I have truely experienced a little bit of Heaven on earth

I loved everything but especially the view The Hawaiian singers and dances every night and the 5star service received no matter where you are on the property . Walking into my room the first day was like walking into a little slice of heaven Everyday little thoughtful gifts were left and it felt like they knew exactly what I needed ..

Awesome!

The staff are friendly and helpful. We travelled with a 2 year old kid, and they prepared bed guard for her, which is very nice. The hotel is kid friendly!

Eines der besten Hotel Resorts überhaupt

Mein Aufenthalt war fantastisch! Schon direkt bei der Ankunft ist der Ausblick aus der Lobby über das Meer atemberaubend. Die ganze Anlage ist einfach außergewöhnlich, ist wunderschön gestaltet und bietet viele Services. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Consierge gehen die Extrameile und haben mir einen Mietwagen organisiert obwohl laut verschiedener Portale alles ausgebucht war - hervorragend! Die Qualität der Restaurants ist unglaublich hoch und lässt einen jede Mahlzeit in vollen Zügen genießen.

Die Koordination des Frühstücksbuffets ist etwas verwirrend - bis ca. 10:00 Uhr zum Teil lange Wartezeiten. Reservierung zum Abendessen in einem der Hotelrestaurants am Besten schon vor dem Aufenthalt buchen. Pool-Zeiten könnten gern früher am Morgen beginnen und länger bis in die Nacht gehen (ggf. nur an einem Pool).

ハレクラニすべてが最高だね！

部屋も綺麗に清掃されていました。チェックインからチェックアウトまでスタッフの対応が良かった。

朝早く出発の人は朝食の予約が大変かな。

Never again do not take the chance

The place is beautiful and breakfast was good the massage was good

The hotel staff knew that a Typhoon is coming but did not let us know. We spent 5 days in our room with no air conditioning and couldn't sleep at night because of the hit and humidity. Huge money for suffering. We were lucky to have a break and our flight was not canceled as most of the flights. Even we payed for a massage they didn't give us the option to use the spa for the day. So much money and can't use the spa

Stunning location, perfect hotel, a very relaxing and charming experience.

The facilities are really well kept and very clean. The food is sensational (in-room, the restaurants, especially Shiroux). The staff are friendly and extremely helpful.

The facity and the room were amazing. I loved the view and the decor. It was very big compared to all the hotels in Japan. The service was the best we have seen in Japan and they are all good but this place is beyond excellent.

amazing

the best resort I ever stayed. staff of the hotel will make sure you are very comfortable. if you want something just ask and they make it happen. they even gave us a upgrade as the stay was a surprise for my partner as I proposed on the trip.

there was one small thing with breakfast: the waiting time for the one of the 2 breakfast restaurants was a bit long. but they keep you updated on your phone.

Good infrastructure, nice rooms, very good breakfast & excellent SPA.

Of course you should always respect the local culture of any country. But some of the rules in the hotel are difficult to understand. It is forbidden to show any kind of Tattoo at the Pool area. At Easter they were selling some kind of Donuts at a little Hawain Market and then prohibit to eat the Donuts at the pool (though you can order other food at the pool). And finally they remember you that you are only allowed to move your sun chair maximum 50cm and ask you to move it back otherwise. This lack of flexibility is not very customer orientated for international standards.

I LOVE HALEKULANI

I like everything from the kindness and fondness of the very clean neat and beautiful facility. they clean the room twice a day... the staff are so attentive always have a smile on their face... I want to thank the sempai chef in aomi restaurant he us so cery kind. and also the breakfast buffet is superb. Thank you so much for making our vacation so memorable. till next time.
