Next door to the Fethiye’s marina

The location of this hotel is awesome! The first morning of my stay I woke up very early in the morning at around 6 AM because of the time difference in Turkey and got to walk around the beautiful marina which was not more than 100 feet away from the reception. I took some pictures and enjoyed the marina when there is no one around. It was a beautiful experience. Next time I also would like to run in there. Additionally, our room had a cozy balcony that looked to the ancient Fethiye monuments that you see on the tourism commercials. I believe people used that beautifully carved windows as a graveyard for the richest people. Anyway, you could see that literally from our balcony. That was nice! The room was always clean. The people who worked at the reception were friendly anytime we needed anything. Finally, special thanks to the hotel owner whom I met and who was such a kind person. Highly recommended!

1.I ordered the double room on Agoda around 20 square maters,but i just got a very small room(around 10 square maters) ,and it's big difference from the picture,i don't know the problem are come from agoda or the hotel,i just feeling am be cheated 2.they didn't clean the garbage bin on the second day,i informed the reception several times but they didn't do anything，i clean it by myself finally

Stuff was more than unfriendly. I asked for the late check-out but was refused due to “full load and next guests to come”. However there were at least two rooms of the same type available to be booked for the next night. Moreover, the guy from reception started to call me at 11:50 and asked to leave the room. Also the room was not completely clean. Couple of times I found somebody’s hair.

Clean, but small. And there is no parking.

It was a clean and modern room. Staff was friendly and breakfast was decent (alhtough only instant coffee). Very central in Fethiye, next to many restaurants and bars.

I found the listing a little bit misleading. There was no parking lot, only recommendations on where I can park. And the room was quite small. It did NOT have a desk or table as shown in the photos, only a very tiny ledge to put your phone on. I was only in Fethiye for one night and was mainly looking for free parking and some downtime on my laptop. So that was a bit disappointing.

In general good value for money especially when booked on short notice

I liked the quality of breakfast, but the diversity of the items wasn’t big- probably due to low season. Tasty and very comfortable atmosphere

No coffee machine items like latte or cappuccino were included in the breakfast nor juices + I was surprised not to see yoghurts, but that’s personal preference

Good , but..

The location was good (city center), there was many supermarket, cafe, restaurant, also it was near be the marina, fethiye pazar ,erasta mall and Oludeniz Beach , the hotel was new also the room was very clean and comfort. It was a good stay.

customer service : the most unprofessional staff ever …. they barely say hi … neither friendly or helpful… very inappropriate… the guy from the reception told me that the hotel was full until I showed him my reservation… If I was their boss I would ask way more discipline from my staff breakfast : literally awful , service was also very unprofessional noise … we can hear everything from the street
