About this house rental

View 21 is the ultimate destination to get away from it all for a few days or weeks for three couples or a large family at the Blue Mountains.
There is a fully tiled indoor heated swimming pool (28 degrees) and spa (38 degrees), Gaggenau equipped stainless steel gourmet kitchen, enclosed independent BBQ area with Weber BBQ and die for views over the Blue Mountains, national park.
This home has been architecturally designed with comfort, privacy, and a relaxing ambience in mind. There are three generous sized bedrooms, each with its own in-floor heated bathroom for comfort and privacy. 2 bedrooms have one queen-size bed each, and one bedroom has two king single beds. All bedrooms have envious views. The open-plan living-dining room, flowing onto the terrace, provides an excellent area for entertaining or relaxing, absorbing the stunning ever-changing light. All the bedrooms have their TV. The television in the lounge room is equipped with Netflix.

Situated between the main terrace and the dining room, the enclosed BBQ kitchen enables guests to enjoy gourmet BBQs in any weather.

Guests have general access to the entire property except for the garage and the storage, and other areas marked private.

Location
Only 2.5 km from the village but a world away from trains and traffic noise, your only disturbance is the roar of the butterfly wings.

Located on the National Park edge with glorious mountain vistas, it is only a stroll to the golf course and a short drive to all the Blue Mountains attractions.

The maximum number of people accommodated at View 21 is six people and a child up to 1-year-old. We reserve the right to evict guests without a refund if this number is exceeded.

The indoor pool was a life saver for the rainy weekend it kept the kids entertained a they weren’t so bothered with the weather. We also had a visit from 6 cockatoos all lined up on the balcony which was so lovely! Amenities were great, rooms comfy and it was nice and warm with the fire!

We had a wonderful stay. Lily was attentive to our needs and we had a lovely time in the pool and spa. The house was well appointed and had a gorgeous atmosphere in winter with the fire and views over the valley. I highly recommend this property.

The property was fabulous. Separate bedrooms and bathrooms for the 3 couples. Spacious lounge and kitchen/dining area. Lovely outlook over the bush. We were kept warm by the combustion fire. Only downside was the jets in the spa weren't working, what a shame. Still warm but non bubbles!

My adult son and I care for both my husband and mother who suffer with dementia. I booked a weekend stay for the two of us to relax and this house was perfect for that. The view is spectacular and the amazing swimming pool. We totally unwound. Great Kitchen, Three bedrooms and bathrooms, very comfortable lounge room. We didn't use the barbeque but it was nicely equipped. The only fault I could pick would be the TVs . A streaming service thrown in would have been great and an upgrade to HD TVs in the bedrooms.

A beautiful home with a stunning view just a shame that one of three of the promised bathrooms were out of order & unable to be used. This posed a very difficult situation as the elderly couple staying in the room which should have had a bathroom had to ascend a flight of stairs in the night to use the bathroom down stairs

We had a lovely stay at View21. The views were spectacular. Best of anywhere we’ve ever stayed. The home was luxurious and spotless. The pool was a little cold for the adults but the kids loved it. Adults melted away stress in the spa instead! Perhaps not the best rental for someone with mobility issues just because of the multiple levels and hence all the stairs.

This is a lovely property with a beaut indoor pool & spa. Fabulous views over the northern mountains, with lots of native birds. The area has some great nature & scenic walks. The house is very nice, although some of the kitchen food drawers were a bit dirty and one drawer wouldn't close properly. There was one shower which was "out of order", and it was nice that the owner gave us a partial refund because of the inconvenience. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped and we enjoyed watching a movie on Netflix in the evening. Overall, the property was very nice and we had a peceful and relaxing get-away. Highly recommend this place. Thanks.

This is my 2nd stay at this property, I came a few years ago with girlfriends and we’ve been dying to come back with kids. The house is well catered for and the heated pool & spa will provide hours of entertainment. We had to rebook a few times because of lockdowns last year and the host was very easy to deal with and more than accommodating.

We loved our stay here. The entire property was SPOTLESS - totally sparkling clean and very well appointed. It rained for almost the entirety of our stay but I can honestly say we were more than happy to lounge around the house and relax for the entire duration of our time there. The kids loved the heated pool and spa, and the fireplace was nice and cosy every evening. Kitchen was beautifully fit out and very easy to use. Every bathroom was super clean, and the bedrooms were beautifully kept and very comfortable. The expansive views were gorgeous and so nice to look out to every day. Looking forward to returning again.
