We loved having access to a washer, dryer, and coffee. Communication with the host was excellent. The property is quiet. The kitchen equipment is very basic. Don't expect to be able to do any cooking that requires measuring. The beds, floors, sinks, and tub were nice and clean. But the property needs a deep detail clean as there was dust and grime build up in corners, on baseboards, vents, and other places that made it seem dirty.

This is a perfect location to visit Olympic National park and to check out the Pacific ocean.

To spend extended time in Olympic Park you really need to stay in the small town of Forks. We've stayed in Forks twice and this house was certainly nicer than where we stayed previously. The house mostly looks like what is shown in the photos, but if you are planning to use the grill shown you should check with the owner as it isn't always available. The beds are comfortable. The location is good with access to the rain forest and beaches that we wanted to visit. The kitchen is sparsely stocked. Our stay came at a time in our trip where we planned to do laundry. Unfortunately the washing machine appears to be connected incorrectly as cold cycles would use hot water and warm cycles would use cold water. We would consider staying here again, but we would plan to bring some extra cooking supplies.

Amazingly nice host, so good with communication and never cared that I messaged a few times! She was always very helpful and kind. Beautiful back yard. Loved the deer that came to visit. My only complaint is it wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped, not terrible but it was dusty, some hair in one bed and in a sink (wasn’t that big of a deal though because there is a washer and dryer in the home). The tub needs some love too. Other than that we had an amazing stay and would recommend.

This was a great location to stay while exploring the Pacific northwest. There was room for all of us with plenty of options. We hoped to use the firepit, but just ran out of time. I would definitely stay there again.

Great stay in Forks. This was the perfect home for my family as we were traveling the PNW. Everything was clean and cozy as described. Would def stay here again!

This property is close to Olympic National Park and the Pacific Ocean, so plenty of great sites to visit. The kitchen was well enough equipped and had more spices available than most places we have stayed, so cooking in would work here, although we only did breakfast ourselves. The Property Manager was fantastic. When I had questions she got back to us immediately.
The bathroom had been updated, the kitchen cabinets and some of the furniture are showing their age. It was comfortable and a good value for the price.

We only stayed one night, but it was a nice place to stay. Plenty of necessities available in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable (really loved the comforters), and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The backyard was tidy and big enough that my preschooler enjoyed exploring without getting bored!
Owner was super responsive when we had a small situation, and it was resolved very quickly..
Plenty of parking, and in a very quiet neighborhood.
We hope to visit again!

The house was very clean. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens. The couch in the living room is big enough to use as another bed. Kitchen has some cookware, but not a lot, so maybe bring some with you if you need more than the basics. The location is great for making trips to Kalaloch, Hoh Rain Forest, Cape Flattery, and Lake Crescent.

The place has a make-over but it's not very clean. The cabinets have cobwebs and dusty and grease marks. The best and only part about the the place is the washer and dryer. There's one pot and one pan to cook. No big bowl for salads, etc...and the kitchen cabinet have sawdust everywhere. For over $$350 a night including tax, this place is not worth the money. The beds' mattresses are lumpy and the livingroom sectional is so smelly and felt so icky that we hardly sit down. Even though there's no cleaning fees, I think that it's ridiculous that we have to wash all the dishes and put them away. Of all the other places that we stayed at, the owner only asks us to load and run the dishwashers. It takes 2+ hours for the dishwasher to finish a load, do they expects us to do the dishes on the day that we have to leave for our flight? Overall, very unhappy especially for what we paid for.

We had a nice stay, location was perfect for what we needed. Hosts were easy to communicate with and accomodating when we need a date change. Would recommend!

Nicely appointed, reasonably comfortable, good location. However, a couple of hangups will prevent us from returning.
One first has to get over the smell, dog or smoke. Can’t tell, probably both.
Secondly, cleanliness was lacking. The owners save you the cleaning fee, but there was dried food on the stove, greasy finger prints all over the microwave, dust on surfaces and cigarette burns in the coach and coach blankets.
And the stab to the heart, the pictures shows a Keurig with pods, the Keurig was there, but no pods. I would have brought if known. But we found a drive thru coffee place up the street that was lovely.
Finally, there is internet, but painfully slow, even right next to router. TV has no useful subscription services and due to lacking internet, we watched more spinning wheel rather than live TV after minutes of connection wait.
I get that accommodations are slim in this area, but the higher price demands more attention to detail.
1) Perform professional cleaning, deep and regular.
2) Get better internet or don’t advertise that the place has high speed, you have low speed.
3) Get a better, faster TV or have a HDMI cable available.
4) Repair furniture, throw out blankets with stains and cigarette burn holes.

We stayed for a couple nights while visiting Olympic National Park. The location is convenient, being in the little town of Forks and not far from the beaches and the rainforest of Olympic. The house was clean and comfortable. Good, prompt communication with the owner. Nice big fenced backyard, perfect for relaxing on summer evenings. We had everything we needed! The kitchen has all of the basics covered, although it’s not super well stocked if you want to do a lot of cooking and eating there. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice place. A little dated-looking, but very comfortable. Needed a few brighter lights in the living room area, and hangars in the closet would have been helpful (people don't normally travel with hangars).

Pros: responsive owner, comfortable couch, 30 min drive to Hoh Rain Forest, reasonable price, short distance off HWY 101
Cons: heating is patchy, kitchen needs more basics, challenging for a larger family or group to share 1 bathroom, sheets on bed were not clean, not enough towels for group

We had a very nice stay here. It was very organized. The fireplace worked very well in taking out the dampness and warming things up some. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I liked the decor and the fact that they had people take their shoes off upon entering. Great idea!
We did not use the dishwasher. However, there were dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. As far as we know, they were clean dishes. The bed in the office had boards that were too short and fell out, allowing the bed to drop to the floor. The oven needs a good cleaning. There was a Cheez-it on the office floor and a pack of gummies on the floor by the headboard of the bed in the fishing bedroom when we got there.
The owner communicated promptly, except when presented with some constructive criticism.

We were touring the Olympic Peninsula and chose this very comfortable house for 1 evening. Large, spacious, convenient lodging. Thoughtful amenities.

This house was in a great location, very central to all kinds of great things! It looks newly updated, which was nice. Only complaints are there wasn’t enough towels for everyone that was staying there and it had a heavy (pet/old smoke?)smell when we arrived. We were able to use the washer and dryer, which was great since we had been hiking and have teenagers 😆. Over all a great little place for a quick one night stay!

This place was really great. Wish we would have stayed here a little longer but we only stopped for the night. The hosts were great and responded very quickly with any questions or concerns. This place was spacious, comfy, clean and exceeded our expectations.

Great home base for Olympic National Park
We used this home as the home base for our visit to Olympic National Park. This was very nicely located between the rain forests, the ocean, and the mountains. The house was very clean and lovely. Kylie and Parker were excellent hosts and very prompt in communication. We loved it here.

Lovely Home
Our home away from home was lovely. It was exactly as it was listed and the location was perfect as a base for oursight seeing. The house was very clean and it had the essentials that our family needed. The check in process was flawless and convenient. The property manager answered our questions immediately and was always available. I would definitely recommend this home and property manager..

It was a cute little place with plenty of space. Only things I could really complain about is the dust on all the baseboards/trims and bathroom fan and the lack of some kitchen utensils(turners, spatulas, butter knives etc)

At first glance this place looked nice on the inside. However we smelt dog in this house when we walked inside. As we got settled in we started to notice how dirty it was. There was little black hairs everywhere, that must of come from a dog due to the smell. Any place thats not directly touched was covered in dust hair and dirt. The fridge was empty but there was food crumbs and smears all over the inside. Lots of dished were not completely clean. A pot we pulled out of the cupbored was covered in oil, same with bowls and utensils. This must be due to having the guest clean and put dishes away themself before checkout. however they should be checked for future guests. The jet tub drain did not hold water so we were unable to use the tub. i had also seen a review stating the same thing. The sheets on the beds were white they had black lint balls all over them and also little black hairs. I am so disappointed if this place. If it was cleaned properly it would be a joy to stay.

Great
The beds were comfortable, sufficient supplies provided (dishes, utensils, cups). The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond. Only suggestion would be to bring house slippers or thick socks since the house can get quite cold during the winter.

Awesome house to stay, cook, and get warm & cozy after lots of wet hiking!
Beautiful inside, nice decorating style. Loved the King size bed, since we have one at home. Great wood stove/fireplace! Helped us get warm and dry after extreme rainy hikes. We bought groceries at the Thriftway and cooked up a great meal in the equipped kitchen.
