Wonderful house in a great location. The home was very well outfitted with everything we needed. And it was in a perfect location.

We loved staying at Cali Cochitta! It was comfortable and peaceful after long days of hiking, biking and exploring this beautiful part of our country.

Recently stayed here with my family in beautiful Moab. We were a party of 7, myself, my wife our 3 kids and and my in laws. We rented the Wisteria Cottage and the guest house of Cali Cochitta.
As has probably been mentioned, this is a multi-unit property with 5 separate rentable units. All 5 units were rented (our group having 2 of those 5), but just to allay any concerns, we rarely saw anyone else during our stay and for surely didn't hear a soul.
The property is so well thought out, each having some outdoor space to their own, as well as some common areas outside (the hot tub mainly) that could be used together.
We grilled out one night and sat on the upper deck for dinner while the kids were in the hot tub. It was glorious. The house is well equipped with anything you need for a super comfy stay.
Loved it and next time in Moab, we will be back.

Awesome spot to use as our home base while visiting Arches and Canyonlands. A couple minute walk to the center of town which was super convenient. The bikes were a fun way to investigate the towns trails. Loved hanging out in the yard. House was comfy with enough space for us and three teenagers.

The location of the property was perfect-walking distance to all the restaurants and shops downtown. The backyard setting between the shared units and the hot tub were a hit with the kids. The unit itself was very cute and nicely furnished.
We did have a few issues. The oven/stove did not work at all and/or this crew couldn't figure out how to use it - I think the former! We made due with the grill and microwave.
Also, the property listing shows "sleeps 7". No way. It lists the sofa as a fold-away bed, but it was not. And if 2 couples are meant to stay in the second bedroom, it would be more than just close quarters. It turned out just fine for us as we had four with 1 of the teens parked on the couch.

Rented this house for the week of Thanksgiving. Took my spouse and 2 kids. The house was very convenient to town with cute decor and good space for all of us. Main issue was the cleanliness of the space. The dishes and silverware were noticeably put away dirty. We had to wash everything before safely using. There were 2 sets of washers and dryers but one dryer would not latch making it hard to dry the blankets we felt the need to wash based on our concerns for the way the kitchen was cleaned. There was a hair on the master bedroom sheets when I turned them down on our first night. Convenient and spacious but would recommend stepping up the cleaning of the unit.

Everything was wonderful. Cozy, zen-like court yard. Definitely met or exceeded expectations.

We loved this Moab apartment because it was a short walk to town, it was clean, and very comfortable. The outside common areas were comfortable and welcoming as well.

Great location. Within 2 blocks of Main Street. Backyard courtyard was cool and inviting. We saw a small deer come in and get a drink from a waterfall fountain. Easy drive to Arches NP and Canonlands NP. Very roomy living space and kitchen. If we get the chance we would return.

Clean, quiet comfortable oasis. The back courtyard was the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. Lush grass, beautiful flowers, tranquil fountain and lots of quiet shade. The guest house was perfect for our family of 4. Easy walk in to town was also a plus. I would highly recommend to anyone spending time in Moab!

Check in was simple. Very clean. Close enough to walk down town. Very close to Arches National Park. Loved the hot tub, which wasn’t too hot, after a long day of hiking. Loved the comfy hammock. Would definitely recommend this place!

Wonderful stay in Moab!
Stayed at The Guest House for 3 nights while we visited Arches and Canyonlands. Check in and check out was simple as we received the key code a few days before our arrival. Communication with Becky was speedy when we found another vehicle in our assigned parking space when we arrived. House was clean and perfect sized for our family of 4. Kids loved the bunk beds. We cooked dinner each night and kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Location is just a few blocks from restaurants and shops. The grocery store is also very close. We loved being able to walk to get ice cream at night. Perfect stay for our needs. Thank you and hope to visit again!

Perfect Stay!
Our family stayed at Cali Cochitta while on a trip to Moab for a long weekend. We loved the Guest House! It was the perfect size for what we needed and included everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable! The location is great--easily walkable to everything in the town of Moab. The courtyard is amazing and so fun to sit out in and enjoy the beautiful Moab weather! We will definitely stay here next time we are back in town and recommend it to anyone visiting Moab, Arches, Canyonlands or anywhere in the area!

Super Charming, Clean and Comfortable
I brought my 4 children to Moab so we could grieve the passing of their grandmother (my mom), and the Guest House was a perfect landing spot for us. Very cute and cozy atmosphere; full kitchen; washer and dryer; 2 bath rooms; bunk beds; etc.
Highly recommend.

This is a fun property and my young family had a great time both at this property and in the surrounding area. We hadn't been to the area before and were blown away by the beauty of Arches NP and found the town to be a wonderful treat with great food. And the Cali Cochita complex was great. Very thoughtful touches and unique experience. My kids really enjoyed the whole thing and I highly recommend it.

This is a great place for a family of 4 to rent while visiting Moab. We enjoyed it as a base camp for excursions to Arches and Canyonlands NP. The hike to Delicate Arch was strenuous (3 miles round trip) but a very rewarding sunset trek. We also enjoyed renting a Jeep and hitting a couple trails in Canyonlands NP.
The only real “issue” is/was the HVAC system. As the owner explains, it is not recommended that you try to adjust it as, especially in July, it needs to run on “high” all night and all day. Yes, Moab gets hot in the summertime, and yes, the temperature in the CC Guest House does get warmer in the heat of the day. You need to run every fan in the house in an effort to keep it cool, and when you couple that with the noise of the HVAC system (set on high), it can get a little noisy. But it’s a great house, conveniently located, and we would definitely stay there again.

Let’s start with the mouse traps, dirty corners around the house and having to leave after one night of this reservation. My friend and I were traveling with our two one year old babes and the house was unclean. Hair on the carpets, stains on the couch, dirty corners and “hidden” mouse traps. The property manager did not respond until hours later about our concerns, did not not take a customer service approach by apologizing or even expressing concern. She admitted that there were mice traps and felt it was okay because they were not in sight and under cabinets. But the question is, why is it okay if there are mice in the first place? There were several bugs by the master bed and open vents caked with dust and dirt. All not ideal for families and young children. I wish the owner would have been understanding and offered a refund for the two nights we did not stay, yet she remained inflexible and was simply not kind. This was our first trip away and traveling as a newer mom. This experience was unfortunate and lucky we found a great place in the same neighborhood that was clean and spacious for our last few nights. Becky should feel bad about taking money from two guests when they didn’t even stay at her property for the full stay. Do not book this place. The yard is truly the best thing about this stay.

We enjoyed our stay in the “Guest House” at Cali Cochitta. The property is one block off the Main Street in Moab, walking distance to everything even in 100 degree weather. The shared garden is a perfect oasis after an active day. If you plan to use the kitchen, it’s fully functional but be advised that you will find only the basics. There is a washer, dryer & dishwasher in the unit. Soap was provided for the appliances which is appreciated! This was a perfect home base for our Moab adventures. Can’t wait to come back!
