Lovely room
Breakfast wasn't ready at 7.30 as described. Nothing set up room in darkness, receptionist had to set up drinks. There was a private breakfast upstairs for a wedding party so I think everything else was forgotten. No plates set out. Eventually (after 45 mins) we got a cooked breakfast. No toast was offered had to ask for a plate and butter fir the bread shocking service which was a shame because hotel lovely.

The place feels very luxury and very quiet. The area was really quiet as well. Rooms very spacious and comfortable beds, floor and great shower.
The air con was a little to hot or too cold. The cold dried the air and if you turn it off it gets quite warm but you can’t open a window to get any air flow in.

Giant room, big TV. Very clean. Comfy bed. Free parking.
slow for the breakfast order to arrive. Also extra charge for non instant coffee. Could do with more choice on continental. No lock on the room door.

- clean, big room
- the reason why I chose this hotel was an event at Ribby Hall Village, so it was the better option
- there were slippers, iron and iron board, which were very usefull for us
- nice: there were 2 small water bottles, tea, milk
- the pillows were very uncomfortable - too swollen - I couldn't use them, so I used a towel instead
- the area is too isolated, there are one 2 places to eat and a market, that's all, no house, no much to do, you need a car/public transportation to go to Wesham/Preston
- there are not enough towel racks
- breakfast was included, not so rich/good, it counted, but, in weekends it can be taken until 10 a.m. and 9 a.m. in the rest, we are not morning people so this is why we skipped the last breaskfast

staff were lovely
the duvet over had a rip in it which kept getting bigger as the night went on.
the noise from the bar was terrible, and inside the hotel.

Spotlessly clean ultra modern room. Exceptionally comfortable bed.
Bathroom large and very modern huge powerful shower.
Choice and quality of food at breakfast was excellent.
A little on the pricey side for one night but very much worth it
Will definitely stay again.

Didn’t get any .. was told it was till eleven, then in the morning was 10. Coincidence they didn’t have any chefs the night before!
Not having the restaurant facilities or being able to get anything to eat because they didn’t have any chefs!

Clean, very nice room, lovely bathroom.
Great gym too.
We missed breakfast as the night porter told us it ended later than it actually did!

I enjoyed the hotel overall, good facilities and location with nice, reasonably priced food and drink .
Receptionist not very friendly upon check in and when I returned with some issues with room cleanliness response was very dismissive. The room was booked with countryside view, however I was facing a car park so not as described, definitely stadium view next time. However a member of staff did offer us a free drink which was nice.

The hotel was excellent, very quiet.
Unfortunately the sports bar has really gone down hill since my last stay which was only about 4 months ago. There wasn't one staff member left from my last visit, low morale was noticeable. The excellent Manager from my last visit has gone.
The coffee shop was closed after 10am this was disappointing especially if you, like me like a coffee mid morning.

the quality of the hotel was first class, the staff where excellent, the breakfast was one of the best I have had, an been at the age of 71 that’s quite a few, our room with view of the pitch was a real bonus particularly as there was a game in progress, all in all a lovely experience
parking a bit out of the way

A special mention to the the lady who sorts the breakfasts at weekends.. she is a credit to the club.
We will be returning at some point...

Modern, clean and spacious facilities and room. Really good breakfast.
Fire alarm going off at 5am one night meaning standing out in the cold for an hour, to find it was a fault. When returning to room at around 5:30am, the red flashing light on the alarm in room flashed until 7:30am meaning we couldn’t sleep.

Great room overlooking the pitch my husband loved it. The room was super comfy.

!st class breakfast, superb room well set out, very comfy bed, great facilities - great bathroom.
Unless there is a match on we were able to park on the road directly outside, otherwise the car park is around the side and back which is fine except there is no lighting, so walking to the car at night is a bit concerning and I was a bit worried about the security of my vehicle. This could be solved with lighting along the footpath at the side of the ground and security lighting on the car park. Other than this this hotel is excellent and we'd stay there again.

The breakfast was excellent and the venue easy to find and accessable
The noise from the wedding
