Very beautiful hotel. Close to downtown amenities
Small fitness room, no pool, Bokeh restaurant had spotty hours, no breakfast facility
3.5
Nice modern hotel, clean and well appointed.
The air conditioning / heating system in the room was loud and came on and off all night long.
4.5
Clean, great location.
Tub was extra slippery
4.5
Very clean hotel and friendly team
Drinks were not up to our expectations, tried the “better than coffee” drink on their menu.

I like the modern and funky design of the Alt properties. The rooms are smallish and definitely targeted at a solo traveller but they are comfortable, modern, and have good facilities. This one even had a decent restaurant in the bottom.
nothing really stood out.

Cozy bed.
How the lights turn on is stupid you have to keep your key card in a slot for power ..garbage.

Sarah, at the front desk asked how my day was. I told her I had booked to attend the funeral of a best friend. She offered sympathies. I apologized for dropping such heavy news on a casual question. I told her I was ok and in an effort to appreciate the friends I still have, I was going out for a couple of beers with buddies. She was kind, Had a couple chuckles and I left. I returned from beers to find a bag full of items from their concession stand, gift cards, and a note that read, “dear James, we are sorry to hear about the loss of your friend. I have put together a small bag of treats for you. Enjoy, your evening beers with buddies, with sympathy, Sarah”
Nothing.

Downtown Saskatoon location is what works for me.
1.5
It was very modern and nice scenery
Parking is horrible you pay for a spot underground parking but it's not a forsure thing if you do get a spot. For someone like me with a disability they do not offer any help with parking at all.

Really like the location and rooms - modern amenities. I've used the workout room in the past and used it again this time. It is small and basic but had everything I wanted except for working TV. I think the remote's batteries were dead but couldn't get tv working.
Hotel reception person - younger man - had me park in the bldg parking lot next door so I had to move my bags across a courtyard. As well, I asked him how to get to the parking lot- there was no diagram to show me. The bldg did not have any signs for it. He told me I could drive either way around the bldg - which wasn't true as I had to do a u-turn as parking lot was only accessible one way. It was a great inconvenience. As well, I was travelling alone as a single woman and disliked going in and out of a parking lot a block away by myself at night. Other people who recently checked in were allowed to park underground - and it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel given my circumstances. As well, I checked out the underground parking lot and there were many vacant spaces. He told me it was full or quite full due to renos being done. I felt second or third class.

Room was nice, high ceilings, quiet, nice view.
Unfortunately truck was broken into in the locked underground parkade and about $1000 in tools were lost.

Did not appreciate junk fees. Destination fee for Saskatoon in February is not reasonable.
No junk fees, Destination?? Saskatoon in Feb!

Great location. Great facilities. Room was clean, modern design, had everything you would need for a working trip. Staff were fairly friendly and accommating
The bar/resto downstairs is nice, but j wish they had a few more main meal food options. Also would be nice to include breakfast/room service at some point.

Rooms were nice.
The parking is awful. Parking garage doesn’t tell you if it’s full, and no place to turn around. Had to back out the whole way.
4.5
Restaurant had nice ambiance. Bathrooms modern and large. Great view of the river.
The restaurants menu was too limited. Parking was challenging for a large vehicle.

Rooms and hotel were extremely clean, beautiful and modern touches, amazing views with floor to ceiling windows.
We mentioned it was our anniversary and we were greeted with a lovely hand written card and snacks upon checking into our room.
This is our second time spending an anniversary at this hotel and love it.
Underground parking is an incredible addition.
