very accommodating.

Perfect size and location
We booked this accommodation for our team for a bike ride from Torquay. This central location gave us great access to centre of town with a short walk to shops and nearest Woolies. The Esplanade was right at the end of the street.
The house itself was a great size with 2 large living areas and good sized rooms. Main room with ensuite was very well appointed. Lots of crockery/cutlery/equipment as we organised a dinner for 16 people one night and there was plenty of space. Great storage for bikes in the garage. Big TV’s were great quality.
The owner Cameron was awesome to communicate with and we will definitely be back next year.

Great location and great place
The Property is a very easy walk to the shops and the beach. Child friendly house fully equipped with kids indoor and outdoor toys. Three toilets is a bonus! Great place to discover the area and the owner is very quick to respond. We had a really good stay and recommend it.

This property was a lovely modern double story home in walking distance to the beach and shops in the heart of Torquay.
It is ideally set up for a family or two with lots of kids toys and separate areas. On this trip I wasn't with my family but would definitely return to this property with my family. It was also a lovely relaxing home if you were there without children.
The owners were very easy to deal with and communicated quickly with us.
