Cloudland sits proud on one of Blackheath's most prestigious streets. This brilliant property is close to Govetts Leap Lookout and only a short walk to the village with all its great cafe's, restaurants and galleries. If the world famous bush walks and views are not your thing, Centennial Glen Stables or Dryridge Estate Winery in Megalong Valley is literally the next suburb away.

There is no shortage of activities nearby but you may just choose to sit on deck and admire the exquisite garden with its assortment of rhododendrons and year-round seasonal flora.

Naturally, we have Rinnai gas heating and Platinum Foxtel but we also supply quality linen, towels, coffee/twinings tea, hotwater bottles and candles are provided. We also provide some goodies which will make your stay even more comfortable. Free WIFI is available.

The apartment has two very large bedrooms, each with it own ensuite ensuring total privacy for each couple: a lounge room and a modern kitchen/living space with Fisher & Paykel Fridge/Dishwasher & Microwave.A Weber BBQ has been introduced located right of wooden door front entry.It is suitable for two couples or a small family.

This property is so lovely you wont want to leave - so we can arrange a later check-out by arrangement.

This property will not allow smoking or pets inside the apartment and we the owners ask you respect the no shoe policy on carpeted areas during wet weather.
1 night stays are welcome.

We arrived after a long day travelling to find a pre-warmed, clean and cosy accommodation. Just what we needed! The property is quiet, spacious and well located not far from Govett’s Leap and Blackheath village. Eva was helpful with getting the DVD player going for the kids’ bedroom, and lending us a mobile charger when we forgot ours! Recommended.

Thank you Matt and Eva for everything you did to make our stay at Cloudland enjoyable. It was very thoughtful of you to leave a welcome letter and some tasty treats for our arrival. The location is fantastic, quiet and peaceful but only a few minutes drive to Blackheath village. The beds were very comfortable. The bedrooms were quite cold during our stay but thankfully the electric blankets before bed and the warm bedding kept us cosy. There were plenty of blankets and throws available if needed. The main ensuite was freezing, so we used the newer ensuite. The candles were lovely. The garden outlook and birdsong was tranquil to wake up to in the morning. We hope to return to Cloudland before too long.

We have stayed at this property on many occasions. It’s the perfect place for us to stay for a short break in the Blue Mountains. It’s very comfortable has everything we need & is in a lovely garden setting. We also appreciate the thoughtful & generous extras that Matt & Eva provide.

We have stayed in this accommodation on a number of occasions. It is just what we were looking for. Very comfortable, with a beautiful garden outlook, and with all the ammenities needed for a fabulous stay.

Tidy and nicely laid out apartment (ground floor of a duplex). The bedrooms are at either ends of the apartment so there is privacy for 2 couples, or parents + children. The 2 ensuites are brilliant. Very well stocked with the essentials in the kitchen; boxed games, novels, and magazines; Foxtel and Netflix. The owners also treated us to cereal, eggs, bread and juice plus chocolate. The owners are absolutely lovely and when we had an issue they responded immediately. Could do with instructions on how to use certain appliances eg the heater. For those who are noise sensitive you can hear the occupants upstairs which perhaps seemed louder given the quiet surrounds. But for us it wasn't really an issue. Highly recommend this place and would come back again.

Cloudland is in a lovely quiet street in Blackheath. Amenities are excellent. Apartment is very clean and well maintained. Communication with Matt and Eva is welcome and easy. Close to Leura and Katoomba. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean property with two large spacious bedrooms. Lots of little extra things (pastries, juice, milk, candles) that made it all special. Verandah for a quiet drink was very peaceful.

Eva and Matt has arranged the home, amenities, supplies so thoughtfully, we felt like we are staying at our own holiday home. The delicacies that Eva and Matt arranged are very tasty and we're more than welcoming for my hungry family. I will certainly go back to Sydney holiday only when the 'Cloudland' is available!! Thank you so much for having us for the short stay 🤗🤗

We have stayed at this property a number of times but usually in March. This is the first time we have stayed in winter. So I’m delighted to say that to add to all the other great things about the place I can report it is very warm & cosy in winter when it’s cold & wet outside.

This is the second time we have stayed at Cloudland. It’s perfect for our requirements. The apartment is very well set up with everything you need. The gas heaters, which we had to use on a couple of occasions, keep you cosy. We particularly love the view out to the garden. We hope to be back next year.

This was a very nice place to stay. The location is very good, close enough to the Blackheath facilities but far enough away to be very quiet and peaceful at night.The property has all facilities inside the appartment you would want for a short break, except laundry facilities.The Foxtel TV was very good for my young daughter, and kept her entertained between excusions amd bush walks.The property was very clean and tastefully decorated, and many basic items were provided for the kitchen. There was also some complimentary milk and bakery goods provided which was a very nice touch.

Spacious 2 bed 2 bath apartment, featuring fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, which makes cooking dinner a great option. Very good gas heating. 10 to 20 min drive to all the major attractions and villages with Blackheath village only 15 to 20 min walk or 3 min drive. Lovely garden outlook from the living area, undercover car port to front door. Full Foxtel channels. Overall would recommend.

Cloudland - garden oasis was a fabulous place to stay. We were staying in Blackheath to go to the bmff which was cancelled. This meant we spent a lot more time in our accommodation than intended. It was extremely comfortable, well outfitted, including a pod coffee machine, & a kitchen with all you need. There was an en-suite off both bedrooms & a lovely outlook onto a beautiful garden. There’s undercover parking right near the front door & given it was raining this was very welcome. Entry to the property couldn’t be easier. A fabulous place.

Everything about this property was wonderful. The place was sparkling clean on arrival and the key was available as specified. The beds were comfy and the extra blankets etc appreciated. The kitchen is well equipped, and the eggs, bread and milk a much appreciated surprise - made for yummy scrambled eggs for breakfast! The grounds are beautiful and the apartment felt very homely and welcoming. Communication with the host was easy and we always had a prompt, helpful response. When we arrived on Saturday, we truly were in 'Cloudland' as the fog was so thick we could barely see 10 metres in front of the car! An undercover car space was very helpful as it was raining when we arrived and unpacked. I would highly recommend staying at Cloudland. We'll be back next time we stay in the Blue Mountains!
