A top floor condo in Coral Falls, with vaulted ceilings and beautiful views of the pool has become available to rent. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a Lanai overlooking the pool and spa. The unit is on the top floor of a four story building. It is accessible via elevator in the center of the building, or stairs on either end of the 32 unit building. This unit is unique in that it has vaulted ceilings and is located over the pool and tiki huts. The master bedroom features a king size bed and a master bath with a double sink and a large stall shower. Grab bars are installed within the shower in the Master Bath. Granite countertops and no slip tile in the master bath are just a few of the features to set this unit apart from others. This two bedroom two bath unit has ceiling fans and a lanai to accompany the air conditioning and ensure maximum comfort. Included are the conveniences of cable tv, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and WiFi. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. This is a no smoking, no pets unit.

My husband and I spent just one week at this lovely condo! We came to the area to visit family and friends. The condo was completely furnished for our needs, king bed comfortable, within walking distance to many venues, and suited us perfectly. Hopefully, we can stay longer another time.

My stay was wonderful, if it were my condo I would definitely put a safety bar in the front bath. I would buy a regular coffee table where one could set a drink on it rather than a cushion. The bathrooms and kitchen were lovely however I would change some furniture, it is dark and heavy. The twin bedrooms for some reason were not comfortable at all, the mattresses are thin and make a squeaky noise. I loved the area and would consider renting again. These are just my suggestions

Our 4th floor condo was quiet and comfortable. The furnishing were mostly new, The living room sofa and chairs and the king bed were very comfortable. The screened lanai was a nice sitting area overlooking a natural wooded backyard. The kitchen was very well equipped for our needs, and the top quality appliances were clean and new. We enjoyed the pool and deck with beautiful landscaping. The location was convenient for visiting many state parks, the Conservancy of SW Florida, as well as grocery stores. Would love to come again!

The property has multiple furniture issues. The beds in the kids room were very old and noisy, the tv in the living room was very old (it was not a smart tv), also in the living room there were multiple stains on the chairs and sofas. The patio’s furniture was uncomfortable and again very old.

The condo is just as described. It has absolutely everything you can need and more. Immaculately clean. The pool area was so quiet we mostly had it to ourselves. It’s a short drive into Naples or Marco island. We will definitely be back.

This was out first time that we booked condo in Naples. Usually we were staying in hotels. We were impressed with this condo, very clean, everything is so organize, kitchen full with all supplies, great area. Nice and safe place for all Family! The manager, Emily is very helpful and so quick to reply on messages. We had a blessed time. Looking forward to come back to the same place! Great condo for a very affordable price! Thank you!!
