Well orgainised and extremely clean place.

This place was extremely Clean, and had everything we needed for cooking. Plenty of plates bowls etc. Tea and coffee pods provided. It is a well maintained property.

A magical, very comfortable place to stay. Very clean. Beautiful garden to relax in.

The house was just beautiful. Well appointed. The gardens are well kept safe and provided a magical place for our children to play in.

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay

We were greeted warmly. We adored the art deco touches around the property. It was full of character but renovated well with modern bathroom and everything you could need was provided.

Really nice cottage in great location

Really nice 3 bedroom cottage. Well decorated throughout. Comfy and with everything you need for a stay with family and/or friends. 5mins from a great little town centre. Full bathroom plus extra toilet so good for multiple guests and no queuing ;-)

Towels, beds, furniture, sofas, and curtains are full of cockroaches. I sent a photo to the landlord and asked for a refund but was accused of lying. This is an unscrupulous businessman! If you want to spot more cockroaches, please enjoy after 11:00 pm, you will not be disappointed！！！ The cockroaches in the photo are only a small part, there are many, many, many killed by me

We're moving in!

As we drove down the street, we all said "wow, what a gorgeous street'. When we got to the home, the space and the gardens, we said "we're moving in!" Absolutely, loved this home and there was so much space for the kids to run around outside. Our only regret was that our stay was so short. After dinner in town, it was only $8 in an uber home.

Beautiful and spacious villa

The villa was clean, very spacious and had lovely touches throughout. I would recommend this to anyone, quiet street with a beautiful garden.

A wonderful, comfortable stay.

The property was wonderful. We met Karin when we arrived, which was wonderful. The place was lovely, clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. There was a lovely garden and plenty of parking. We loved the character of the property.

Perfect in every way. Only added most positively to our 3 night stay in Havelock North. Great value

The house was fully stocked with tea and coffee and breakfast necessities. Immaculately clean and tidy, exceptionally comfortable and a great location. Beautiful grounds and plenty of parking for our two vehicles. Very easy access for our 90 year old mother with flat drive and entrance area. Big spacious bedrooms, great bathroom and copious different wine and beverage glasses.

A few minor problems sorting out the heat pump but nothing else. The house perfectly suited our needs.

thoroughly enjoyable, beautiful spot and very cosy place to holiday with everything we needed

everything. peaceful, beautiful setting, very comfortable, lovely garden. beautiful patio areas and a-lot of care taken with gardens to make it such a peaceful spot. would like to stay there again in summer when rest of family can come, as two were sick this time, so couldn’t come we didn’t get to use all outdoor facilities due to weather

we got wet as had to unpack car in rain as no attached garage. but this was minor and in keeping with deco villa age. no problem with this

Great family stay!

The house is just beautiful! Just a lovely place to stay as a family. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. We'd love to come back in summer and sit in the garden!

We were met by the most helpful owners who were delightful. everything about our stay was wonderful from the gorgeous linen and bedding to the beautiful facilities. I would highly recommend this property.
