Falsche Beschreibung des Angebots bei Booking verwirrt interessierte Bucher, gemischte Fotos und Beschreibungen mit ande

Überhaupt nich ! Es ist weit entfernt von einem Resort und dieser Art von Einrichtung

Den Weg, den man vom Meer zur Wohnung nehmen muss Ständig laufende Bauarbeiten, Knallgeräusche und Risse Das Zimmer, in dem ich auf den Pop-up-Fotos wohnte, hatte mit Vorhängen versehene Fenster, die anstelle eines Blicks auf das Meer einen schmutzigen und hässlich aussehenden Parkplatz freigaben, auf dem es schmutzig und laut war und in dem sich eine dicht bebaute Gegend mit anderen Wohnsiedlungen befand war bereits gebaut schlecht funktionierende Klimaanlage, laut und manchmal überhaupt nicht eingeschaltet schlecht funktionierende Klimaanlage, laut und manchmal überhaupt nicht eingeschaltet

Good stay at a nice location

- The apartment has enough space - The facilities inside the apartment are good - There's a nice pool - The location is good (for as long as you rent a car) - For a accommodation without any parking opportunities there are multiple parking places nearby. We never had any issues parking the car. - The staff is kind and helpful.

- The towels weren't changed during our stay. - The spa is just a sauna. - The gym isn't to special. - The dishwasher didn't clean that well. - The last night the shower got a bit clogged.

1) der var ikke sol ved poolen, kun om morgenen. Derudover er der kun 8 liggestole 2) man må ikke medbringe mad/drikkevarer til poolen, men der er heller ikke mulighed for at købe noget ved hotellet 3) ingen parkering ved hotellet, selvom der er en parkeringsplads, receptionisten sagde blot at det var privat parkering. 4) receptionisten taler ikke engelsk, dette er ikke særligt smart når der er internationale gæster! 5) rengørings spand og andre rengøringsartikler er efterladt inde på badeværelset 6) ingen shampoo/body gel på badeværelset 7) mange børn der råber og skriger ved poolen uden respekt for andre

Excellent room but getting up the hill its on is an extreme-sport

The room was perfect and a great size, the bathroom was nice & modern, it came with a washing machine which was ideal. The pool area was great.

It was very far away from Budva old town and actually in an area called Bečići. The hill that it’s on is extreme, so is only an ideal apartment if you don’t plan to leave it often.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would recommend it to others.

Overall, my experience was positive. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the location was convenient for my needs.

However, I must say that the bed was a disappointment. It was old and of poor quality, and made a lot of noise every time I moved. This made it difficult for me to sleep comfortably throughout the night.

Wrong stay in a wrong place. Do not accept Room-replacement

We were suggested a replacement room and were living in a completely different Building instead. Although, it had a working sauna and was closer to the beach.

Despite booking in advance, we were suggested to live in Elie Residence house, which was still under construction. A lot of construction garbage and almost everything incomplete - missing showers in Sauna, GYM with unboxed equipments and garbage. Wifi was missing almost all the stay, which was super disappointing. Room itself - just dirtly, with all the equipment either not-set-up or broken. Additionaly, we still got no refund and the Host was not helpfull at all.

Superb

The apartment is quite fresh and convenient. In our case we did have partial view of the sea from the balcony, which was great (we were on 3rd floor, some rooms on the lower floors might be lacking the view). The swimming pool is a great addition! Very clean and well taken care of, with great mountain view - when you are in the pool you do not feel that you are in a town. The staff is very friendly. Points to consider when choosing the property: if you come without a car and plan to walk to the beach, consider that the apartment is on a really steep hill. Going up it in the middle of the day when it's hot is quite a challenge.

The pillows are very hard and high, in the end we slept without pillows. We stayed for 6 nights, full cleaning of the apartment is expected on the 4th day. In the end cleaning was not done for our apartment with the reasoning that we'll anyway be leaving in a couple days. Honestly, we did not insist, as I do no mind washing the floor in the apartment myself. But if it matters for you, you might wish to be more insistent in a similar case.

This is 5 stars Resort! Location is great, apartments are new, clean comfortable. Our hosts - Zorica and Drago made as feel that we are part of family.

A small resort style block of apartments up the road from the beach

The apartments were clean. Furniture was new and practical. The pool was exceptional. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was quite big. There is a small balcony as well. IKEA furniture and finishings.

The design inside the apartment is a bit mismatched. I feel like the design elements could match bit better but it is clean and functional. The kettle had terrible limescale to the point where I’d rather boil water in a pot. The ocean view was quite mediocre as there is some construction in the area. The walk up the hill is not fun in the hot sun.

We rented a studio room, which was quite small but still pretty good value for money. The location of the property was pretty far from old town Budva, but for us this was a good thing since the city center is very crowded. The property is close to some good beaches though, and easily accesible by car. The pool was clean and had a nice view. The property also has a nice gym.

The staff did not speak conversational english, but they were very friendly nonetheless.

Starting from the price way to over the expectation, staff doesn't speak English reception most of the time empty,around the property lots of rubbish ,useless parking and I can go on with many things, don't know how many stars has the resort or whatever but definitely doesn't worth the price. And also in 2022 a (resort &spa) doesn't accept card.thanks for wasting my time..

Clean apartment

The actual homeowner was extremely rude. Housekeeper was nice to us but they don't seem to have agreed on house rules. For example, one will tell you that the pool can be used until midnight and when you do so, the owner of the building comes out on her balcony and starts yelling. Not politely asking, not trying to have a conversation, but flat out yelling and being very rude. Never in my life have I had such an experience on a holiday and I wouldn't wish the same for anyone else.

I had such a nice stay here. Beautiful views, really nice pool area and very friendly staff, especially Drago! The walk up the hill was a good little cardio workout everyday. Very chill stay overall!

Excellent, Relaxing holiday.

GREAT Resort with fabulous Hotel Keepers. We were greeted by Drago and Zorica and made to feel at home. You couldn't ask for anything more! Loved the pool and room was super spacious, clean and had everything we needed.

Our internet in our room sucked, but Drago and Zorica accommodated our needs here as my husband and I both work remotely they ensured we had a workspace to get by.

Apartments are new, big enough and comfortable. The full-size equipped kitchen is great. There is everything you need for a great vacation. We had beautiful sea and mountain views from our windows. The pool is good and clean. It's better to have a car because the apartments are on the hill and it can be hard to climb it every day after the beach. 150 euros deposit is required.

Parking. The available place is not suitable for low-to-the-ground cars. It's better to park somewhere on the street if you are lucky enough to find a free spot in the evening.

Nice view to sea. Spacious room.

Landloard didn’t speak good English. Passports were taken to town for hours. No receipt for the payment. Car park not available. Google map doesn’t find the place.

1. The value of the hotel is awful. Save your money and stay somewhere in a much better location with better facilities, and cleaner for the same price. 2. The location is terrible it's at the top of a huge hill which is very inconvenient you have to walk for 20-30 minutes to get to any facility and it's very very steep. You'll need to have a car or get a taxi every time. 3. The hotel is unclean, my balcony had a birds nest and bird dropping all over the floor it was disgusting. The room was not cleaned once and the bin was not emptied. 4. The hotel is in between two ongoing building sites that take away from the nice view.
