Beautiful property with great amenities, perfect for families and gatherings. Enjoyed the views, spacious layout, and entertainment options.

Lovely place and easy access to beach. Well equipped but unfortunately no WiFi but it didn’t really bother us and bed is a little less supportive. Otherwise thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place for our needs which was a wedding at a local winery. Loved the Bar and Pool Table in the garage. Air con worked very well in the heat.
The mattresses in the bunks were a bit thin for adults

3 generations of us were able to spread out and enjoy our kids and grandkids company.

Great stay, very homely feel with all the creature comforts and trims and kept the family entertained even on a rainy day which was a great plus. There were a few minor issues like upstairs TV froze at one stage, bugs in the coffee maker (probably hasn’t been used for a while) upstairs bathrooms lock is slightly faulty, at one point our child couldn’t unlock the door but luckily we were able to giggle it open. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would easily go back.

Good location with lots of room. Well spaced out for 2 families to stay. There were plenty of supplies etc. the beds were comfortable and plenty of games etc for rainy days. The listing was very accurate.

We were there for a wedding. It suited us as we needed area for small children downstairs. It’s located in quite area about a 2km to shops off The Esplanade. It presented very well but did need a good vacuum and dust, otherwise suited our needs

This property was wonderful. A beautiful, large and very clean home. Aesthetically pleasing and very inviting. Plenty of room for our large family. Kids loved the pool table, the huge oval to play footy behind the house and the adults got to relax on the balcony with a nice coffee. I would definitely recommend this property.

We enjoyed stay, would happily stay again

House was a base for the fabulous Celtic Music festival we attended. The property wasn't quite what we imagined as the bedroom layout did not really suit our group of 5 individual adults. The downstairs was a little musty. Nice and clean and great lighting upstairs. Tx

A group of friends stayed and we all loved having our own bedroom. Lots of space to spread out, 3 lounge areas, each with a TV and DVD player or game console. House was clean and well equipped. Spacious deck to enjoy the autumn sunshine. Nice little view to the water from the kitchen.
Excellent communication with Jennene who was lovely and responded quickly to any contact.
Overall a lovely stay and hope to stay again.

Decking on Balcony needs attention, toilets and bathrooms needed cleaning better than they were. No exhaust fans in bathrooms.
But overall pretty good, when your paying good money, you expect clean.
2 members of family went home on 2nd day with gastro

Property is located close to the water and a sensational walking and bike track..
The house is very bright, on a sunny winters day it really warms up the house, perfect for the family to chill out watching a movie and hot chocolate!
We enjoyed the games available and the two separate living areas are great for some quiet time reading a book or a second TV option...
The house is perfect for two families or a group of friends... all bedrooms are very comfortable and warm...!
We would recommend the trip down to Portarlington, the locals are very friendly and recommending great places to visit in the area!
Thank you to the host, great to liaise with and everything ran like clock work..!

We stayed in this property for 3 days and had a wonderful family getaway. The weather of course helped but the house is well located to beach/walks, so well equipped for family with children re-games, bikes, pool table and other amenities. Clean and spacious.Thank you once again.

This was a great space for our group of 6 adults. Would also be perfect for two families as bedrooms both up stairs in main living kitchen area and downstairs with two separate lounge areas. A bonus was the pool table/games area in back shed.Kitchen well supplied with ample crockery and BBQ downstairs was clean.

Arrived on Friday 12th February just 30 minutes before the lockdown announcement. So that was the end of our weekend break! However, I must say the house looks great. Very clean and tidy. The owner was very understanding and we will rebook sometime in the future.

This was a lovely relaxing stay, only couple of small things- kitchen too many useless Nic nacs taking up valuable space in very small area, microwave cannot be reached, no dishwasher ( my fault for not realising when booking) also very cheap cutlery which was not clean on arrival. Loved the cook ware. Outdoor seating needs updating as chairs are very uncomfortable to sit in.

Fab looking, comfortable interior with heaps of added extras like games room and PS3. Deck starting to wear a little and felt a bit unstable on some planks. A few minutes drive into town but not too far. A great 2 night stay which is probably all you need for Portarlington. Note: no WiFi and digital TV signal sometimes poor in the property plus 1 bar reception on Optus and 2 on Telstra in the town in general.

Great weekend staying at his lovely property. Spacious accommodation meant there was plenty of room for 7 people and 4 cars. Beautiful view from the wide veranda and lovely areas to walk along the beach. Only issue was the shower doors which require a little maintenance.

This property was perfect for our family Christmas holiday break. We had plenty of room for multiple families to enjoy the space this home had to offer. The backyard space and access to the games shed offered enjoyment for everyone.

Place had been done up to be really nice! It looked fresh! Showers are very dated but everything else was fine! Our kids had a great stay and played pool and rode the adult bikes supplied! Fitted out 6 adualts and 4 kids perfect!

The property was not as described in the advert. The property was dirty, dusty and we had ants in the bedroom and on the bed. The kitchen had pet hair in the fruit bowel which we needed to clean including the kitchen.
No fly screens on the windows and minimal air con, made the rooms like saunas. Very poor living conditions with a new born baby.
We left 3 days early, as we couldn't stand the conditions any more.
When we tried to let the owner know, she failed to acknowledge or even respond to our concerns.
Really disappointed to waste all our holiday money on this property.

We were very pleased with property and it would be great for two familys . thumbs up
