About this apartment rental
Situated on the edge of the historic market town of Ringwood, Avon Accommodation can be found above the Old Cottage Restaurant, which is one of the oldest most painted and photographed buildings in Ringwood, dating back many centuries. The suites are full of charm and character, sympathetically restored and refurbished offering high quality accommodation. Due to the age and nature of the property there are uneven floors, narrow steep stairs, some very low beams and door heights, so please mind your head! Both apartments are dog friendly. There will be no extra charge for your dog, providing no damage is done and no extra cleaning is required. Please let us know when booking if you would like to bring your dog as conditions apply.

Equipped mini kitchen suitable for light cooking and making snacks, with microwave, electric hob, toaster, fridge with ice box, sink, folding prep table.
Large bedroom with double bed, flatscreen digital TV DVD player with Freeview, triple wardrobe, bedside cabinets, bedside lamps, small table with two tub chairs, full length mirror, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, and tea/coffee making facility.
Through to small bedroom with two single beds, chest of drawers and bedside lamp.
The shower room consisting of shower,basin and toilet is quirkily accessible through the small bedroom.

The path of the river Avon embraces the garden on its way to the sea at Christchurch. The market place and town centre with its many shops, pubs and restaurants are a few minutes walk. Strictly non smoking.
Ringwood sits between two forests: Ringwood forest with its wealth of pine trees, cycle paths including Moors Valley Country Park; and the New Forest National Park which offers thousands of acres of moor, heath and woodlands where ponies and cattle roam free. You may also see wild deer, donkeys,foxes, badger, rabbits and indigenous birds. Both forests are fantastic for exploring whether on foot, bike or horse. There are even segways to take you round Moors Valley and Ringwood Forest.
