Whether you're coming to Chapel Hill for work or play, the Heel House Apartment is your perfect getaway. The Dean Dome, Kenan Memorial Stadium, UNC hospital and the UNC Botanical Gardens are an easy walk away. The 1 BR, newly renovated Heel House Apartment features a private entrance, new furniture, fresh linens, a full kitchen, and can sleep four people. We enjoy hosting and want to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so please let us know how we can best accommodate you!

We are excited to have you stay with us! We have plenty of parking and want to make sure you have a great experience while visiting Chapel Hill. Due to our great location, you may experience some traffic noise in the AM.

You’ll have access to a designated parking spot and the private apartment.

We live next to the apartment and are happy to help with anything you may need during your stay.

Our location is what makes our place so special! We're within walking distance of the Dean Dome, Kenan Memorial Stadium, and the UNC Botanical Gardens!

We're in a great location to walk to the stadiums and the UNC botanical gardens. We have great access to public transportation and Franklin Street is just a short drive away.

Great small spot fort a football weekend. We arrived late and finding it/ getting in in the dark was a challenge. Gorgeous in the daylight

Apt. was as advertised however was on a heavily wooded lot (hill) and for first few nights no outside lights so walking to/from car was very difficult. Also, place is very small and would be very cramped for 4 people to stay an extended length of time. Furniture was also very uncomfortable.

Location is fantastic to get around. Quaint space nestled in the woods. You will hear traffic, but it's more like a white noise machine.

Property was very clean on arrival, working appliances, ac was perfect but a little loud because it’s a window unit, but it still works great. Amazing location, only a short drive to all UNC campus locations and Franklin street, and about 15 minutes away from Southpoint mall. Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend, or anyone looking to visit the Chapel Hill area. Thank you to the hosts for their amazing hospitality, we will definitely be returning.

Charming and very clean, petite one bedroom apartment. Adequately stocked with kitchen items to make a few meals while we were there and the quality coffee provided was a really nice bonus. Felt safe and easy to get to in a quiet, wooded neighborhood. Spent most our time in downtown Chapel Hill which was about a 7 minute drive away. Stephanie was super responsive and helpful. Was exactly what I needed for a weekend trip with my five year old.

We were helping our adult daughter move from one residence to another in Carrboro. Moving is always exhausting. This lovely little cottage was a great getaway from the demands and chaos of the move. It was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The idyllic location, nestled within lots of beautiful trees, was somehow magically close to everywhere we needed to be while we were there. Before getting her bed set up in the new place, our daughter stayed with us on the pull-out couch. It was very comfortable and easy to use! We will stay here again the next time we are visiting in Carrboro! Highly recommend.

I travelled to Chapel Hill for an event at UNC and this property is on a great location close to campus. Check in was easy and everything was ready for me when I arrived. My hosts communicated well with me throughout my stay and I had no problems at all. Great find if you can book it!

This apartment was the perfect complement to the main house, which we also rented. One couple with a child in a port-a-crib stayed here very comfortably and it afforded them some privacy. It also doubled as a great space for the bride and bridesmaids to take over for their hair and makeup the day of the wedding. Wonderful hosts and a great neighborhood. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

Stephanie and Adam have a cute little apartment at the side of their house. Although they are on property we never noticed their presence. Apartment was centrally located to all we needed, bonus our son was only 2 miles away. House felt homey and secure. Will definitely stay here again.

This property was in the perfect location. Check-in was easy as Stephanie messaged the instructions and included both her and her husbands number just in case I needed something. I very much enjoyed my stay at the Heel House Apartment and Stephanie was a great host. She made herself available and was very responsive to any questions or requests I had. Also, the location is great. It is right down the street from the UNC campus and is located in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again if available upon my return to the area. Unfortunately, it is already booked for the next two times I’m scheduled to return to Chapel Hill.

This just could not have been sweeter. The towels were top of the line and the owners had thought of everything to make us comfortable. I even noticed a drawer full of phone charger cords, in case you leave yours at home - and though there's not much within walking distance, I could walk to church!

Everything about Heel House Apartment was great. We spent our nights there and it offered us everything we needed. Stephanie was pleasant to us upon our arrival and responded quickly to questions. We should have asked for the WiFi password but forgot. Maybe have a written copy of password and Stephanie's phone number inside the rental would be helpful. Thanks so much for all, Stephanie!

Great stay for a conference at UNC

I had a very easy time communicating with Stephanie and the check in process was super easy! It was a breeze to take Lyfts to and from my conference and much cheaper than a hotel. Overall, a great stay!
